Son varias cosas a la vez.
1 ° Me hackearon la cta original que tenia en una PC, con la que había comprado los 2 productos.
Tuve que cambiar mi correo y quisiera que adjunten mis 2 productos comprados.
2° Tenia la version vieja en una mac del PHOTOSHOP 4 y al querer usarlo, se cierra.
3 ° Me conecte con el servicio técnico, x chat, para ver si ayudaba y no ha hecho nada al respecto.
     Me cerro el chat y no hubo compasión, x eso entre a este foro, para que alguien se solidarice y me ayude.

Mettez l'appareil en mode DFU:

1. Branchez l'appareil sur iTunes
2. Maintenez la fois le bouton d'alimentation et le bouton home enfoncés en même temps
3. Après 10 secondes, relâchez le bouton d'alimentation, mais laissez le bouton enfoncé à domicile
4. iTunes devrait alors reconnaître que l'appareil est entré en mode DFU et demandez à restaurer.
