Q10 questions, Auto Cc & iCloud Calendar Sync

Hello everyone,
I have 2 questions as below:
1. Auto Cc function is missing.
2. iCloud Calendar Sync always error.
my Q10 is under 10.1.0.4181
I'm very appreciate for your support.

1, the AutoCC was a service of your former BIS account, and there is no BIS account now. Instead, if you're using an IMAP email server, you should find the function to autoCC your emails there.
On an IMAP email account, your sent emails should sync to your server anyway. Why do you need the AutoCC?
2. How to integrate iCloud contact, calendar, or email accounts on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone
BlackBerry Q10 smartphone Calendar and Contact synchronization fails with the error "Failed to sync ...

  • ICloud calendar syncing with MS Outlook issue

    Greetings,
I am not sure what happened but a message appeared within iTunes asking if I wanted to sync Outlook with the iCloud calendar.  In the process all of my Outlook calendar entries were removed and I can't figure out how to get them back.  Now I am trying to figure out how to sync the iCloud calendar back up with the Outlook calendar.  I have looked but can't find anything that will answer the question.  I would greatly appreciate some assistance on what the trick is.
    Thank you.
    Joe

After turning off iCloud, I would reload the Outlook backup file. That should recover all of your Outlook data. I would assume that you have Outlook set to either backup or autoarchive on a regular basis. After that you can see about turning iCloud back on. I would also believe that syncing the iCloud calendar and Outlook would be the same as doing it with an empty iPhone calendar and Outlook, you need to make sure there is a unique calendar event in iCloud that does not exist in Outlook to ensure you get a merge option. Not sure since I do not use iCloud, however you should be able to find information here http://www.apple.com/icloud/

  • ICloud calendar syncing but events not syncing

I have an issue wherein my iCloud calendars on my Mac are syncing with iCloud, but certain events on the calendars aren't syncing. I imported a calendar from a file that has my school class schedule, so now on my computer I have my class schedule and can make alerts on it and that kind of thing, but the repeating events that stand for the classes aren't syncing with iCloud. I tried creating test events in that particular calendar, and they synced fine, but the class events are refusing to sync. Any help?

  • Unreliable iCloud calendar sync

The calendar entries are synced to the "cloud", I can see it in the calendar Web-App, but can not get on the mobile devices (iPad & iPhone). The sync takes place after opening the iOS Calendar app, deactivate and activate the calender sync in the iCloud settings or after restart the iOS device. Using newest software Version on Mac (10.8.3) & iOS (6.1.3).
The problem does not always occur, but only sporadically. Any ideas?

    Hey nobbse,
I understand you are having issues with iCloud Calendar on your iOS devices, but it seems to be working correctly on iCloud.com.
I would run through the following article, specifically the section titled "Troubleshooting iOS devices":
    iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Calendar
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3999
It is important that we want to test to see if the issue is resolved after each troubleshooting step.
    Thanks,
    Matt M.

  • ICloud calendar sync problems

iCloud is setup on both my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 and everything is working and syncing fine except for the calendar.
The entries i have on my iPhone are not syncing with my iPad.
    Need help please.
    Thanks

I have the same problem.  I would prefer to have manually synced through Itunes, but that method has corrupted my Outlook contacts groups, and added empty groups with the extension iphone_contacts.  Each sync multiplies the number of these rogue groups exponentially into the hundreds. And they can oly be deleted one by one. And also causes duplicates on the phone.
I finally gave up trying to fix it and tried syncing through ICloud - great, no duplicate contacts or rogue groups, but now I have these issues in Calendar and can't accept meeting makers.  When I accept them into my default Outlook Calendar, and then tried to just copy them into the ICloud calendar, it called it copy: name of meeting, and it sent a meeting maker back to the initial originator of the meeting, not just an acceptance, but actually a new meeting request.  If I still had an old Palm Pilot, I'd just use that, because I do love the phone, but this is absolutely ridiculous.  Any ideas?

  • ICloud calendars syncing to Google business calendar

How do I sync multiple iCloud calendars with a google calendar?  Google (business) calendar entries come over the the iCloud side, but entries made on my Mac calendar will not show up in my Google calendar.  I have set up the Google calendar within my iCloud account.  I cannot get the sync to go both ways.

I have done that.  I can add events on my Google calendar and they will be reflected on my Apple devices, but I can't add events on my Apple devices and have them show up on the Google calendar.  I can delete things and that will be reflected, but no additions?  Why would that be?

  • IOS 5 upgrade. iPhone 4.  iCloud calendar sync not working

I set up icloud on my iphone after the upgrade and activated all the sync options.  Now when I go to calendar I only see one calendar and none of my events are there.  If I go to iCloud I see the events in the calendar.  I cannot even add a new calendar.    If I delete the iCloud account on the iphone; I can then add in new calendars.
Anyone know why the iphone  is not syncing with the iCloud calendar.  Same issue is on my ipad too.
    Thanks.

I had the same problem - this is how I fixed it.  My iPhone calendar entries weren't syncing to my iPad or iCloud - except for two events.  What I realized is that my default calendar on my iPhone was set to the "Calendar" which is listed as "On My iPhone".  "Work" and "Home" were listed under my iCloud account name.  So I switched my default Calendar to "Work" on my iPhone, edited my future calendar entries to "Work" from the generic iPhone "Calendar" and voila! - They all now sync with iCloud and my iPad.

  • Left iCloud - how to get iCloud calendars synced from iPhone?

Like many people have experienced, iCloud's calendar-syncing issues have made a mess of my calendar-dependent schedule. An unmitigated disaster. I finally signed out of iCloud, and left the iCloud calendars on my iPhone, the only place other than iCloud my multiple calendars currently exist, due to Outlook sync problems.
Now, I can't get the multiple calendars on iPhone to sync with ANYTHING else, not google calendar, not outlook, not iCal. Only the main calendar syncs up, noe of the colored other categories I was using.
If anyone has a notion of how to deal with this I'd be deeply appreciative. Thank you!!

    on copyEvents(sourceCalName, destCalName)
    tell application "iCal"
set sourceCalendar to (the first calendar whose title is the sourceCalName)
set destCalendar to (the first calendar whose title is the destCalName)
set calendarEvents to (events of sourceCalendar) -- get the calendar's event list
repeat with myEvent in calendarEvents -- repeat for each item found in the source event list
    --Don't bother with old events
if start date of myEvent > ((current date) - oldEntryDays * days) then --event is in future, or within prefs for old entries
-- gather relevant details of event to create new event with
set eventStart to start date of myEvent
set eventEnd to end date of myEvent
set eventAllDay to allday event of myEvent
set eventSummary to summary of myEvent
set eventRecurrence to recurrence of myEvent
-- create event in destination calendar with details of subscribed event
    tell destCalendar
    make new event at end with properties {summary:eventSummary, start date:eventStart, end date:eventEnd, allday event:eventAllDay, recurrence:eventRecurrence}
    end tell
end if --if not older than 'oldEntryDays' days ago
end repeat --iterate through entries in source calendar
    end tell
    end copyEvents

  • Outlook and iCloud Calendar Syncing

My workplace uses an outlook exchange based email and calendar service, and i have to use this to manage my meetings and whatnot. Is there some way I can sync this with my icloud calendar in order to share it with other icloud users?
    3rd Gen iPad, iOS 5.1
    Thanks

Hi - I had a look at the article, but that just says that they are not able to work together or sync.
Are there any third party solutions to this?
I just want to be able to see the tasks that I have in my Exchange account sync with Iphone (which is fine), but then also sync with iCloud.com (which I cant do - iCloud cannot see any Exchange related data I think).
    Any work arounds?
    Thanks
    Neil

  • Reliably Incorrect iCloud Calendar Syncing

My issue lies not with the iCloud Calendar on my Phone, and my computer, it lies with the accuracy of the events that I have made on either when they attempt to sync. If I add an event to my iPhone (iOS 7.0.4), e.g. Making breakfast from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, the resulting event appears correctly on my phone, yet the event, when viewed in the online iCloud Calenda format, will appear from 3:00 AM to 4:30 AM, but with everything else (alerts, notes, repeating days etc.) intact and correct. Vice versa as well: an input online, from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, will appear incorrectly on my phone, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. I need both of my calendars to be accurate, but free of the burden; manually changing any event after inputting it, once, in either form (Online or iPhone). Does anybody know how to alleviate this "four hour difference"?

The Answer, I found, is that your iCloud online may not have the same time zone as the one on your iPhone or your iPad: aligning to the proper timezone on all devices will fix the issue. It sounds obvious, but I was unaware that each device on the cloud was subject to different settings.

  • ICloud calendar syncing working only one direction. help

I'm using iCloud to sync with my calendar.  However, I can only see the events that I post using my laptop.  I can't see the appointments I create directly from my iPhone.  Can anyone help me figure this out?

You don't say what version of Outlook you are using, but see if this article helps: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/synchronize-outlook-and-apple-iph one-or-ipod-touch-contacts-HA010266802.aspx

  • ICloud calendar syncing

I am having a problem with my ipad and airbook syncing my calendar with my desktop with icloud.  Things i enter on my desktop calendar sync to the ipad and airbook, but it's not working the other way around.

First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings.

My iphone and ipad are stil synchronized but Calendar does not sync with Outlook since I upgraded the PC to windows 8.1
You may answer in English, Italian or French...
    Thanks for Help!!!

All I had to do was complain.  I synced my iPhone to the Windows machine, checked the other account at iTunes prompting (where no apps had shown up previously), reconnected the iPad, and 140 apps downloaded including the App Store.  I have no idea why.
