Querty keyboard on apple tv france

Hello Apple !
I have an Apple blue tooth keybord, french AZERTY and Apple TV with last update ( very long update...)
so my Apple TV link this keyboard , but on QUERTY mode
What's append ?  Apple don't test this function ?

please send me a solution to use my Apple TV in France with this french option , because it's enouth

Welcome to the Apple Community.
The official blurb states that the requirement is an Apple keyboard or 3rd party keyboard with an Apple layout, so it seems that layout is somewhat important in getting this to work. Given other users reports of problems setting up other foriegn language layouts, it may be that only English language layouts are supported. I would emphasise though that I don't really know.

    I have no problem connecting any wireless devices in my home.  trying to connect or pair  my mac keyboard to apple tv, through bluetooth and it doesn't pick up any signal for the keyboard.

    I have a 21.5 " Mac with 2.7 Ghz. I don't see a model name on the keyboard itself. DG733951RXNDPQYAR is stamped on the back don't know if that helps or not.

    I`ve been trying to pair Macbook Air Keyboard with Apple Tv 1080i.
    Is that possible?
    So far no luck, password or not.
    It even shows up on Mac Air Bluetooth settings but no luck paring it up.
    In Apple Tv Bluetooth preferences Searching... Keep on going.

    Not possible.
    The Blutooth is designed fot standalone bluetooth keyboards.

    I think it does fully support wireless keyboard, but only for English.  As Apple tells you in the link I gave you earlier:  "Apple TV uses the U.S. English keyboard layout regardless of the keyboard's hardware layout"
    Hopefully they will fix it in the future.

    My question is --- I want to now connect a keyboard --- does a wireless keyboard or mouse work? My Cinema display only has a USB 2.0 and FW ports.

    Yes.  Wireless mice or keyboards connect to the computer via Bluetooth.  The display type doesn't matter.

    Internet browsing is not an AppleTV feature - we all know that being a computer at heart it could do all sorts of things it doesn't currently, but it's a product aimed at specific tasks.
    Personally I wouldn't want to browse the net via AppleTV, but I can see why people would.
    In all honesty though I'd rather Apple invested time in improving the things it does currently and does well, without adding extraneous features to the detriment of it's core functionality.
