Q10 unusable after updating to 10.2.1

Hello,
I've got a problem after upgrading the firmware to 10.2.1 on my Q10. Phone loads, prompts for the PIN code and password, and after entering them, I can only swipe around but no icon is actually clickable, can't even answer the calls. Reloading phone software / removing battery does not help.
I heard that people already met this issue (on this forum too) but I can't find any published solution to it.
Any help will be very welcome

To start, I'd recommend a Security Wipe:
To perform a Security Wipe please follow the instructions below. Be sure and use BB Link to make a full backup before proceeding with the wipe:

Once the wipe is complete you can restore your backup. However, keep in mind that data in the backup may be the source of the original problem and restoring it may restore the problem, as well. To alleviate this I recommend not restoring the Settings portion of the backup.

Photoshop CC slow (unusable) after update

Hello,
I've used Photoshop CC 2014 for two months (starting from late August) without any problem. After last update (see info) it is unusable, absolutely slow slow slow. For example, usign the selection tool takes minutes to do the selection (before it was realtime). What can be the issue ?

Site Unusable After Update!

Just updated to the latest version of Muse, converted, edited, and re-uploaded my site, and it's now almost unusable as all the navigation links on the left hand side are malfunctioning really badly!

They are text boxes with mouse-over colour changes and embedded links.
I've tried in several browsers and it's broken in all of them.
I checked the Muse preview, and they're not working there either!
I really wish I'd looked at that first before I uploaded of course, but too late now, and I've been left with an unusable site!
HELP!

Older versions of Muse applied a bevel effect in Muse and then exporting the object as a bitmap. Muse CC 2014.3 simulates the bevel using CSS box-shadows. However, in this instance the simulation is failing in part because of the rotation applied. I believe we can fix the problem for a future release, but until then you can try the following workaround. Instead of using a bevel effect, try using a gradient fill as follows:
1. Select the "The Dracula Society" text frame in the header, open the Effects panel and uncheck the Bevel effect.
2. With the text frame still selected, choose Edit->Copy
3. Edit->Paste in Place. At this point you should have a duplicate text frame perfectly aligned with the original.
4. With the duplicate still selected, open the Fill panel by clicking on the Fill label in the control strip
5. Select the Gradient radio button
6. Change the Opacity to go from 0% to 100% instead of 100% to 100%
7. Change the Focal Point to 87%
8. Select the Vertical radio button
9. Select the Fixed radio button for the Size and enter 156px

My new iPod has now crashed and is unusable after updating it. Don't update. I just lost the only good thing I have because of them pushing me into it.

My new iPod has been updated. I was pushed into it. So then I thought "it could use one it could improve it". I read as much as the terms and conditions as I could read that was understandable. And now it's been less then two days and my iPod is now practically useless. Don't update your iPod. It was the only good thing I had. I pleded and pleded to my parents for weeks and save up for weeks to get one. And now it's not even a year old and I've lost it. I can't afford to get a new one. And I can't afford to loose this one. i worked hard every day all day For months to be able to even get a quarter of what i needed. And my parents agreed to pay for the rest and it was my Christmas present. i was extremely happy. It's the best thing that I have and I've lost it because of an update Apple pushed me into. Now they won't help me.
my iPod is freezing every 5-10 minutes for long periods of time. It is:
freezing
the keyboard board is lacking severely
lags through out ipod
i cannot play games as it lags then freezes.
my screen is pressing where I don't press it.
it becomes very excruciatingly slow
I Cannot write to fast or it freezes and i have to re start
Im not getting told when I have notifications (such as emails)
i cannot use facebook, games, Safari. Email, messenger and a few others with out my iPod crashing.
i Cannot use the iPod properly at all.
it can take up to 10 minutes for my camera to work. It usually takes 1 minute or more.
the camera freezes or wont take a photo when I press
it freezes on panorama or worn take panoramas.
it has trouble even trying to get the lock screen up.
and best of all of it. I can never tell when I'm going to be screwed by Apple.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

My iPhone 4 is unusable after updating to iOS 7

Ever since iOS update v6 my iPhone 4 has slowed down so much that the home button don't respond and the phone is basically useless as the processor can't handle the update. Can I jailbreak and revert to iOS 5?

Jailbreaking is not supported on this forum, nor is discssuion of it allowed.
If you decide to perform an unauthorized modification to your iPhone, then you forfeit all support from Apple.

HT4623 After updating my phone yesterday it worked for about 30 minutes. Now however, it will not let me "Slide To Unlock" the screen is totally unusable and i have alarms that go off every 8 minutes because i am not able to get into my phone to them off.

Basics from the user guide have always been, and still remain, restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

After updated my Q10 10.2.1.537 the battery always shown 0%

After updated my Q10 to release 10.2.1.537 the battery always shown 0%, now cannot send out e-mail or dial out call!!! Help pls!!

So, this only started after the update?
If so, it's likely just a battery meter calibration issue. Remove the battery for about 90 minutes and then replace.

Getting disheartened by lack of BB support, big Q10 problems after most recent update!!!

I am very frustrated and in need of some help.
I have a Q10 and after the most recent operating system update, multiple things are wrong.
1. The camera does not work. It makes shutter noise when using the rear facing camera, but does not save any of the pictures.
2. Will not even let me enable the front facing camera, freezes phone when I try to use it.
3. Will not let me attach pictures/files to any text message.
4. Has problem accessing text message conversations that were there prior to update, have had to delete all and start over.
5. Sends out multiple text messages by its self. resends messages that are days old and jumbles current messages went sent.
Basically, the phone is not pperating at all like it should. I have on;y had this phone 3 months and after the update, it seems to have ruined it. This is my first BlackBerry in years, I bought it in hopes that they had fixed their previous issues, this doesn't seem to be the case. Was considering upgrading to the Classic, however, I don't think I will unless this gets resolved.

There are major problems with the 10.3 update on the Q10. Many people are downgrading back to 10.2.1 until BB can get their heads out of their arses and fix the issues.

Q10 Won't Turn On After Update

I am currently on Windows Phone and wanted to try Blackberry 10 as I am fan of my old Blackberry. I wanted to try it out cheap so I bought a Q10 on Ebay for $50 even though the seller said the phone had a water damaged sticker thinking I could fix it. I also bought a brand new battery from Amazon to go with it.
So my issue is when I got the phone, it was having trouble connecting to Link and reloading the OS would fail due to connection loss, so I nuked the phone with a program to clear the phone. I also soaked the phone in isopropyl alcohol after reading that soaking it could get rid of mineral deposits on water damaged phones. After the nuke and clean, the phone does the two quick blinking red lights which (I think) means the phone has no OS on it which is what I wanted after the nuke.
So, I plug the phone into the computer and Link recognizes it as a Q10. I have BB OS 10.2 downloaded and went to reload it. It completes the update all the way with a green LED on the whole time it is updating. When Link says to unplug the phone to let it reboot, the phone does nothing. Holding down power for any length of time can't turn on the phone. Plugging the phone into a wall charger causes the orange charging LED to flash on like it's going to start charging before quickly turning to a red LED while it stays plugged in.
I nuked the phone and tried Autoloader which does the same thing in the end as the phone won't turn on when it unplugs from the computer after updating. Seeing as how the phone is recognized by Link, seems to update correctly with the green LED on, and can be nuked fine, is there any way I can get this phone to work? It seems as though the battery isn't charging because once I unplug from the computer / wall, nothing seems to do anything and the LED doesn't flash. It is a new battery, so could the water have caused an issue on the circuit board which is not letting the battery charge?
Any help is appreciated, and I am willing to try pretty much anything and have decent knowledge of software / hardware. I have done tons of searching for similar issues to no success, but have not found this exact problem. Thanks in advance for any help!

OK, you bought a new battery which I would recommend, and it still is NOT charging or powering on.
You've done this already >> Make sure you let it charge with the wall outlet charger for several hours and then with it still connected to the wall outlet charger, remove the battery and reinsert... what happens?

After updating to Yosemite, MacBook Pro freezes every 5 seconds and is unusable.

Macbook pro was working perfectly fine for first day after update, but after a day it freezes and shows the rainbow wheel every 5 seconds so that I can't even use it. I've noticed when it logs in and I have two options of my accnt and guest, then when I put in my password it takes a while to load with a status bar. Then it will freeze after log in.

I have dropped my Macbook once about 5 months ago
Apparently, you suffered internal damage which is now showing up.
What do I do?
Take your MBP to your local AS or an AASP.
If I take it to the Apple store, it will fix things obviously, but will I be charged or what..?

Cannot connect to 4G network after update to OS 10.3.1

Have a Q10 through Sprint and after updating to OS 10.3.1 from the Blackberry site, phone will now only connect to 3G network despite availablity of 4G network. Phone used to connect to 4G network with OS 10.2,

I do have same problem, i'm unable to connect to even 3G network and it connect to 2G network only when there is full network

No service after update to 6.1 on my iPhone 5

After updating to iOS 6.1, I can't get service anymore. It comes and goes. My battery went down 40% in an hour. GPS can't get a precise location. Phone is practically unusable! I tried resetting network settings, and then restoring the iPhone, but nothing works. iPhone 5 16GB.
Does anyone know what to do?

After updating my iPad mini to iOS 6.2 iTunes decided to wipe everything off and seem to take my account back into the past as all music, apps, videos was gone! Only a few songs where left that I have never seem before? How do I get my liabary back?

Today I got a iPad mini but after updating it my pc and iTunes decided to clear my whole iTunes library including manual downloads as well as purchased items (apps, music etc) it seems iTunes has gone back in time as there are only a few songs on my iTunes which are really old ones of mine. How do I get my current iTunes library back? Thanks.

I finally decided to turn this annoyance into an opportunity. After a lot of experimenting I found that my iPad was just fine under 7.1 if I simply restored it as new. I have a lot of time on my hands and I had 1424 apps on my iPad! This is why every attempt to restore took so long.
I decided to restore as new, spend a day restoring the apps I really used. Doing so gave me a quick iPad with only bout a quarter of the storage used.
Granted it was a pain in the arse, but I wrote it off as in the old days when you had to do this with windows 95 just to keep a stable system.
I DO have some data in a few files of the now unused backup but a quick google search finds a couple Mac programs out there that will allow you go extract audio recordings, app data files etc. from the backup. I'll do that someday if I even miss the files I've probably forgotten that are there.
Anyway, there was nothing wrong with my hardware. I think there were just some troublesome setup items that 7.1 didn't like. Once set up as new, the ipad was fine.
