QoS fields in the CMR records are always "null" in CUCM 10

My name is Huyen
I configured CDR Enabled Flag "True", Call Diagnotics Enabled "Enabled Only when CDR Enabled Flag is True", unchecked "Load CDR only" in CAR
but I can not see QoS field in call detail such as: jitter, latency, packet loss.
I use 7821 IP Phone and device protocol is SIP, CUCM version 10.5
Can you help me to troubleshoot it???

know what values Object P takes.P can be anything you like but
P = new Object();is probably fine for your purposes.
Also I think the output should begin from 0 to 10.Okay. I have no idea what you are talking about here but I'll agree with you.

    Hi Fazal,
    All the fields of the condition record are mandatory. Once u define the fields in the condition table, they become mandatory in the condition record.
    For ex. if my condition record consists of Customer, material, and sales orgn, then i need to maintain all the fields in the condition record with out which the condition record will not be found.

    Considering your example of a table consisting of fields Customer, material, and sales orgn; when i go to VK12, enter the condition type and select the key combination consisting of the above fields, the sales org would be mandatory or the sales org and the customer would be mandatory fields and material would not be mandatory before execution.
    If I give the material details then the specific condition record is the output, but if the sales org is the only mandatory field and i enter that and execute then it gives me a huge list.. Now, my question is how do you make this feild (sales org) mandatory or rather see it a mandatory entry in the VK12 screen???

I bougnt a full master pack CS6 which I had installed on a mac for one year. Then, I decided to change it to another computer, so I sisintalled it according to instructions. In the meantime I got a free trial of creative cloud on that computer, but I gave up and decided to reinstall my cd-roms. However, everytime I try to use acrobat for instance it says that my trial period ran out! I disinstalled my cloud products, I am using my registered full master series items, they have nothing whatsoever to do with my creative cloud FREE subscription. If I try to cancel my free membership, it is to no avail, there simply is no such possiblity. I want to use the software I paid dearly for, not the cloud items I disinstalled and which do not interest me. How can I contact Adobe to fix it? It was no fault of mine, I did all I was supposed to, disintalling items before installing the right ones, but the system must have some error i am not responsible for.

    I don't know the reason why you would want to do that but if you do not want to any record in the master block in
    a master-details format, then you could achieve this by setting the WHERE clause property in the block.
    e.g., master block DEPT (base table DEPT) and detail block EMP (base table EMP)
    table DEPT is as follow
    dept_id (pk)
    dept_name
    table EMP is as follow
    emp_id
    emp_name
    dept_id (fk)
    then you can set the WHERE clause in the DEPT block as follows
    exists (select 1 from emp a where a.dept_id = dept.dept_id)

    I inserted the orginal installation disk for the Mac mini. I ran the verify disk. Then nine of these messages in red showed - "Reserved fields in the catalog record have incorrect data." I then did repair disk and now it shows that 1 volume could not be repaired. I have the MiniStack as well. I am assuming that the Hard Drive is the one needing repair. Not the MiniStack which also has OS installed along with Classic. How can I fix the disk? How important is the message in red?

    You have directory damage.

    The other option is to wipe your drive and re-install everything.

  • To find all the child records are processed before parent records

    Hi,
    When i am trying to process consignment pulls and my client is using third party tool to insert the data into interface tables. My logic is written in such a way that it should pick parent record associated with child but there is some delay in child records and not all the child records are being pulled with parent.
    In a brief, i need to write a condition in such a way that my parent cursor should pick all the child records with max(last_updated_date) and then it should be processed.
    eg: I have a family and need to catch bus with all my family members. I need to check now for the last family member who get into and should wait for atleast 2mins so as to ensure all my family members are in. I am unable to achieve this with count. Please do revert back soon.

    Hi Helios,
    Thanks for the info. But its not a concurrent request something like we can filter with start date and completion date. Its all about selection of records from headers and lines table and not able to make those selection of header records with a delay of say some 2minutes until all the child records are inserted.

    I had a very perplexing problem...
    My iMac G5 was shutting down by itself so I took it to Apple and had the power supply replaced. After it was repaired I was concerned about the hard drive health after the unexpected shutdowns. So I ran Disk Utility and encountered the following...
    The iMac G5 is running OS 10.4.6.
    I ran "Repair Disk Permissions" from Disk Utility and encountered no errors.
    I ran "Verify Disk" from Disk Utility on the drive and I get these results (copied from DiskUtility.log):
    Verifying volume “TheDisk”
    Checking HFS Plus volume.
    Checking Extents Overflow file.
    Checking Catalog file.
    Checking multi-linked files.
    Checking Catalog hierarchy.
    Checking Extended Attributes file.
    Reserved fields in the catalog record have incorrect data
    Checking volume bitmap.
    Checking volume information.
    The volume TheDisk needs to be repaired.
    Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit
    Disk Utility stopped verifying “TheDisk” because the following error was encountered:
    The underlying task reported failure on exit
    1 HFS volume checked
    Volume needs repair
    This occurs whether I run it while booted from the hard drive or the restore disc. While booted from the restore disc, running repair disc indicates that the failure could not be fixed.
    Booted from the hardware test disc and all tests passed.
    Booted from TechTool Pro disc and all the tests passed.
    Booted from Disk Warrior (had to get the "free" update to boot my iMac G5) and rebuilt directory. No errors reported.
    Still same error reported in Disk Utility. ???
    Booted iMac in 'safe' mode. Rebooted iMac normally.
    Disk Utility now reports success!

    Sorry but this is not assistance to you but an additional request for help from someone!!!
    I had the same thing occur just now!!!! I have used everything in site and keeps returning............
    Hope someone has an answer as to why this occured....

  • When I launch Finder for the first time the same folders are always open

    Hi. When I first boot up and launch Finder the same folders are always open on my boot drive. I close them all and continue to work on the computer, opening and closing folders as needed for that day's projects until I quit for the day. But the next time I start up (normally the next day) the same exact folders are open on my boot drive when I first open Finder or if I just double-click the drive. I've tried switching accounts and then back again and trashing Finder preferences, making sure every single folder is closed before I shut down, but the folders continue to show up as open the next time I boot up my Mac Pro. Any ideas anyone?

    Thanks for your suggestion. In the meantime I contacted support at www.bombich.com (creator of Carbon Copy Cloner) and told them what I was thinking about doing and they suggested deleting the hidden .DS_Store files in the folders remaining open. This is the explanation they gave me:
    This file, created by the Finder, keeps track of folder view options, icon positions, and other visual information about folders. A separate .DS_Store file is created in each directory about that directory.
    So I went online and found the Terminal commands for showing (and hiding) hidden files and trashed, one by one, all the .DS_Store files in the folders that were remaining open and that did the trick. I've tested Finder several times on relaunch and reboot and it's working perfectly again. Folders remain closed as I've left them before shutting down. Big relief. And I've learned something about .DS_Store files.

    No. If the environment would be wrong the system wouldn´t start up.
    Core dumps are in 99 % of the cases program errors (in the SAP kernel or in an interface (libdbora*)), misaligend accesses of data etc.
    If you encounter such an error have a look in the C-Stack. If you can´t see where the error is happening opening an OSS call. Most of those errors are fixed by installing the latest patches for the kernel and the database interface.

  • The rendered records are not consistent with the range

    After changing the range with record navigator to render the records,
    if navigate to other page and go back,the rendered records will not be
    consistent with the record range.
    The issue can be reproduced as follows.
    1.when select 1-10 range,the first 10 records are rendered.
    2.select [Next 10 records] to render the 11-13 records.
    3.change to other page and return to the original page.
    It is found that the 11-13 records are rendered but the range is 1-10.
    You can verify the issue by executing SampleMainPG.xml of the Tutorial.jpr for 11.5.10.2

    FYI.  I was able to do what I wanted by first going to page properties and removing unwanted fonts from appearance.  Then edit the page, select all, change style to normal, then select the text where you want to use a different style and change style there.  This gives consistent appearance with both browsers.

    the date picker is a widget from the current OS and there seems to be no way to enter the upper levels of that widget to select another year; when it is executed within Acrobat/Reader.
    Under Windows 7 you generally can use Ctrl + Up to select the upper levels of the date picker (months, years, decades), but not so within a PDF.
    But you still can enter the date with the keyboard, so this is not such big barrier.

    I have a SSIS package which insert data from Table A  to Table B . I need to insert only new records to Table B. If any record is not there it should insert the record if not ignore that record.
    I used Lookup Transformation but it doesn't works from me, which tab should i need to select? Like in General tab we have  ignore failure, Fail Component,Redirect rows to no match output, Redirect rows to error output?
    Please help me on this issue.

    On what basis you're doing the lookup? Are you using correct column for the lookup? It should be based on common columns based on which tables are related (mostly primary key column)
    Can you also show the column tab to see how you've done the mapping  ?

  • Fields of the material BOM are overwritten by values from customising.

    I have the an issue wherein I am trying to update a material BOM, and I pass a blank value to REL_COST (or SANKA ) in item. But somehow in the function module CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN it gets defaulted to X while posting the BOM update.
    When I use the function module CSAP_MAT_BOM_CREATE to create BOM it works fine. I see there is OSS note 1012556, but looks like it is valid for different function module CDESK_BOM_WIZARD, which is relevant to my scenario. However that function module is for dialog mode and not released yet.

    I have this same issue.
    I found a workaround, passing "!" instead of space when I want to reset fields such as cost relevancy, text1 and text2.  My issue is on CSAP_BOM_Maintain.
    So for your solution, you just call the same function 2x with same values?
