Quaterly EVAT Belgian EC Sales List SAP Note 1154457

Hi, Gurus
We have implemented SAP Note 1154457 , After which we could able to generate XML file output from SAP.
However when upload these XML file to Belgian Goverment Site it generate errors.
any suggestion,

I guess, there is no place for OSS in this, with the help of ABAPper, you can create a copy of that program report, modify it and then use it to get you want, should not be a problem.

Sales BOMs do not appear on picking lists

Hi Experts, First post! I notice that when I print a sales order and picking list, any Sales BOMs that are on the sales order do not appear on the pick list. I think I understand correctly that this is because the sales BOMs are non-stock items, but for our purpose it is fine and important that we are able to show all the line items on a pick list.
I am using SAP 2007 PL5. Thank you. Jason

would any of the BOM types (Production or Template) be able to appear on a pick list? I am not sure why SAP has this functionality given that a sales BOM insofar as I understand it, is just a collection of items which are actually stocked. In most cases out Sales BOMs do not even require any assembly.
If the only way that this can be achieved is through a query print layout would any of the experts be able to offer any help on creating the query as my SQL is not so strong?

In Billing due list Third party sales orders are not appearing because VKDFS table those entries are there. How can we get Third party sales orders in VKDFS table as well as VF04 ?

BSP error while adding an SAP Note to my Favorites list...

I have an SAP Service user-id(service.sap.com market place user id).
Once after finding the required SAP Note for my issue I am trying to add that SAP Note to my favorites list.

SAP Note 144253 For error Enter valid delivery plant in sales order

Hi all,
I am getting the error "Enter valid delivery plant" while creating the sales order . This is due to Customer and plant are same .
For that I got one SAP Note 144253.
If anyone implimented this SAP note Could you please share is there any impact of this note after implimenting.

Pick List Will Not Print On Add with SAP B1 2007A

There appears to be a bug with printing pick lists on Add with SAP B1 2007A. I have replicated the problem with PL03, 06 and 08.
Pick lists will print manually, but if you have them setup to print on add (Administration->System Initialization->Print Preferences), the following error in the log will appear:
Error Default report not found for current report type; set a default report and try again C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\SAP Business One.exe PID=6104 TID=1672
I ran a SQL trace and found the problem. The default Pick List report is set and set correctly in tables RTYP and RDOC. The problem is that SAP is looking for a RTYP.CODE value of PKL1 (instead of RLR2). PKL1 does not exist as a code in either 2005 or 2007. The Pick List document ID is RLR20001.
To confirm this on my demo database, I updated RTYP and set the CODE of RLR2 to PKL1. Afterwards, when adding a Pick List, it printed without any errors. I suppose another temporary fix would be to add a new record to the RTYP tabe with a CODE of PKL1 and the default pick list report document ID.

After many hours of inquiring, searching and digging... There is an obscur SAP Note that says clearly, NOT SUPPORTED.
Best thing I could do, was to keep a server with the same configuration ready to connect to my SAN and take over from the dead server.
So for anyone interested in this topic. Save you time, search the SAP Notes for Support and high availability.

Price List Error in Bill of Materials in relation to SAP Note 1056208

Hi Experts,
I have uploaded the Bill of Materials --both the Header and Lines using DTW successfully but when I try to update the Product Price of the Parent manually in the Bill of Materials, this error occurs:
"Variation between number of price lists and number of price lists for items"
I have also tried running the script provided in SAP Note 1056208 to check if there are any inconsistencies in the Price List records but there is none. The number of records in both tables are the same.
We have 3 levels of Bill of Materials (FG, WIP1, WIP2). I need to update the Product Price of WIP2 first so that its price will appear in the line items since it is a component of WIP1.
I hope you could help me with my problem and I would appreciate your prompt replies.

Hi!
In BOM u will find a Orange Color Drop Down Arrow @ Right-Bottom Corner. You have to click on that to generate Price for your Parent based on the Child.
Select the Approp Price List in Header of BOM and in Row Level. Update prices for Child Items, now Follow the above step.

SAP Note 2111087 - enhancement to PM/QM list edit reports

Has anyone experience of implementing the following SAP notes which appear to give enhanced functionality within commonly used PM/QM reports:-
2111087 - Display of row count in list edit reports
2079317 - Preparatory note for display of row count in list edit reports
2079318 - Display of row count in PM list reports (SAP_APPL)
2079384 - Display of row count in PM list reports (EA_APPL)
2079386 - Display of row count in QM list reports (SAP_APPL)
2079387 - Display of row count in QM list reports (EA_APPL)
The above notes appear to enhance over 90 list edit reports within PM & QM and have been created from an improvement request within the EAM Customer Connect Cycle 3.
No business functions need to be activated to use this function.

I have implemented the note 2111087 and its related notes

2079387
as per the above notes the counter field is appearing in most of the transaction, which are listed in the Note 2079318 given by SAP.
But still, the counter field does not appear in some of the transactions like IA08,IA09,IH06,IL05,IP15,IP16 and IP17.
I have checked the dependent notes and searched for correction notes, but couldnt find any.
Let me know if anyone has faced similar problem.

I deployed componts relate with Enterprise Service Repository. (SAP_XIESR,ESREG-SERVICES,ESREG-BASIC) and executed task "Configuration of ESR in CE" in Configration Wizard.
But I can`t stil see WSDL Port Type name lists in Service Registry.
Please tell me any idea.

Thanks for reply.
I have activated SAP* user & then able to login in NWA.
But found that UMEBackendConnection RFC is already present in Configuration Management -->Security Management -->Destinations & connection test also successful.
When I reverted changes & tried to start the java again got the same error.
JCO_ERROR_RESOURCE: Destination UMEBackendConnection does not exist".
So here,I think that Java unable to connect or identify backend destination.Is there any way we can bypass this check?

Hi,
Although I have not encountered this error in my installation copy - you can try the following:
Take the zip file for NWDS to another machine and install it. If you do get the same error - then the zip file was damanged in the transfer - if not then probably it is an issue with the Microsoft Installer files that you are using. If you are using a legal version of Windows then upgrade to the latest updates and then try again. You can try the same steps after shutting down and restarting your PC.
Most probably the zip file is damaged since the MSI has run successfully.for the CE WAS.

my questions are:
1. are these user exits listed above in program LV69AFZZ?
2. I set break point in these user exits, but none of them stop the process when i run t-code VA02.
i am confused here, could anyone tell me how to get into these exits when run VA02?

the configurations for this note is not done yet, and i just want to dubug into these eixt. but i don't why the process can not come into those exits.
and there are 5 exits and 2 incldes, do we need to implement them all?

Hi.
There is no list of all SAP Notes for a given time frame. You can search for SAP Notes on the SAP Service Marketplace. SAP Note Numbers are currently in the interval 1 to approximate 1570000. A lot of Notes between those numbers are not released for customers (used for internal documentation, outdated, product out of support...) and the vast majority of the Notes will not be relevant for the product you are using and the area you are interested in.
There are some collections of SAP Notes relevant for a specific area here in the SCN but for most cases it's best to search in the Service Marketplace for your specific area.
