You can fetch the same in QA32. You have to set the filter on UD code for rejection and get only the rejected ones.

Error (Rejection) Report (QM Module)on Daily Basis

Dear All,
I have been assigned the development of a Daily Defects (Rejection) Report for the QM module. A similar SAP standard report MCXX (RMCQ0900) is available but that gives the result on monthly basis while our requirement is of daily basis.
I had a look on the code of this standard report(RMCQ0900)
and found that the code for 'daily report' has also been written with in it. In the selection-screen also select-option for 'daily report' is present and enabled but there it shows some incosistencies. I tried to remove these inconsistencies by copying the standard report to a ZReport and edit the same but I couldn't.
Can anyone help me on this?

Please check the report ME80FN. or any standard report ME2L/ME2M etc will give the details.If not check the table EKBE.

Inspection result report

Hi All,
My client needs inspection report Work centre (date wise).
In MCXB it is coming work centre wise but moth wise I am gating.
In QGA2 its coming work centre and date wise but problem is after expanding the column all information is not there like accepted & rejected quantity, lot seize, percentage rejection, inspection origin.etc.
Please help me out, how to get such report.

SAP does a lousy job of providing inspection result reports. There are not many ways to get the actual recorded value(s) for a test, or inspection lot.
For what you want, I woud suggest you develop a custom report.

XML Publisher with Service Module - Service Request Reports -- URGENT

Hi all ... any pointers/help/guidance with the problem listed below would be much appreciated.
I'm working in the context of the Oracle Service Module & Service Request Reports.
I'm required to configure the XML Publisher Responsibility seeded functionality with the service module reports.
Listed below are the two reporting requirements that I'm considering , corresponding to the following seeded XMLP Responsibility seeded components:
(I'm quoting an extract from the Oracle TeleService Implementation & User Guide here).
Detailed Report
Data Definition: Service Request Detail Definition (CS_SR_DETAIL_DEF)
Corresponding Template: Service Request Detail Report Template (CS_SR_DETAIL_TMP.en)
Template Description: Includes all of the available service request attributes including charges, the two descriptive flexfields, and extensible attributes.
Summary Report
Data Definition: Service Request Summary Definition (CS_SR_SUMMARY_DEF)
Corresponding Template: Service Request Summary Report Template (CS_SR_SUMMARY_TMP_en)
Template Description: Includes a subset of the detailed report attributes including the same charges information as the detailed report.
When I log into the EBS >> XML Publisher Administrator Responsibility >> Service Application ... I find these seeded XMLP components, together with the preview data, downloadable templates & sample output.
The question is:
Where (responsibility/application/navigation/etc.) do I find the seeded EBS Service Reports to provide the expected XML input to the seeded XMLP Service Request Data Definitions & Templates????

I have found the following two reports, under the Service Application in EBS, set their output type to XML and viewed the output of the submitted request:
- Service Request Detail Report
- Service Request Summary Report
... but each of these two reports produce XML output of a different data model/structure to that expected by each of the corresponding seeded XMLP data-definitions/templates.
Additionally, I cannot find any corresponding concurrent program definitions on the system with the same SHORT-NAME/CODE as the seeded XMLP data definitions themselves i.e. CS_SR_DETAIL_DEF and CS_SR_SUMMARY_DEF.
Are the necessary reports not actually seeded within EBS? Do the seeded XMLP data definitions & templates require development of new Concurrent Programs from scratch to access the database tables and provide the necessary data/input, or am I missing something here??

I am sure you found a solution to your problem. If not, to give a pointer to this issue, I guess these reports are gererated right from the service request screen and this definition is used there.This report can be generated from several places based on where you are within SR scree.

Error in XXL_FULL_API function module for download report to excel

Hi all,
I am using XXL_FULL_API function module for download report to excel, In this FM we have to fill a table called sema        = t_gxxlt_s. in this table we have a fields called
i_sema-col_no = 19.
i_sema-col_src = 19.
i_sema-col_typ = 'STR'.
i_sema-col_ops = 'DFT'
here in 'col_typ' if we put STR in excel it will come as a text but i wnat the time field what i have to pass ?
and for filed 'col_ops' also ??

Not able to Access R/3 Tables, Function Modules through Crystal Reports

Hi Gurus,
I am working on Crystal Reports 2008 - V12.2.0, When I am trying to connect SAP R/3 system through the Data connectivity SAP Table,Cluster or FM,
I could see only the very few tables , and cannot see all Tables and not any Info sets or Function Modules,
But, I can access BW system, problem facing only with SAP R/3 system,
Suggest me on this,

Hey here..,,
There is a limitation to show all Tables, Function Modules in Crystal reports for R/3. To see them,
In Options:
You will see Table_Name Like%: Text box, go there and give the starting or ending characters of FM's.
Eg: Z% or %Z
Then Click on Ok.
Now try to connect to R/3 again or Refresh the Connection, it will list out as you opted.

Hi Gulrez,
Inspection reports are linked to deliveries, transfer orders or material documents. There is no link between orders (VBAP) and inspecion reports.

Dear All your customization will be transfrred to SPAU and SPDD after the upgrde the first pain area that you have to see manually that which customization you want to keep and which you want to set back to standard:
There will be four kinds of things in SPAU and SPDD customization and abap programs
In Schemas if you have change any standard Schema than be careful try to make the Z copy and Keep the Schema As its is when you will select Via SPAU keep it than Transport request numbers will be start generating do note than as you have to apply them in Quality.

Hello,
Crystal never had merge modules for v8.5 - you have to build your own deployment package. I think Wise or Installshield use to make their own merge modules way back in the day, but they were never supported by Crystal, and I doubt they're available anymore.
Additionally, VB6's Package and Deployment Wizard does not support configurable merge modules. Current versions of Crystal Reports (v10, v11.0, v11.5) require that the license msm (for RDC deployment) be configured with the keycode. The PDW won't support this.

Pending Rejection Report

Hi.,
The scenario is
1) Material subjected to Quality is received from Vendor
2) Out of 10 quantity, 5 rejected in Quality Usage Decision.
3) In our company daily hundreds of UD's are done.
4)Is there any report in which we get the information about GRN No.,GRN quantity,Rejected Quantity IN UD & Return Delivery Quantity Against that particular GRN NO.
I hope everybody needed these in a large group of company.

You can get the data you requested thru the QM Transacation QA32, be providing the selection criteria as required.
List Settings eitehr of the below:
Select all Inspection lots
Select Only Inspection lots without a Usage Decision
Select Only Inspection lots with a Usage Decision
Inspection date and related information can also be used as selction criteria.
