QT Pro, I paid for it but have I got it?... I really do not know..

I entered the new key string but how can I tell whether I have the Pro version... (especially as I wasn't too familiar with the normal version...).
I need this to put chapters in an HD MOV movie (advise from another thread I am trying out). Just in case you were wondering what the heck I am doing fiddling with something I know nothing about... a very good question... but help would be appreciated non-the-less. Thanks!

Thanks... that aswers that one... Pro is not installed. Does anyone know how I should use the new key to get it installed? It did not download anything when I bought it. Just told me to open QT and enter the key which I did but saw spectacularly little happen...

This is not just annoying, it is wrong, because at the end of the trial it will stop completely. You must resolve it before then.
So, did you do anything to license the trial version? It needs to be told that you have purchased, or it will stop working at the end of the trial.

Try to see if perhaps you are connecting the drive to a surge protector and it might not be getting enough power, try to connect the adapter directly to a power outlet on the wall to see if you get a different result.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your Acrobat.com subscription. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there.
Is the problem specific to one PDF file, or are you running into the same problem with multiple files? How large is the file (or files) that you're trying to upload? Are they complex (large number of pages; mix of text and graphics)?
Let's start with some basic troubleshooting:
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
Make sure that there are no firewall or proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
Let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, we can take a closer look at the files that you're trying to convert.
