QR Code Scanner Pro

So I have a QR code scanner calld QR Code Scanner Pro and after I scan a barcode a few times it makes my phone restart. how come? and how can I make it stop doing that? I have a blackberry Curve 8530.

Hi Natasha,
Thanks for the post..
Please check whether your Device OS is upgraded or not, if not upgrade it to latest one.
Also try to check by reinstallting QR code scanner on your handheld.

  • TS4009 Has anyone else had a problem with files going missing in iCloud?  I'm use Scanner Pro which saves files to iCloud and some of my older files are MIA

I use Scanner Pro, which is a document scanning app.  It scans (takes a picture of) the documents then saves as a "spdoc" and uploads to iCloud, then retrieves the file when you need to view or send.  I had some important tax docs saved and when I went to open them today they can't be retrieved.  The folder containing the files shows the the space is allocated for the files (says folder is 8 mb and the files I can see in the folder are only taking up 6.2 mbs).
Is there anything I can do to retrieve these files.  They are super important!
    Thanks for your help!

I was running into the same problem with my Mac.  I could not open nor find an application that would open a .spdoc file extension.  However, I went to my iPad and was able to open the file using the Scanner Pro app.  I hope this helps.

  • Is Oracle Form can read bar code scanner ?

    Hi everybody,
I would like to develop an application for a video club with oracle form. Can anyone tell me how can do or just say if it is possible or not
    Thanks a lot.
    Shafique Mahmood

I would like to develop an application with
Oracle form can any one can just tell me
is it possible or not? Depending what bar code scanner you use. If it has a Java
interface, you can develop a PJC (Pluggable Java Component) for
Forms, or even a Java Bean and use a JavaBean area item.
If it has a COM interface, you can use the JavaBean/COM bridges
    probably get the same result.
For PJC and JavaBeans, have a look in the Forms 6i/9i docs for
    more info.
    Hope that helps

  • E71 Bar code scanner versus camera quality

So I just updated my E71 from an older firmware to the latest: 501.21.001 and it's a RM-357 (E71-2; 270.07).  I've been playing around with it to see the changes and I noticed that when using the bar code scanner, the quality of the picture is incredibly strong!  I don't remember it being that good.
Now, when I load the camera, it's the same quality as previous firmware versions, fairly poor.  "Close-up mode" is very blurry with anything closer than a few inches or 20+cm.  This is very different from the bar code scanner.
Why is this so different and how to fix it?  Can anyone else verify this as well?

I use Scandit for barcodes and it works great on my fascinate.  I have no problems.

  • Is there any Mac app like Scanner Pro (by Readdle) ?

    Hello Apple community!
I've been using Scanner Pro by Readdle on my iPhone for months and i am very happy with that.
I am generally using that to take pictures of papers for my lessons.
    What I want :
It should automatically crop according to the corner of the paper.
It should convert it to Grayscale or black & white.
It should combine multiple files into one PDF.
    What I don't want :
OCR (It is kind of obsolete for me because most of my notes are handwritten and non-english)
I've been trying to find something like that for hours, and I couldn't find any good alternative.
Price is not that important. This kind of app is incredibly important for me to organise my notes.

If your IMAP e-mail account is capable of push, then adding that account to Mail is all that is necessary.  You'll want to make sure that the advanced settings for the account have the IDLE command check box checked, as shown below.

  • Scanner pro on my ipad mini

Sometimes my ipad just gets out of the applicaiton. A recent incident is that i installed scanner pro on my ipad mini and everytime i try to use it and take a photo it just gets out of the application to the main screen.  I have installed the same application on my iphone 5s but on my phone it is working fine. Does this mean that i might have a problem with the OS on my ipad? As i said it sometimes does it on other applicaitons.
    Please help
    thanks

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

  • Interface with SAP / Bar code scanner.

    Hello,
we are going  to integrate bar code reader to SAP directly
Our thought are , Scanning  the bar code and then using IDOC or directly connected to SAP - ZTables for converting the data into the SAP system..
is it possible to convert the bar code information ( such us material / batch etc..) in to SAP with an interface.
    Any Input will be appreciated
    Thanks for your help
    JJ

    Hi JJ,
I may be just re-iterating what has already been said, but for clarity I will put down the points again, since I was also faced with the same confusion regarding how barcode and sap will work.
    1. Barcode Scanner has nothing to do with SAP or any software.
       In simple terms, it is just like a keyboard. To demo;
        a) Plug in the barcode scanner in the USB port
        b) Open Notepad in windows
        c) The cursor will be inside the notepad
        d) Now scan the bar code against any barcode image.
(Suppose the barcode image contains the information XYZABC)
       e) As soon as you scan, the characters   X Y Z A B C (without spaces)
will AUTOMATICALLY GET TYPED on the screen, inside the notepad, at the place of cursor.
Hence, the SCANNER  just acts as a KEYBOARD.
and autommatically types in the characters WHEREVER the CURSOR is.
We can test this using notepad, Excel, word or any where the cursor can appear.
We can test in any standard sap screen on any text field also, etc.
    2. Saving the data in SAP.
        a) First we have to figure out how to save data in SAP,
considering we are entering data MANUALLY.
       b) This can be a STANDARD Transaction or a Z transaction.
       c) Suppose the field / information is material number,
then instead of TYPING the material number on the screen, in the field,
we simply place the cursor on that field.
      d) then we simply scan the image (containing information on material n umber) and hooooooray,
it gets automatically TYPED IN on that field.
Thats it.  Other fields we may have to enter manually and press the SAVE button to save the data.
Scanner just saves TYPING the information manually, and hence reduces time and error both.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Amit Mittal.

  • Solution for connecting a handheld code scanner to SAP

    hello experts,
my question is on what technology one can use to connect an existing handheld device to SAP which is used a scanner to scan bar codes on boxes and transport the file from the wireless device of the scanned objects into the SAP.
What solution and technology one need sto use to set this up.
    Thanking you

    Hi,
There are three ways in which your requirement can be fulfilled:
    1) SAPConsole: Basic idea is to convert the SAP GUI screens into text screens which are then accessed by mobile devices through telnet server
    2) ITSMobile: ITSMobile is a new application introduced by SAP in 2007.
    3) Mobile Webdynpro: Webdynpro Java (SAP Netweaver) can offer the capability to fulfill your requirement.
    Thnks
    ITSMobile Can be Used:

  • Bar code scanner

How to integrate Barcode scanner with java application?

The most bar code scanners I used (about half a dozen variations) got plugged between keyboard and computer and just produced normal keyboard events. So there was no need for a special api .. you actually could go into notepad to read whats in the barcodes.
There are more complex scanners though, coming with a build in display an own os and all kind of stuff ... for those you'll get an API from the producer of the scanner. I'm pretty shure they have all java apis by now

  • 64 bits code with Pro*C

I need to generate 64 bits code with my Pro*C programs.
Some documents reference a makefile called demo_proc64.mk,
    where can i found it?
How can i use de lib64 library's if i dont have that makefile?
    Thanks.

I stumbled upon the solution. In my makefile, I had the final compile look something like this (greatly abbreviated):
cc $(PROLDLIBS) program1.o -o program1Well, it turns out that if you list PROLDLIBS after the object, it compiles without complaining about multiple main() functions. So it's all happy if I do this:
cc program1.o $(PROLDLIBS) -o program1I guess I should assume that the sslb9 library detects if there is already a main() function and disregards its own if so. Whatever... I still don't know what that library does, but at least I don't have to jump through hoops to strip it out anymore.

  • HT2376 How do i retrieve a lost key code for Pro if it is older than 18 months ? which is the longest you can look at on the orders history page.

I Upgraded to quicktime pro years ago on my pc , then when i got a mac i purchased another copy for mac. I ve now gone back to pc and want to retrieve my old key code. The check your order history only goes back 18 months and i think i got mine about 4 years ago . Any advice ? or do i need to buy another copy . Cheers

Regardless of what any of us think, the fact is that Apple no longer provides lookup of orders older than 18 months. Why they chose this none of us here can say, but that's what they have decided. So it's no longer possible to look up a QuickTime key purchased more than 18 months ago. If the user failed to keep a copy of the email or otherwise record the key, as Apple themselves advise, then a new QT Pro key will be required.
    Regards.

  • Code for Pro lost on XP Pro

I had QuickTime Pro installed on my PC and lost it when the PC unexpectedly toasted itself.
Is there anyway to recover my activation code for QT Pro on the PC?
(XP Pro now running via Boot Camp on this computer)

Log in at the Apple Store using the same account ID that made the purchase.
Click the "downloadable software history" to review your purchase of Pro.

  • COD:AW Pro Edition shipping only?!?!?

I'm just curious what the logic is behind only providing people with the option for shipping only on the higher tier editions for COD:AW. I have already preordered my Pro Edition and chose Express shipping in the hopes that it'll arrive on that Monday (wishful thinking, I'm sure). Everyone buying these editions are going to miss out on the Day Zero promotion attached to this game if its received past that Monday. So we spend more and get short changed. Seems logical..........

    Hi kornfrk2727/JBROWN52,
First, thanks for pre-ordering Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with Best Buy! I was recently watching some videos that were showcasing the multiplayer aspects of the game and it’s great to see some innovation in the Call of Duty series. Between the different versions of the game and the recent announcement of the Day Zero Edition, it’s completely understandable there’d be some questions.
If you pre-ordered the Atlas Limited edition in-store, then you should be just fine picking it up from that same store location during the Day Zero release. The Day Zero release, as JBROWN52 has asked, means that our stores will now be holding the midnight release event at 12:01 a.m. on 11/3/14, which is a day prior to when it originally was scheduled. Please click here for a list of participating stores.
I hope this answers your questions!

  • Is the iPod touch camera good enough to use Scanner Pro?

I'm thinking of downloading this app but I believe it's designed for the iPhone. Is the camera on the iPod touch good enough to scan documents? I mean, I don't expect a perfect scan but if I scan a regular sized page is it readable?

I do not recommend this. While the camera is perfectly capable to film HD movies, it strangely is crappy when it comes to Pictures.
The iPhone 4 has 5Megapixels , the iphone 4s has 8MP and the iPod touch ( current version is still the 4g model ) has 0,7MP.
For snapshots ok, but not for OCR/Scanner purposes.
