Uninstall the trial version of the creative cloud. This process will not interfere with your catalog, preferences and personal files it will just remove the application.

Okay, let's assume that it opens, and that the transport doesn't work. If this is the case, then there's only one thing that stops it - no valid sound device found. Go to the Preferences menu and look at your hardware, and select something relevant (probably an internal device). If the answer isn't obvious, report back on what you see there. -

How do I set up my Trial Version of Creative Cloud?
This is probably a simple issue:
I logged into my Adobe account to register for a Trial Version of Creative Cloud.
I don't know if it took effect--I received no notification or instructions. But, now the "trial" button is greyed out, so I'm assuming I have it now.
I see there are options to download various apps in the Cloud. Shouldn't I just download them all? (I thought they all came downloaded and ready to run.)
And, with a trial version, will I be able to add CC to my laptop? And, if not, can I set up another trial version on my laptop?
Thanks.The apps need to be installed selectively. They never install automatically. Once you are signed in, your trial starts and you can do this on as amny systems as you like.

I just purchased a license for LR 5 (received via reseller, DVD in Box) and wanted to use the serial on the downloaded LR5 version through Creative Cloud.
System sais "The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. If problem persists contact Customer support".
I have tried several times, without success. Internet connection is working.
Thanks for your help.If you have a DVD version then you have to use the serial number that is associated with the DVD version. A Cloud subscription number has no relationship to a DVD serial number.

Could not access Creative Cloud today without updating it. After update it will not open. It spins for five seconds then closes. Mac Pro tower 3 yrs old 12 gb ram os 10.7.2
I was unable to access the laptop last night to create a new user; however my client would perfer not to try a second account since that would make it unusable for him while we test the second profile.
Also John Sophos was installed after this started to verify that it was not a virus/malware (I know pointless step but it has happened to me before) so I don't think that is the problem -
I have tried a few times now to install the trail version of Creative Cloud to get the new PS2014 - but it's blank as below. I'm on Windows 7 and this is the first time it's happened (have used this software on this PC before to install other trials)

Please quit the Creative Cloud desktop application by clicking the settings options and select Quit. Then please follow the following steps:
Go to C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Adobe and rename the folders "AAMUpdater" and "OOBE",
Then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and rename "OOBE" folder.
Make sure that the files and not hidden as AppData is hidden by default. Then relaunch Creative Cloud desktop application. Let me know for further help.

I am using the trial version of creative cloud and features have disappeared
when using trial version for 5 days.
I was using find/replace feature, then changing all text
after 5 days - it only finds 1 item/text vs many and only allows me to change 1 item per time vs ALL.
Is this due to trial version ?
Can i get this changed ?
If i sign up to month to month service, will i be able to find/replace/change all items
