Qualify for discounted creative cloud
Hi
I've bought both Photoshop PS3, Dreamweaver PS3 and Adobe Flash Cs4, all for student price, I would now like to join Creative Cloud (not longer a student) for the discounted price before the offer runs out, and wonder if I qualify.
Also, I don't know where my serial number is and have registered my Adobe Flash product but it still says that no product can be seen with my username.

The product is an education version,the education version are not eligible for promotional offer. Only direct online purchase for retail purchases are eligible for promotional offer.

I have Photoshop CS6 extended already installed on my mac. I want to upgrade to Creative Cloud, £27.34 a month for CS customers but it tells me I don't qualify even though that program is linked to my Adobe ID? How is that the case?

Difficulty locating CS6 serial numbers for discounted Creative Cloud plan
Hello
I have Adobe CS6 (mostly all apps) on my Mac Book Pro which i do not use any more.
I want to move these licenses to my iMac or even buy Creative Cloud subscription but at the discounted rate (because i already own CS6).
I have moved countries last year ( from India to Canada) and do not have access to any serial numbers. I tried to update Adobe ID etc through individual app hoping it will lead me to a registration page or show my serial number, but safari open up with an error

I currently have Lightroom 4 installed. Do I qualify for the discounted Creative Cloud subscription?
I have been given conflicting information from Adobe on this question. The forums and FAQS all said that you can install concerrently then uninstall when all is OK with the CC install. I decided to install the CC versions then uninstall the previously installed versions on my hard drive. The CC versions did NOT install if you have a current version installed. I called Support and was told to uninstall LR then install LR CC again. Guess what, no matter what I do, CC manager still thinks LR CC is installed even though there are NO files on my HD and I can not install it from CC again. There is no FAQ or workaround posted on this website to resolve this. Now I have NO LR.
I learned a lesson...do not believe what you read on support websites or what you are told on the support phone line. So...You can NOT install them back to back. If you have LR previously installed before installing CC, then you download and install LR CC, it will NOT install the CC version if it finds a current version on your PC. So either keep what you have OR backup your current stuff and uninstall the current apps. Make sure that you are signed out of CC on the website AND on your CC desktop app. Reboot then sign in to your desktop CC app again, then download all your apps only after the CC manager does not have them listed at the top as currently installed apps, only on the apps to install list. -

Hi, when I was a student I bought the complete CS3 package, and at my workplace we have bought the CS6 package. However, I would like to be able to work with the programs at home as well, mainly to practice and make sure my skills are up to date. Am I in any way eligible for the complete discounted Creative Cloud membership ? Or would I have to pay full price?

How do I get tax exempt status for a Creative Cloud subscription?
I work in municipal government, and of course we're tax exempt.
I called and talked to a salesperson this morning and asked about getting signed up for the Creative Cloud with my tax exempt status, but was told "There was nothing Adobe could do" with regard to the the tax exempt status for subscription based items.

well it charged me yesterday when i changed my card over yesterday and its still telling me i need to renew my subsciption

Submitting academic proof for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition
I was contacted to validate my academic status for a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition I purchased via adobe.com on May 14, 2014. The Education FAQ page (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing /education-faq.html) states:
"Submit your proof of eligibility when you place your order. If you have a pending order, go to My Orders in your Adobe account, and click Submit Proof."
However, when I go to My Orders page, there is no link saying "Submit Proof". I do have my proof readily available, but I am not sure how else I can submit it.
I was told my subscription would be canceled in if I could not prove my academic status within 14 days (it was sent on July 2nd), and am still awaiting a response from Adobe Customer Support. So any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you! This page helped.

I payed for my creative cloud membership at 9.99/mo. I got it this morning. I was able to download Lr, but not able to download Ps. is asking me to pay again. Why is that, because I got the student packet deal. Can you please help.
