Qosmio X300-V15 - Touchpad driver for Windows 7

Hey all
I've got a huge problem with my Toshiba Qosmio X300-V15?. I've upgraded to Windows 7 Professional from Windows Vista and now my touchpad aint working :(
I have download the necessary drivers, and stuff from the following site : [http://nordic.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/dk/generic/SUPPORT_PORTAL/?]
But it aint working. At my Windows device manager it can find a P2 something mouse. So it can see that the mouse is "on".

Yes I have tried this but it dosent work, tho all the other keys work so I can "light-down" the screen and stuff. On another forum they told me see if I could see it in BIOS

Satellite Pro P100 - Touchpad driver for Windows 7 32bit

Hi
I'm looking for a touchpad driver for my P100 (PSPA4E) which works under Windows 7 32bit. After changing from Windows XP to Windows 7 the tochpad isn't working any longer.

Generally speaking for touchpad no additional driver is necassary. The touchpad also works without touchpad driver because the Windows standard driver will be used.
Touchpad driver is only important for special functions like virtual scrolling, change tapping settings, etc.
You can download all driver on official Toshiba website:
http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com > Support & Downloads > Download Drivers
But you have to search in driver *Archive* because its old notebook model.
Its no Windows 7 32bit driver available but I saw touchpad driver for Vista. It should work on Windows 7 too. :)

Thinkpad R500 Touchpad driver for Windows 10 (Mac like gesture)

I have a Lenovo Thnkpad R500 with Windows 10 installed, but it seems there is no support the two finger scroll (Mac like gesture). Is there Touchpad driver for the R500 to support Windows 10 two finger scroll (Mac like gesture)? It looks to be a Synaptics UltraNav, I have tried installing the generic Synaptics Windows driver V 17.0.19 that claims to support Windows 8 but it fails to install on Windows 10. If I cannot get the two finger scroll to work on the Lenovo, I will stay with the Mac.

HP-15 r249tu Notebook touchpad driver for windows 7 64 bit

Hello, Please help me with the touchpad driver for my HP-15 r249tu Notebook, I had tried to install Synaptics Touchpad driver sp69613, but is doen't works. After installing this driver it shows an error message continously that the driver stopped working and shows the option for close the programme and when I close the programme it again comes up with the same pop up message. Please help me the driver which I can use for my Notebook.

Try reinstalling the driver from the HP Recovery Manager app uf your laptop then select Driver and Application reinstall and find the driver from there.. By the way, drivers that's in HP Recovery Manager are the default drivers of your laptop so it should work.. Hope this helps

Satellite U500 - ALPS touchpad driver for WIndows 7 64bit

I have a U500-00X012 (Australian Model) which I have updated to Windows 7 64bit. The Toshiba Australia website says to use the Vista 64bit ALPS touchpad driver. I could not get any Vista driver to work with my U500.
The correct driver is available from the Toshiba Europe website http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-files2/0/tpdrv-20091112112139.zip
The driver is v7.105.303.117
Hope this saves somebody the many hours I have wasted trying to get the touchpad to work.

when I installed any of the three versions of 64 bit Vista drivers available on the Toshiba Australia Website, they all install fine without any errors. After rebooting the laptop Device Manager says the ALPS touchpad is installed and working correctly. The icon for the touchpad appears on the taskbar but the touchpad just does not work at all!!
The driver link that I posted installs just the same as the other drivers, but it actually works.
I have no idea why the Toshiba Australia website only links to drivers that don't work and the Toshiba Europe website links to later drivers that do work. I have asked Toshiba Australia Support this question.

Qosmio X300-15U - Product key for Windows 7 upgrade disk

I have a Qosmio X300 15U, and just bought DVD upgrade for the OS: from Vista64 to Win 7 (home premium).
I got it by Toshiba Winodws 7 upgrade site.
I installed the upgrade and it's working fine, so far.
Only possible problem for the future, is that I cannot seem to find the Windows 7 product key label attached on the DVD paper case (probably lost it)
I have the DVD (for other serials, or so...)
Does anybody know if it's possible to make Toshiba support, send my old Windows 7 product Key or a new one (just in case of reinstall...)
It also appears that Microsoft has validated my install through their Tool (WGA, I think)
Do I need to revert to MS (paid) assistance, for such a (simple, to me) case?

I don't know if Toshiba can send you a new productkey-label, you should call the helpdesk. But to find your productkey you need a key finder tool.

U300 Touchpad Driver for Windows 8 Does Not Load Properly

I have spent a few hours with both Microsoft Premier Technical Support and (a very grumpy) Lenovo technician. They have both confirmed that the Windows 8 touchpad driver that is currently posted on the Lenovo site for the U300S does not load properly. It will, as many have reported, disable the touchpad altogether. There seems to be an issue with the loader installing files for both a Synaptics and a Cypress touchpad. This creates an apparent conflict that relegates the touchpad as useless.
If you choose to install this driver, I would recommend that you create a store point so that it can be easily recovered.
A standard mouse works just fine (albeit without any Win8 functionality).
***Lenovo should pull this damaging driver down from their site until a certified replacement can be prepared.***

hi,I have a Pavilion 13-r010dxx2 Detachabl laptop. After reinstalling OS windows 8.1 32 bit. I could not find drivers for 32 bit. HP support center only shows drivers for 64 bit. My touchpad & screen touch is not working. Can anybody please tell me how to make them work & where to find drivers for 32 bit.I'm eagerly waiting for anybody's kind response.

Hi: The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 32 bit graphics driver directly from Intel. Laserjet 1300 Driver for Windows 7 64 Bits

Come on HP - I need the driver for Windows 7 64 bits for my HP Laserjet 1300 series.
I installed a generic driver which works OK for some applications.
But when using my Stenograph application the box that should be printed
around the text on the printed page is NOT correct: I only see the top and left side of the box shifted by 3 inches.

I have a lenovo thinkpad x300, and connect to the LJ1300 with a USB. I installed PCL5, for example, and tried to print a simple text. But my printer does not respond (the light doesn't start to blink), and when I use the Print function, it gives me a message that indicates "error, 1 document".
I will be off of my printer for a couple of weeks but want to be up and running soon. I had hoped installation of Windows 7 wouldn't be dramatic.

As the name suggests, those drivers are intended to substitute for the "real" driver that is specific to a given printer. They primarily are intended for use where a network administrator is responsible for a variety of HP printers on a single network. Congratulations on installing it -- even if it doesn't work.
On the same page that you linked to, there is a link under the heading "Driver" that leads to "Product Support for Windows 7." That link basically leads nowhere useful for Windows 7. The conclusion that you're led to by these pages is that the only choice for Windows 7 is one of the Universal Print Drivers. This conclusion is erroneous.
I can't reconstruct how I found it, but if you go to the link in my previous post (http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=120&prodSeriesId=...) you'll get to an HP support page for using HP printers with Win 7. Essentially, this page divides various HP printers into 6 categories and describes your options for each category:
HP and Windows 7 printer driver options available for the selected product
HP print driver available
Windows 7 print driver available
HP LaserJet AIO/MFP product options
Product will be supported
Selected product is not supported in Windows 7
The Laserjet 1300 is listed as a Category 3, which means that a driver specific to this model is built-in to Windows 7. This is not the Universal Print Driver. The catch is that the driver for the Laserjet 1300 isn't available in Windows 7 out-of-the-box (at least, that's what happened in my installation). It only shows up if you permit Windows Update to update the list of built-in printer drivers.
I suggest that you completely uninstall your LJ1300. Disconnect the LJ1300. Then, right click on its icon in Printers and Devices and select "Remove Device." Then click on any other printer listed and then click on "Print server properties" in the menu bar. Click on the Drivers tab and Remove the Universal Print Driver (or whatever else looks like it's related to the LJ1300. Uninstall anything to do with the Universal Print Driver from Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.
Now, you can take one of two approaches:
What I did was just plug the printer in and turn it on. If you've managed at some point to update the list of built-in printers, Windows should just identify and install the printer like any other USB device. Otherwise, you should get a popup asking you to give permission to search the web for a driver. Grant the permission. Windows will find the correct driver and install the printer.
Alternatively, go to Devices and Printers and start the Add Printer wizard. Tell it you're installing a local printer to LPT1. You'll get to the list of built-in printer drivers. Select HP in the left pane and scroll through the right pane. If you find the PCL5 driver for the Laserjet 1300, cancel the process and then add the printer as in the paragraph above. If you don't find an entry for the Laserjet 1300, click the Windows Update button. After a couple of minutes, the process will be finished, and now when you look there will be the PCL5 driver for the Laserjet 1300. Cancel the process and add the printer as in the paragraph above.

B570e Energy Management Driver for Windows 8.1

Hi ,
Recently , I installed Windows 8.1 on my B570e laptop .
Some problems I faced , such as touchpad scrolling and inverted scrolling and I solved it by installing the old driver , because the new driver does not include advanced settings.
However , there is no energy management driver for my laptop.
The energy management driver for windows 7 has no effect.
I tried installing energy driver in this link and it is not working at all.
My laptop still work and does not sleep automatically after 25 miutes.
What is the solution for energy management ?

I’m sorry to hear that sleep, touchpad and other power management feature are not working as expected after upgrading to Windows 8.1; I suggest you re-install the LEM (Lenovo Energy Management) driver available, while installing the drivers right click on the downloaded file and select “Run as administrator” option to get it installed without any error. The issue should resolve if the latest display driver is installed in the computer, below are the link to automatically scan the computer and install the relevant driver from Intel and NVIDIA:

HP Officejet 4255 driver for Windows 7, 32 bit.
Driver is not in pull up list and not in OS(can't update OS basic). Almost all series are listed but 4200 series is missing.
After upgrade to Windows 7, it has become a problem. Some solution should be given.

Ok, I found in the Net the drive 7uw706ww.zip, which is Version 6.1.4.2, while the updated version is 6.1.10.5 (7UW708WW).
I tried again the GPS, and it wasn't working.
Anyway, before downgrading, I tried to reinstall the new driver, downloading and installing the .exe instead going through System Update.
Result: now GPS is working (same place, same conditions, just 5 minutes later)!
Don't know where the difference is...

Lenovo Thinkpad 8 Wifi driver for Windows 10?

I've installed Windows 10 Technical Preview on my Lenovo Thinkpad 8. It's been working pretty nicely, except for one thing: the Broadcom Wifi card driver (Broadcom BCM4324 Wireless LAN Driver). Since this doesn't work I have to use a USB antenna.
This driver has gotten no update since the release of the Thinkpad 8! I tried running it in "Windows 8 compatibiliy mode" and that still doen't work. Does anŷone know of a possible way to make it work (either with an update, or an older driver in compatibility mode)? Any idea or suggestion (or word from Broadcom) is welcome!

I had the same problem and installed the Win 8.1 version of the driver.
First deinstall the microsoft driver, download the driver from http://support.lenovo.com/<xx>/<xx>/products/tablets/thinkpad-tablet-series/thinkpad-8/?tabName=Down...
replace <xx> by your language code. eg. en (my language code was de)
look for Broadcom BCM4324 Wireless LAN Driver for Windows 8.1 (32-bit) - ThinkPad 8 or (64-bit in case)
Start the installer and you're done.

You may download the Universal Print Driver PCL5 below, it is compatible with both Windows 7 or 8 64-bit.
For USB select Plug n Play, for network select Tradiotional Mode and follow the steps by setting a TCP/IP Port with the IP Address of the printer:
