Q10 Turned OFF and Wont turn back ON

hello
my Q10 turned OFF suddenly, i removed it out of my pocket to use it and it has turned OFF, and it wont turn back ON
when trying to turn it on the LED dims red for 2-3 seconds but nothing happens
i tried to plug it to the charger all night and tried to turn it ON in the morning but also it didnt respond, it gave me the same red LED light that dims for 2-3 seconds and nothing happens
i tried to plug it to the computer but the computer didnt detect it
any help ?

Follow the steps below to bring the BlackBerry Q10 back to life:
Open BlackBerry Link.
Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
Power off the BlackBerry 10 smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
Connect the device to the computer.
When the device button is available on the bottom of the BlackBerry Link window, click it.
Click the Reload button.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer

Hold the power button and it should show a red battery icon with a lightning bolt symbol. That symbol indicates charging.

Display has no backlight or dark screen
Toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
If the low-battery screen appears, charge the iPhone.

My iPhone 4S has started switching itself off randomly over the last week but would then switch itself back on several minutes later by itself. However, last night it switched itself off and no matter what ive tried it wont come back on. Ive tried the home+power button, connected to itunes and not, connected to itunes with the home button pressed. I rang the Geek Squad as I have insurance and they could suggest anything more. Im loathed to take it back to the shop as all the sales assistant will do is send it off, give me a rubbish temporary phone/brick and it will take ages to come back. I would be grateful if anyone can help please?

Hi, my phone eventually came back to life of its own accord the next day but with virtually no battery life even though I'd given it a full charge. After it came back on I plugged it in to be recharged but the back became very warm whilst the power drained quicker than usual after I unplugged it.
I took it to the Apple store later that day and thankfully the phone switched itself off again right in front of one of the Genius assistants. He couldn't diagnose the problem and so gave me a brand new handset straight away. Credit to Apple there and I'm so glad I didn't take it back to the car phone warehouse where I bought it from. They would have sent it away for tests for weeks.
I've had no problems with my new handset to date.

My MBP is about a month old, and today the down arrow popped off, and won't seem to stay on.
It made me realize that with the new design, the keyboard can't really be replaced, should I go to the Genius Bar, does anybody know what they might do to fix this?

Speaking from personal experience, many of the Genius Bars have "spare keys" laying around from old keyboard assemblies and top cases. I know I've had my MacBook keys replaced once or twice and in both cases the Mac Genius was able to get me a new keycap and the little plastic scissor that sits underneath it.
Definitely head down to your nearest Genius Bar (make sure to make an appointment) and see if they can assist.

Have you tried to reset it? Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. If you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot and see if it comes back

My iMessage was turned off and wont go back on

I went to Aruba from the US and I turned off my iMessage and what I was trying to do didn't work. I'm trying to turn it back on but when i click to turn it on under it is saying "Waiting for activation..." then under that is saying to "Use Your Apple ID for iMessage" and I'm trying to sign in with my information but when I plug it in it's saying "iMessage Activation - Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again". All my information is correct and even after that I was plugging in any password I could think of. Nothing is working.

Try resetting your iPod: Press/hold the home and sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't work, connect your iPod to iTunes and you will have to restore it: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.

Iphone 4 just turned off and wont come back on

Was on the phone in my car on the handsfree, then all of a sudden got disconnected. looked at my iphone 4 and it switched off. got home and tried charging it up and nothing happened, then tried plugging it into my pc to do a restore or see if i get any life and nothing !
got no phone now and because you have to have a micro sim you have to de activate your regular size sim. so now got no sim to put into a normal phone.
please help someone ! aaaaahhhh !!

I was with my friend who had the same problem with his iPhone 4 today and as I was researching the problem I tried all the tricks and nothing seemed to work.
Until I came across some info that suggested the problem was with a proximity sensor.
Basically his phone was on(when someone called it would ring on their end instead of going straight to voicemail), but not respond tto touch or anything.
So I held the power button and slid my finger across the screen as if to "switch" it off even though the screen was blank and waited before holding the button again to turn it back on.
Once I did this it booted back up as if nothing happened.

Hi there, can someone help me please!?
My iphone4 white had updated ios 4.3.3 and it randomly switches itself off, has anyone else had the same problem?
It just goes to black screen and I cant manually switch it back on, only when I connect it to the mains does it come back on.
What's also really strange is that once its reset from the mains it resets the date to 01/01/1970 and the time to 01:05?

Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):
With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
Remove the battery
Wait 15 minutes
Insert the battery
Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.

Powered off and wont power back on

Any ideas? my phone started powering off, I had to reseat the battery, and after a week of diing that it simply will not power back on at all.

I had the same issues, combined with rapid discharge of the battery. I replaced the battery and it solved the problem.
When purchasing a battery, make certain it is a genuine C-S2 battery from a reputable source. The C-S2 is encoded for use in the 8300 (and a few other) series, but other Blackberry modles/batteries are incompatible, even though the battery may physically fit. Additionally, there are fake (non-encoded) batteries circulating around (some other posts report some on E-Bay) that look genuine, but when you insert into your device you receive a battery error indication.
