Hi Expert,
When user click on Print Preview(QM02-Notification-Print-Notifiaction ,enter email address in QM02 transaction.it shoots a mail to specified address. After EHP4 upgradation its not working.
What may be the reason,

Yes, I can bring up the Paragraph Styles and the Character palettes with no document open, edit the [Basic Paragraph] style to change the font family, then open a blank document, and new text boxes will use that font.
I'm on a bit of a deadline right now, so I ended up uninstalling ID CS5 and reinstalling it. I can now successfully bring up the Edit menu and the right-click context menu both in a blank document and in the document I was working on before. I'm sure the problem will reappear again at some random point in the future, so I am still looking for fixes that don't involve reinstalling the app.
BTW, I have tried exporting my work document to IDML and re-importing it, but to no avail. I've also tried toggling Dynamic Spelling (past threads have suggested this as a possible fix), but also to no avail.
It would be really nice if Adobe products produced some sort of crash dump or bug report when this sort of thing happens...

Programs go not responding when clicking File - Print

When clicking File -> Print on Word, Adobe PDF reader and Internet Explorer (but works fine in Excel) the program goes not responding, eventually the print window loads, but goes very very slow from there on, regularly hanging. On Word and IE specifically,
a small box flashes up with a message and goes before I get a chance to read it.
I have tried repairing Office, virus scans, CCleaner, driver updates and reinstalls for printers, disabled no windows services. Nearly everything short of reinstalling windows.
Anyone got any ideas. This user has had a large number of problems in the past with Office.

I sorted the issue, really strange, but all i needed to do was select a default printer from the list of network printers as one wasnt selected already. Very very strange

Chinese Fonts are coming ZUNK when i do print preview from web UI

Hello All,
I have a smartform which includes a standard text which is maintained in Chinese language. This smartform would be called from web UI -> activities -> Fax -> print preview.
when i do print preview of any activity, everything is coming correct except chinese text, it is coming as zunk characters.
i have created a standard text ( through Tcode - SO10 ) in CHINESE When i call it in my Smartforms it is displaying like boxes ( garbage ) .
But when seen in SO10 in Chinese login language the text is maintained properly in Chinese
Please let me know wat is missed out or is there any settings which should be enabled.
how would i do Character set enabled for chinese language?

Hi Sagar,
Yes that's a problem for Cyrillic fonts , I suppose you are using two action definitions : one for ES and one for EN print.
For Spanish you have to use a smart style which supports the ISO Cyrillic characters and that will then open up correctly for Spanish users.

PO number in title in automatic e-mail for vendor when PO creation

Hello experts,
I have customized a message type that sends an email to the vendor when saving a purchase order and it works correctly, the problem is that in the title of the email I want to put the number of the purchase orde and I do not know how to do it.
I have seen that in the tab page for general data in the customizing of the message type, I can include a program and a form routine, but I do not know how to use them.
Can anybody tell me how I can show this information?

Goto NACE .
u2022 Select EF and click on OUTPUT TYPES.
u2022 Then select Output Type NEU and click on processing routines .
u2022 In that you have to add a new entry - medium 5 .
u2022 Then you need to assign a program, form routine and form.
u2022 You can use the standard program i.e. SAPFM06P, FORM routine is always ENTRY_NEU and standard MEDRUCK.
u2022 Then in PARTNER FUNCTION you need to add a new entry : medium - 5 and function - VN .
u2022 For subject of the mail goto Mail Title and Texts. In title give PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022 Under General data -> Replacement of text symbols give programm as SAPMM06E and Form Routine as TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE .
u2022 Now the subject will be PO No. 1800004202 for e.g.
u2022 You need to maintain your email id in tcode SU01 and also the vendor's email id.
u2022 Now while creating a new purchase order , change the medium to External Send .
u2022 Then goto Communication Method and select CS01 . ALSO make sure that the Cover Page Text has value PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022 Goto tcode ME9F .
u2022 Execute.

When i unistall and again install a fresh Crystal report for .Net 4.0 Its ok to generate only to pdf option when click to the print icon on crystal report viewer but in another computer it is promting the old fasion like "a dialog with many option" ,But if want to have a only option to generate only to pdf option what should i have to do when my project and crystal report is at Window server 2008 R2,Please suggest a requred answer?

Firefox will update in increments when you use such old versions. The best thing to do is to go to www.getfirefox.com, and download Firefox 19.0.2. This is going to be much faster than updating to 3.0.19, then to 3.6, then 12, then 19 (which is the current process).

How to print content of attachments in PDF when clicked on print.

if you have have a bunch of questions, you can have a div tag set up with nothing in it after each question where you can display the answer. then when you click on the answers in the child window, you can do this:

Text in automatic e-mail for vendor when PO creation

Hello experts,
I have customized a message type that sends an email to the vendor when saving a purchase order and it works correctly, but I have some questions about characteristics of this email:
- Is it possible to include a text in the body of the message? I have seen that in "mail title and texts" when output types customizing there is an option for a long text but I do not know how to make this text appear in the email.
- Is it possible to send the email to more that one vendor? If in the vendor master data I include two different email addresses, is it possible to send the email to both of them?
- Is there any way to automatize this message just for one user?

In standard not possible to have covering text of a mail which include a text in the body of the e- mail message but only you can send with PO as attachment with subject in as "PO number"
Only possible :you can send PO by e-mail to vendor to single e-mail ID. If you want to send multiple (e-mail) ID, you can go for development with ABAPer with group e-mail concept.

Multiple vendor to see in print preview

Hi All,
I have a requierment where I have data for more then 1 vendor. I need to print the data in smartform for them.
I am done with the printing of data in smartforms but got stuck at one point.
Req is: there are 3 vendors that need to be print in smartform.
I have done the coding in Driver program and sending the data to smartform in loop by which I am able to print the multiple vendor data. But user need to see the output of 3 vendors in Print preview.
at present when user execute the report and select print preview 1 vendor data is shown. but to see the other vendor data user needs to come out of print preview and then again select print preview to see the 2 vendor data.
same for more then 2 or 4 or 5.
User wants to see the data for all the 3 vendor in print preview without going back and fourth. Please suggest how should I achieve this.

I do have next page in smartform but issues is data in Main window and secondary window both are changing. Secondary window has logo, company address based on vendor.
Changes are getting replicated in main window for multiple vendor but not in Secondary window. Please suggest any answer for this.

Data missing when Exporting or print preview from ALV report

I have a alv report which is showing fine but when i try to export it to say excel sheet or do print preview some of the data is missing. Can anyone tell me how to fix this. or at least point to some document that discuss this problem.

When you export to excel, the character fields and numeric columns gets re-arranged, but all the fields will be displayed in this case.

I cannot print a shipping label pdf file - there is no print button, and when I choose print preview, the page is blank

I used to be able to print shipping labels from Amazon.com. The label image is a pdf, but on the pdf page there is no print button. When I go to file print preview in the main tool bar, the image shows the file name, but no shipping label.

You can't delete pages with Reader, only with Acrobat.

My 5.01 and 6.0 beta stop responding when I try print preview. Help?

First, why didn't you design your form to keep the acceptible information when one field didn't meet your requirements. So 1997.
Now. On my Win7 machine, 6.0beta suddenly started hanging, (stopped responding) whenever I tried Alt-F-V or "file, print preview". I d/l'd 5.01 and the problem persisted. This isn't happening on my 5.0 LinuxMint11 machine, but I can't get past it. Can you suggest something that will remedy this?

I wanted to use smartform '/SMB40/MMPO_L ' for PO print out.
I configured the driver program '/SMB40/FM06P' and the smartform in the tcode NACE.
But when I hit the print preview button on ME23N. I am getting this error
Function module /SDF/AL_MAP_TRANSID_LOGH does not exist
What is this function module?
what might be the problem?
How can I solve this issue?
