We have installed the version:
Headstart 6.5.4.0 for Deverloper suite 10g(9.0.4) and upgraded it with the patch 6.5.4.0.1 for 10g Release 2.
The maintenance Form for the Object Library (GMSOLB65.FMB) gives an error:
"PDI-PLIO11 A tools common schema table is missing from the object store".
I use Forms Builder 10g version 10.1.2.0.2.

I was updating Firefox to the newest version 7.0.1 from version 6.0.2 I think it was, I clicked the restart Firefox button that always comes up after updating. It started updating and then Firefox never restarted like it was supposed to after it was done updating. I then tried to open Firefox and it told me "This application has failed to start because xul.dll was not found." I did have Firefox crash on maybe about 30 minutes or so earlier which bothered me because I have been using Firefox for years and never had it crash on me before but I didn't think much of it at the time it happened because I was able to go back onto Firefox and finish what I had been working on. A while later I checked for updates and updated. The first time I tried to update it didn't work though so I had to shutdown Firefox and reopen Firefox and start the update a second time. It was after the second time that when I tried to open Firefox I got that message about failing to start because xul.dll can't be found. I filed a crash report when my Firefox crashed. This would have been around 1am-2am in the morning that Firefox first crashed and then wouldn't allow me to open it after updating. I have a DELL laptop running the Windows XP operating system but the laptop is probably at least 6 or 7 years old. The laptop will no longer charge so I always have to have it plugged into an outlet. Both my laptop hard drive and my external hard drive give me messages that I am running out of disk space on my hard drive. I bought this laptop 6 or 7 years ago second hand so it could be even older. In short it's a piece of crap and it gives me all kinds of issues but I currently can't afford a new one, but I have never had any problems with Firefox and I use Firefox more than any other aspect of my laptop so it's really really bothering me. May you please help me fix it?
Unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work. Thanks for the help though. I tried to uninstall and it said I couldn't because the file is corrupt or something, but I think I finally got it uninstalled and/or deleted or whatever, but now I try to reinstall/download it again from the beginning and I can't. No matter what I do I can not get Firefox working again. No matter how many times I try to redownload it. Any other suggestions?

I have upgraded Apple Aperture from version 2 to version 3 and I'm having a problem with the "Highlights and Shadows" adjustment. According to the user's manual, I should have access to an advanced disclosure triangle which would allow me to adjust mid contrast, colour, radius, high tonal width and low tonal width.
If anyone has any suggestions as to how to access this advanced section, I'd be most grateful.Hi David-
The advanced adjustments in the Highlights & Shadows tool were combined into the "Mid Contrast" slider in Aperture 3.3 and later. If you have any images in your library that were processed in a version of Aperture before 3.3, there will be an Upgrade button in the Highlights & Shadows tool in the upper right, and the controls you asked about under the Advanced section. Clicking the Upgrade button will re-render the photo using the new version of Highlights & Shadows, and the Advanced section will be replaced with the new Mid Contrast slider. With the new version from 3.3 you probably don't need the Advanced slider, but if you want to use the older version you can download it from this page:

Should I upgrade my NVIDIA drivers from version 301.42 to 314.07 on my Mid-2010 MacBook Pro (6,2)?

I was wondering if it would be wise for me to upgrade my MacBook Pro nvidia drivers from version 301.42 to the current version 314.07? Reason, I am asking this is because my MacBook Pro has the nvidia GeForce GT 330m processor with 256mb of video memory and I haven't updated my Windows 7 64bit Home Premium display drivers for about 7 months. At the time I installed the 301.42 driver it was the latest WHQL release, and back then I did the upgrade after installing the Bootcamp 4.0 drivers (from the Bootcamp Assistant which had the 26X.XX driver version), Windows 7 SP1, and all Windows Updates. I used a clean install on those drivers. So far, I haven't had any problems with the 301.42 driver which makes me sometimes double think whether I should upgrade the drivers or not to the 314.07 version. As a result this is why I go to these forums and ask what could be the best course of action in my case?

How do I fix project after "Remove From Version Control" corrupted it?
I am using RoboHelp 9.0.1 and installed both Tortoise SVN 1.6.9 and latest PushOK SVNSCC then added my large RoboHelp project to SVN. I was able to check in and out files from SVN but had several issues with it:
1) Super super slow. Working with folders or any renames would take 10 seconds per file and up to 1 hour if needed to refresh the root folder.
2) I could not perform some actions at all, such as delete, rename, or move folders. I kept getting COM errors.
I therefore decided that working with SVN and RoboHelp is not practical, at least not on my VPN so I decided to disconnect the project from source control and just work locally. The only option that I saw that sounded like it would do that was the "Remove from Version Control". This started a process that lasted for several hours. At the end of it, I now have several significant issues:
1) The order of the files and folders in my Project Manager is completely wrong now. I have almost 1000 topics and reordering all of them is not possible.
2) The Table of Contents, Glossary, and Index files appear empty. They had content before.
2) A couple of the Single Source Layouts I had created are completely missing.
3) Many, but not all, of the folders have tons of files with the extension ending in "_temp_removed_by_svn"
4) Many, but not all, of the files are actually gone from SVN so I can't recover a clean image. There was no warning that this command would actually delete the files from SVN (I thought it would just remove the version control connection).
5) Who know what other issue exist that I haven't seen.
Any idea how I can fix this?

DanAre the "_temp_removed_by_svn" files in your local folder or SVN? Let us know how you get on with the new project. It sounds like something is wrong with SVN. Can you use the SVN Log command to see whether there is a different version you can restore. This might also give you an indication of what might have caused the problem. You could try deleting your CPD file. It gets rebuilt it is isn't there anyway. This file can become bloated and it is good practice to delete it when it gets close to 2mb in size. Your project is fairly large and has a lot of folders and may affect performance. Have you considered splitting them and merging the output? I know you probably don't want to consider this right now, but I think it may be a better long term solution.

How do you fix 'unable to upgrade from version 0'?
I have been working on 6 ibooks over the past year, documenting a lot of stuff for user manuals for our school. The ibooks were all created in iBA version 1.0, but are not published - we only use them internally so we just use the previews.
I gave up trying to upgrade my 1.0 iBooks, it takes too long to 'optimize' the files when I try to open them in 2.0. I have read all the issues with iBA 2.0, but decided to download 2.0 on another computer and wabt to try to re-write all my old 1.0 manuals (I have all the files that went into them).
However, when I double-click to open the 2.0, nothing happens. So I go to 'File' and select 'New from Template Chooser'. I then get the window with all the new templates, including the portrait ones. When I select any template, say the 5th one for example, I get the prompt "The document 'Textbook 05.ibatemplate' could not be upgraded. Unable to upgrade from version 0". This happens for every template. I don't understand. I downloaded the 2.0 from the app store onto a 'clean' computer. Yes, it has Lion on it and all the spec requirements to run iBA. Can anyone help me with what to do next?Did you ask Apple for help yet?

I am having difficulty in updating my iphone 3GS software from version 4.1 to version 5.1. I tried using my phone but cannot find the update software button even when I have gone through the right process by tapping SETTING, then GENERAL, yet could not find Update Software button. That is a free update (not an upgrade) what happens when you try? How are you trying to update? did your Mac come with restore disks or did you download software form teh App Store? Have you logged onto the App store and checked purchased software for updates?

IPad 2 will not update from version 4.3.5 (8L1).
I got an iPad 2 from work and it will not update from version 4.3.5. There isn't even a software update option in settings. I have reset and erased it a few times, and still no update option. I have plugged it into my computer to try to update it that way and every time iTunes prompts me to download and update the latest version, it loads for a few seconds and then I get an iTunes message that says "The IPad software update server could not be contacted. Make sure your network settings are correct and your newtwork connection is active, or try again later." the network connection IS active, I can use safari, and I have "tried again later" and still no update. In the t-code ABZE (acquisition with in house production) there is a check-box for reversal posting on screen with version 4.6C. However, this field is missing in ECC 6.0. Why so?
In the report s_alr_87012327, there is a field "only with creation block" in version 4.6C. However, this field is missing in ECC 6.0. Why so?
Request to kindly suggest the alternative to carry out the same in ECC 6.0.

1) 4.6c is NON-UNICODE system, Can I upgrade it into ECC 6.0 UNICODE system?
Yes you can.
If you are on a single code page system then you can give a gap between your uprade and unicode conversion. There is no problem with the singlecode upgrade and conversion.
But if your system is MDMP then you will have to do the CUUC method that is both upgrade and unicode conversion together. Though you can give a gap and sign an disclaimer with SAP it is still not recomended way.
2) 4.6c does not have any ITS system installed. If we upgrade it to ECC6.0 ABAP only, then Can I activate WAS internal ITS?
Yes you can activate it.
3) 4.6c does not have any JAVA stack. When I upgrade it to ECC 6.0, can I upgrade it to dual stack (ABAP+JAVA)? If yes, then how?
After the upgrade and unicode conversion you can install the java stack.
