Qty change in Billing

Hi All!!!!!
There is a Sample Sales Scenario were pro-forma invoice is raised for the customer. And when the customer fails to return the sample articles a sales invoice has to be raised.
E.g 100 sample has been sent to customer but he returns 50 out of them. We had raised pro-forma for 100 articles and now can I create Invoice from the pro-forma and change the quantity of the same.....
Client wants to avoide the process of Sale and Return.
Please guide me on the same

Hi,
I think you can use an Invoice Correction request (documnet type RK) created with reference to the invoice. The
document enables you to correct the quantity and/or the price for one or more items in an invoice.
Each invoice correction request that is made in reference to an invoice contains two items for
each item in the invoice
The first item in Invoice correction request is the copied value and quantity copied from the reference invoice; this item appears as the credit item. The second item is the debit item, which represents the correct quantity and/or value. change this second debit item due to a new pricing or whatever reason, the difference of the two would automatically be passed on to billing as either a credit or debit memo

How to change the billing qty directly during VF01 in AFS?

Dear experts:
Can anyone advise how we can change the billing qty directly during VF01 in AFS? Can anybody tell me why i can modify the billing qty in SAP R/3 ECC6.0, but it fail to in AFS, why?
The operation was:
1、I have to done one customising, in VOV7 for my Item category change the Billing Relevance to "K"；
2、We setting up as Delivery note related billing and would like to change the qty at the point of billing；
3、Enter the Delivery note number Do not Press Enter, Then Click on u201Cselection listu201D, however , the field of "open quantity" is in greyed out mode !
In SAP R/3 ECC6.0 ,In transaction VF01 put the Delivery note NO. and before entering or executing go to "selection list" and we will find the quantities in editable mode and we can change there and then execute billing,but in AFS,the field of "open quantity" is in greyed out mode ! I asked a lot of friends in AFS, they also have this problem!

Hi Guys,
Contrary to others IS (retail, oil etc...), AFS has been almost fully redesigned in some areas. That's why SAP releases first EHP business functions for standard and then try to enhanced the new created features later in AFS EHP.
In regards to the change of the billing quantity, from my prospective this is not supported. Quantity always comes from preceding document.
AFS is implemented in many industries like workwear, fashion high fashion, sportwear, underwear, bags etc...However I never got the same requirement to change the billing quantity.
For which reasons do you need to change the billing quantity ? Can this be done in the sales order (in case of debit/credit memo request) or in the delivery ?
The billing area has some restrictions, such as doing a pricing redetermination, in AFS it must be done in the sales order for example.
You could potentially ask SAP and see whether an advanced modification could be provided (this is chargeable).

I can't change my billing information or my credit card information - Please Contact itunes support to complete transaction

For a week now I've not been able to change my billing address or information OR change the credit card I wish to use on itunes. I've tried resetting the cache and warning messages, restarting my machine, and contacting itunes support. This is rediculous. I recieved an e-mail 4 days later saying that I couldn't use that credit card? The funny thing is, I have another account that can... So why can't I change it on this account? This is my main account and I want to use my main credit card. So finally they just deleted my old credit card information. How hard is it to have your customers edit form information and store it in your database? Seriously, I'm so upset right now. Apple is known for being user friendly, how is this user friendly? Ok, so I finally got help on this issue. Basically, I had tried to edit my credit card information, and it secretly locked my account. After finally getting a hold of a representative through the chat service on the support site, I was able to get this fixed. I had been previously helped by someone through e-mail, but that was a complete waste of time. Go for the chat service, it's a million times better. They were able to release the secret block on my account...from trying to change my own information so that I could change it and be on my way. Anyway, I hope this helps.

Once you have changed your Apple ID, you need to set it up for use in the various systems such as iTunes, the App Store, etc so it can be used as intended. This article shows how to do that -

If you want to use a credit card then the card will need to registered in the country that you want to change to.

FIX: Change your Billing Cycle and Due Date!

There are many people angry about the change in billing due dates that have been set by AT&T recently. There is a way to get your due date back to where you want it but does require a little work on your part. NOTE: I am not an AT&T Employee, this is just advice from someone doing a little research! How the change works:First you will need to contact AT&T customer support (as this is just a customer to customer support forum so nobody here can make changes to your account). Let them know you want to change your billing cycle and due date. First month - you must complete your current billing cycleSecond month - you will have a prorated "short" cycle anywhere from 0-29 daysThird month - you will start with the billing cycle on the new date you select. There are a couple of other requirements below just so you are completely informed when talking to AT&T support.
Billing Cycle Change Requirements:
Changing your billing cycle is NOT an option in all service areas so contact support at 800-331-0500 to find out if this option is available in your service area.
Your billing cycle cannot be changed during the five days before or after the close of your current cycle. Your billing cycle cannot be changed if your account is in a delinquent status, or if the account will fall delinquent before the requested change date. If you have a payment arrangement set up, the payment arrangement must be made before the billing cycle is changed. If you have Autopay, you may see two Autopay drafts in one month due to the billing cycle change. Please keep in mind that when a billing cycle is changed you will see prorated charges to get all of the billing back on track with the new dates. Understanding that this does create an inconvenience for many people for the first 2 months you will be where you need to be after and back on track. If anyone has anything to add please do so and I will update my post.

This is a great guide that will be very helpful to any of our customers who wish to change their bill cycle dates! I’d just like to thank you for posting this and add some further expectations.
The balance on the prorated second invoice shows as Past Due on the customer's third invoice, even if it is not. The cycle change process does not impact their account status and corrects itself on subsequent bills. With regards to prorated charges, the customer is provided a video bill with their next statement to help explain the charges.

Pricing should not be changed in billing document?

We have given manual entry provision for pricing in Sales order level . But as per the company requirement, the price should not be changed in the billing document. Also the point to be considered is, it is a delivery based billing. What is the configuration required to ensure that , System should not allow pricing to be changed in billing document when it is getting created.
I have checked the forum and found no threads linked to it. Kindly help me in this regard.

Hi ,
In SPRO -> S&D-> Billing Documents ->Maintain copying Control for Billing documents. Here select for copying control for ( based on your case) delivery type to Invoice type (Eg: Invoice type F2: Delivery type : LF) and then go to Item and select Item Category.
And then go to Item Category details (Eg: TAN) . Here you find Pricing type and based on your requirement you can select. If not satisfying your need then you can modify the copying requirement.
