Quality Management - Insp lot with status CRTD CHDR SPRQ

I am not able to do usage decision for Insp lot with status CRTD CHDR SPRQ but I can do usage decision for status REL CALC SPRQ.
Can anybody know why ?

pl check the lot is assigned for inspectioon plan ore not.
got QA02 check in inspecion specification TAB.
If there is noe inspection plan (group)
you need to create a inspection plan, and then come to QA02
then you need clickon TAsk list/spec button in insp.specification tab.

    I am using insp lot origin 89 for certain inspections. I want to split the inspection into two types.I want different number ranges for those inspection types.
    Hence I think I should create new inspection lot origin by copying from '89' so that I can assign different number ranges to them.
    But I don't find the way to create insp lot origin.
    Pls advise.

    As per standard SAP, you can not create a new Inspection type origin.
    The inspection lot origins are predefined by SAP in Customizing for Inspection Lot Creation. You cannot define your own inspection lot origins.
    Hence it not possible t assign different number ranges as you requested.

  • Want to do mass processing for inspection lots with status SPRQ

    Hello,
    My company using early lot creation for 04 inspection type. We have thousands of inspection lots with status "UD   ICCO SPRQ PRII PRSI STUP". Now due to SPRQ status, system is not closing process orders associated with thousands of inspection lots.
    Is there any transaction where I can do mass processing of inspection lots to change the status "SPCO" from "SPRQ"?

  • INSP LOT WITH CRTD  CHCR STATUS

    I have created inspection lot for sample management (insp type 15).
    Quality plan for that is with usage 9.
    but still lot is created with status CRTD  CHCR .
    what may be the possible reasons?

    In Quality plan at header, i have maintained
    usage 9,
    status 4,
    lot size 0-9999999999,
    insp point 200,
    assigned the sample drawing procedure
    and i have assigned one quantitative inspection charracteristic for which i have not assigned any sampling procedure.
    is it mandatory to assign the sampling procedure to characteristic?
    also i have checked the dates of the Q.plan and inspection lot.
    all dates are same.
    still lot is CRTD.
    when i am tryimg to assign the quality paln through QA02,and clicking the "Task list/spec" tab,nothing is happening.neither system is assigning the plan nor giving any message like "no plan exist"
    please help.

    I created inspection plan for a material and generated inspection lot after GR from PO. But it's status is coming as CRTD CHCR SPRQ, release status is not coming, pls suggest where i want to look for this?.

    I am having a similar issue with inspection lots. The information provided has been very helpful, but I have not been able to resolve my issue. Forgive me if my terminology is not clear as SAP is very new to me. Here goes:
    When my inspectors try to enter an inspection lot with transaction QE01, they receive the error "The function you selected cannot be carried out."  When you click the detailed info button, a transaction analysis box appears with the following info:
    Influence of System Status on Transactions
    Stat       Description         Influence
    CRTD    Created             Disallowed 
    If you click on status display instead detailed info, there is a system status tab  with CRTD, PREQ, CHCR & SPRQ. All four options are checked, but to the right of the first two there is a grayed out piece of paper with an arrow. It appears the system is checking for these features, but they aren't properly set up.
    As of now, we have no inspection plans, so material is simply checked to drawings and specifications and and an accept/reject usage decision is entered by receiving inspectors. My immediate concern is to get the material released that is stuck in inspection. If I click on the inspection task list, there is no task list created for the material.
    Our receiving inspection supervisor was the only one trained in QM and he left the company this week. Is anyone familiar with this error?I'm desperate for a solution.

  • Cancellation of Inspection Lot with Status LOLK

    Lot with Origin 08 has the status "ICCO SPCO BRRQ LOLK". Stock has been scrapped through movement type 713 from the quality inspection area but the lot is still is displaying in QA32.
    When we are trying to remove the status LOLK through QA12 system is not allowing to enter into screen and giving message "This function cannot be carried out."
    How to cancel or remove this lot?

    Hi,
    status LOLK means Lot locked for batch record
    So go to QA32 and select the relevant inspection lot and go to the Usage decision tab.
    Click the menu bar " Usage Decision" and go to
    Functions-block for batch record---deselect
    Then save the lot and come again  to functions--- cancel the lot.
    By doing this you can cancel your lot
    How to cancel or remove this lot?

    The UCCX compatibility matrix, Cisco WFO System config Guide plus QM 9.0 installation guide all state QM9.0 is compatible with UCCX 8.5(SU3).
    We have ordered QM9.0 licenses using part number
    L-CCX-90-QM-L-K9=:L-CCX-90-QM-L-K9= : CCX 9.0 Quality Manager Server , 10 Seats LICENSE ONLY
    I am unable to add these licenses to our UCCX server as I am getting:
    Error: The Cisco Unified CCX Quality Manager Seat feature (2nd line) of xxxxx.lic has unsupported version number (9.0)
    Has anyone installed QM9.0 with UCCX 8.5 and if so what licenses did you have to purchase?

    I have not done this yet, I was looking into getting the license to do same you are doing.  Thanks for the heads up. I will wait to see outcome of your attempt.
    My main drive to go to 9.x is to get IE9 32 bit support with the latest 9.x SR as I have a handful of supervisors who have Windows 7 and using it to play back recordings, etc and I'm tired of the compatibility issues and time spent on their PCs to keep it running after they do other updates, etc.  Was hoping 9.x with the IE9 and 32 bit support would help with those headaches.

  • Cisco Unified WFO - Call Recording and Quality Management stops recording with conferenced translator

    I'm having an issue whenever one of our employee's conferences in an external translator, as soon as they bridge the customer into the call with the translator QM stops recording.  I can hear the intial conversation with the customer, and then the employee put the customer on hold and call the translator service.  Only when the two are bridged together the call always stops recording. 
    We are performing all recording on the server side, and are not using Quality Manager Desktop agents.

    So I found the following information listed below.  I don't manage the Cisco Unified CM portion of our telco system.  Can we limited the ourselves to a single Codec, and would this even resolve the issue.  Does this cause other issues if we didn't limit the devices that are recording to a single codec?
    Recording IssuesThis topic explains how to diagnose and resolve problems that occur with contact
    recordings.
    Calls for devices configured for Network Recording drop when you try to conference
    or transfer a call.
    Symptom. When you try to transfer or conference a call and one or more devices on
    the call configured for network recording, the transfer or conference fails and
    parties drop off of the call.
    Cause. Cisco Unified CM does not support codec changes for devices that are
    configured for call recording. The codec must remain the same throughout the life
    of the call. For conference calls, the conference bridge must support the codec
    used before the conference completes.
    Solution. Update the Cisco Unified CM configuration to ensure that no codec
    changes occur for network recorded devices.

  • Print Production Order with status CRTD

    Hi gurus,
    Our system is configured to print production order when the order is released, but when the order is in status CRTD,Created, (not Released) we try print the order an error message appears "Object ORD xxxxxx has system status CRTD (Created).  According to this status, transaction 'Print order (original)' is not allowed".
    Is it possible print orders before release action?

    Through transaction  BS22 you can configure the system to Print the Order even at CRTD status.

    In  one Material system status CRTD CHCR shown in origin 04 (Shipping inspection) trans code QA32 while it is reqired REL CALC SPRQ for result recording.

    Hi,
    Please go & check you have not made the inspection plan for the required material. Go and make it in QP01. After that you will get the required statuses.
    Then when ou do result recording you will get the result RREC & then you will get the result SPRQ(stock posting required.

  • Inspection Lot with status CHCR

    I am facing following problem in QM -
    I have maintained inspection type 03 & 04 in Inspection Set up for a raw material master. When I create PO & receive material against the PO, the inspection lot is created & material is posted to inspection. The lot has following status:-- CHCR Characteristics must be created. Here the system does not allow me to post the usage decision for the lot & I am unable to post the stock to unrestricted use.

    Hi,
    Did you go for Change inspection result before changing usage decision,
    if not go by the fallowing process.
    Menu bar-> Goto->change inspection lot
    Put the Inspected qty, results, Origi insp data, insp desc,
    click on lock tab and Accept the results.
    Then go for change usage decision and accept.
    Quality inspection results will be updated in the system and stock will be moved to respected stock type

  • How to differentiate the insp lots with same lot origin

    Hi,
    My client is
    1. Procuring a  Finished good directly ( same way as Raw material is being procured ) & then sale it.
    2. In another scinarion the same material may be produced at Vendor's end ( Sub contracting )
    3. In another scinario this is in house produced material.
    Now the requirement is seperate tracking / list for each case.
    Inspection type 04 can be activated to address the 3'rd case.
    But how to segregate 1'st & 2'nd case from each other ???
    I have created one new inspection type Z01 for lot origin 01. Similarly insp type 01 is also activated.
    If Z01 insp type is marked as preferred insp type, then system always consider this insp type.
    How to differentiate inspection type Z01 & 01  at incoming inspection stage ????

    Gajesh as per your suggestion i used the break point in user exit QAAT0001 & after that i have executed PO & MIGO transaction, But after executiing it did not stop at a particular break point.
    AM i doing some thing wrong???? or any alternate solution is there??
    Roderick,  i have explored the status profile but found to be use fulll for changing stage one time only.  i.e. between 0101 to 01. But here i want to choose the inspection type base on PO type.
    Kindly suggest further action.

  • 04 inspection lot with status SPST

    Dear Experts,
    We are using Handling Unit (HU) functionality in FG material,
    1. We create HU's (say 50 HU's) using tcode COWBPACK,
    2. On creation of HU, an inspection lot of type 04 is created for 50 HU's.
    3. In regular scenario, we do GR of all 50 HU's using tcode COWBPACK,
    4. All 50 HU's are posted in to unrestricted & UD is given using tcode QA32 & status UD SPCO.... is updated in inspection lot,
    5. The HU posting in unrestricted can be happen before GR also (which observes no problem),
    But in rare scenario, we need to cancel / delete the some of HU's at that time following steps are involved -
    1. We create HU's (say 50 HU's) using tcode COWBPACK,
    2. On creation of HU, an inspection lot of type 04 is created for 50 HU's.
    3. HU posting in unrestricted is done for 45 HU's (System status SPST is updated in inspection lot),
    4. Balance 5 HU's are deleted from system using tcode HUMO,
    5. UD is given to inspection lot & status UD SPST.... is updated in inspection lot.
    Now the problem is, after settlement & variance calculation of production order when we try to update status CLSD (Close) in production order the system give an error "Inspection lot 040000XXXXXX for order XXXXXXXX has not yet been completed" this is due to system status SPST is there instead of SPCO.
    As the 5 HU's are deleted hence the stock posting can not be completed. Even we can not cancel the inspection lot due to status SPST.
    Please suggest how to resolve this issue to update the status CLSD in prodction order.

    In QA32 my lot is in CRTD CHCR SPRQ. I have not made quality plan for that.in MM01,quality view i activated inspection type 01.
    now in mmbe stock is showing in quality.
    i want to do transfer posting from quality to unristricted stock.i dont want to use quality plan assign to that lot.
    I tried MB1B movemet type 321. i am getting error Change the inspection stock of article 1111030200267 in QM only.
    Is any way to do that,transfer posting.

    Hi,
    As your lot has been at CRTD status you need to released by assigning inspection plan.
    In QA02 --change inspection lot or in QA32 select lot line item & click on inspection lot so that you can be able to enter in change lot.
    In which you can assign your inspection plan ,you will find icon  inspec tasl list ,click on same icon.so that you will get message inspection plan assigned , .If system wont allowe you then same screen usage ( You have to select same usage by which you created inspection plan.)
    Save the transaction & refresh the QA32 screen

    Hi kazz, i can't tell if your issue was resolved but if not then you should check the 'valid from' date on the ECM used to setup the inspection plan.  this is assuming that you are using ECMs to create inspection plans and maintain revisions on the material.  the valid from date on the ECM used to create/assign the inspeciton plan to the material must have a date that is equal to or before the valid from date on the ECM used to assign the revision to the material.
    for example,
    ECM 123 has a valid from date of 01.01.2013 and was used to assign revision A to the material
    then the ECM used to create/assign the inspection plan to that same material must have a valid from date of 01.01.2013 or prior...otherwise SAP will not find a valid inspection plan that's valid on the date for the inspection lot and revision of the material in the inspection lot.
