Quality and WorkForce Management ACD data and some problems

I installed the Quality / Adv Quality Mgt. and than i installed workforce management services. I have access panels each service no problem. But, I constantly getting the following mail from WFO and I do not know how to solve
WFM2001
Message:
The Capture Service is failing to capture ACD data.
Action: Contact technical support.
Other problem; I can't see anything about my agents, teams or etc. when i open WFO web management page or Quality Manager Administration.
For example on WFO web management page, left pane, Agents menu, i can't see my CXX agents.
Last one, i need to WFO and Qualit Management Recording using documentation (how to use both programs ?)

It would appear you haven't set up the SQL connection as directed in chapter 3 of the install guide.

Is there any way to re-number them in the order I have chosen so that they can then be sorted by number? The scans are all from pre-digital images that I wish to move to a photobook and I don't want to have to organise them twice!

I was a bit short, Chris, sorry. It is limited, what can be posted, when typing on an iPad.
Now I am back on my Mac. I meant the following: Batch Change the date for a large range of photos, that should have a date stepped in increments.
Select all Photos at once and use the command "Photos > Batch Change".
Then set the date for the first photo and select an increment, e.g. one minute.
Now all photos will get a new date assigned, incremented by one minute, in the sequence you have selected. So you will be able to sort them by date. This way it will be unnecessary to change the titles or filenames.

So, the article you have there, HT4895, is pretty good. Just look at the FAQ section of it.
But basically, you will want to create a backup on your computer through iTunes...Just plug your current iPad into it and make sure your iPad and iTunes are logged in with the same Apple ID. At that point, just create a backup.
When you get your new iPad, and before you plug it in or set it up, follow the directions in this link to change your Apple ID. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621?viewlocale=en_US
Once you have that done, plug your new iPad into your computer to sync up with iTunes. Follow the directions for Restore from Backup and it should bring all that info back to your new iPad.
And changing your Apple ID email info will allow you to have your own!!! This should solve all your issues and GL!!!

Using + and - keys to change dates and times; Find and Replace event

I have two iCal related questions. One has been bugging me since the Snow Leopard upgrade and the other I'm just wondering about.
1. Is it just me or is it no longer possible to use the + and - keys to increment dates and times when editing an event? It seems that now I have to actually type in the numerals instead. Is there something in the preferences I'm missing or is that just the way it is now? Seems like a step backward, if so.
2. Is there a way to do a "find and replace" for an event that occurs sporadically throughout the year, but isn't a repeating event per se? I just want to rename the event itself.

I did not know that was possible. Try using the ↑/↓ arrow keys to increment numbers, and →/← arrow keys to change fields.

AFAIK, you have to use the search field to find the individual events, and change them when you click on the events in the search results field.

Training and Event Management booking date

Hi,
I am working on Training and Event Management cube 0PE_C01. One of the requirements of a query is to show the booking date of the course.
I have looked in business content for other cubes i have checked info object and 0event, i have also checked datasource 0HR_PE_1 but I can not find anywhere this information is being extracted into BW.
Does anyone know how if this info is available or would i have to ammend the datasource to bring this info in.

I've been using Firefox for quite a long time now and recently it has started giving some problems. It freezes randomly and doesn't respond to any clicks.

I am a proud user of Firefox. I started experiencing the freezing problem since i updated to Firefox 18 and now I am facing the same problem with Firefox 19. Firefox does not respond to any of my clicks and then I have to close it using Task Manager. This is happening frequently and randomly. It does not freeze on a particular site or anything else. I was using SDK to build own add on to insert Posting Date and Document Date under Inventory> Inventory Transactions> Goods Receipt and Inventory> Inventory Transactions> Goods Issue, but the UI Screen Posting Date and Document Date shown current date.
My SAP Business One version was 2007A SP00 PL42 and alreadly upgrade to SP05.
End up result still the same.
Is there someone can help me?

I can stream netlix with no issue with my iPad and on both a notebook PC and desktop
The apple TV says its connnected to the internet when I check internet settings however it will not set the date and time upon initial power up and I cannot view any internet content

This sounds like a port issue. Somebody (possibly wjosten) posted a list of ports that need to be open in order for the ATV to work correctly.
Check your router set up and see if there are any services that are open for your iPad but blocked for the ATV

You can check using IF condition.
DATA : d1 TYPE datum, d2 TYPE datum, d3 TYPE datum.
IF d1 BETWEEN d2 AND d3.
d1 = d1 + 1.
ENDIF.
where d1, d2 and d3 are dates.
Similarly you can check for Time and Timestamp.
