Query doesn't exist on server

Hello,
I have issue with workbook.
I have workbook with 5 queries.
I've replaced all 5 queries to another queries and delete old queries from server after saving workbook with new queries.
Now I'm opening workbook, entering login and password and face error:
Requested Query ZFI_M11/ZZFI_M09_Q009 doesn't exist on server.
If I choose Ok nothing happend, workbook wouldn't open.
It's strange, because I couldn't delete query from server, before I've delete it from workbook and technical name of query is strange, it has / symbol.
I tried to create query with ZZFI_M09_Q009 name, but it doesn't help me.
How I can open workbook to fix it?

Hi
If the specified query is not intended to use in that work book, remove / delete the workbook - Query Mapping, then work book would work appropriately.
and If you are using BI7 work book, in design mode of workbook identify which are the BEx objects are accessing the query and correct them to right infoprovider.
In BI7 Workbook - settings you can view the List of Data Providers used in that work book. so you can validate and correct the data provides mapping to respective elements in workbook
If you are using the BW 3.5, check the queries used in Metadata repository and remove the mapping for deleted query from the work book.

I am stepping through the BPMon Alert Reporting Analysis SP05+ guide. I am creating a report and have maintained the details with the template 0SM_BPM_WT0001N. When I try to access or preview the report I am faced with the following error:
The requested query 0SM_BPM1/0SM_BPM_Q0005N does not exist on the current server
Error when generating dataProvider
Any ideas?

Another thought is, re-activate BPMon BW object.
Go to T-CD SOLMAN_SETUP -> Choose business process monitoring in left menu -> step 1.1
configure automatically. And execute all steps.
If you face some error due to BW job is nto running or something.
Then recommend re-execute BW job in SOLMAN_SETUP.
(Left menu ->Basic Configuration ->Step 5 configure automatically -> under the task you might see "Setup BW" so choose this and activate. Result of this, CCMS_BI_SETUP will run again. So chek whether there is active job in Sm37. After finish this job, try BPMon SOLMAN_SETUP that I mentioned above).

I am facing a problem in BI 7.0 related to query view.I am able to create a view on a query and can successfully save it .But when I am trying to open it using Bex Analyzer, it throws an error that query does not exist on the current server.
Please find the steps below which I did to create a query view in BI 7.0.
1.Executed query and then clicked on save from the tool bar.It asks me to save as workbook or save as view.I clicked on save as view and gave some name to view.It saved successfully.
2.Now when in Bex I am trying to open the view , it gives the message 'The requested query does not exist on the current server'.
Please help me in solving the issue.

I am facing the same problem, though some others of my views can be opened.
We had an upgrade of the system to Support Package stack 13. Maybe this caused problems.
My BEx Analyzer Version is:
Support Package 14, Patch 3, Revision 811

Problem in WAD (The requested query / does not exist on the current server)

Dear Guru's
When i execute a Web Application in WAD in the selection screen suppose if i give Key product as 86000 then check and execute i get correct data. Then if i come to backpage (Selection screen again using backspace) and change Key product as 86022 then check and execute then i get following error
The requested query / does not exist on the current server
System error in program CL_RSR_OLAP_VAR and form BAD STATE (see long text)
Can any one please provide me some good solution...
We are using BI 7.0 sp 16, But i am executing this Wed Application in 3.1WAD.

Issue is in WAD selection screen for first product valuse every thing if fine, when i go back and change product value and then CHECK and EXECUTE the following error comes.

E2E RCA - The requested query / does not exist on the current server

Hi All,
The RCA for managed system is configured successfully and we are getting EWA for JAVA also.
But when i try to look at the statistics through Workload Analysis it gives error "The requested query / does not exist on the current server" and "unknown or deleted query".
I again tried to run CCMSBI_SETUP_E2E report but the problem STILL persists.
Please let me know what are the other methods i shall try.

Hi,
Our solution manager is in EHP1 SP23 and BI content is on 704 SP05.
Firstly the BI was configured in 001 client, we changed it to production client and activated the source system as mentioned in SOLMAN_SETP -> Basic configuration.
Later i found out the there are no queries. I already told to update the BI content and SAP BW patch to SP06.
Do you think it will work?

Hy, i created an workbook an QAs with a query that i have trasported from DEV.
The query exist on QAs system but when open the workbook i receive this error message:<i>'The requested query does not exist on the current server'</i>.
When i select ok, the workbokk is opened correctly because the query exist in system QAs.
How can i remove the initial error message .

When you create a workbook in DEV, you will be assigning a query for that workbook
When you transport workbook from DEV to QA,the assigned workbook comes along with it
When you transport only query from DEV to QA, there are certain technical elements called query elements which may not have transported properly
To avoid this inconsistency between DEV and QA,it is advisable you transport the workbook again....Create new workbook in DEV, assign a query, transport the workbook to QA

Error - The requested query does not exist on the current server

Hi all,
We've started to get an error when exeucting queries on our BW system. The erorr is "The requested query does not exist on the current server". Even though I can go in an change the query on the server, I get this message when I try to execute it. I also get the same message when I try to run the query in RSRT.
Has anyone else run into this problem?

The problem that we had was due to a pre-query not transported up. We transported up the missing pre-query and everything worked fine. If you go into change mode on the query and press the check button. It should tell you which query is missing.

Requested query does not exist on current server

I have transported a query from DEV to PRD and it went in fine. Now when i try to open the query in designer or analyzer i end up getting error " Requested query does not exist on current server". Though i can run this in RSRT and also can see its entry in RSZCOMPDIR table. Also i am able to execute this query in analyzer when i run it from the history.
Please advice what went wrong and what needs to be done.

Try re-generating the Query in production.
goto RSRT and selet the query. Now click on the third button Generate Report
Now try opening the Query from Query Designer...

Error Opening Reports (Cannot find Dimension Scenario, Error executing query: the member null doesn't exist in this application)

two of our users get the following error message, when opening two specific reports:
First Report: Cannot find Dimension Scenario.
Second Report: Error executing query: the member null doesn't exist in this application.
Other users can access these reports, and the same users where the problem occurs can access other reports in the same folder.
I set the same rights for me, but i can access the reports without problems.
Somebody encountered the same problem before?

I had the same issue a few weeks ago... not sure how it happened but it was related only with my username.
In order to fix it:
1. I created a report which does not require to select the scenario in advance. Try to use the default data-grid that you get when you first create a report for example.
2. When the user runs the report, try to see if he can see the dimension. Do not use the missing dimension on rows or columns. If he can see the dimension, ask him to select one scenario. This will solve the issue.
3. If he cannot see the dimension, try to change the layout of the report.

Mail is demanding "a preferred outgoing mail server", but in MAIL; help, it doesn't exist.

I finally got mail working for the first time in three years, but everytime I log in, it pops up an error window over an old message, and says it couldn't be sent because I don't have "a preferred outgoing mail server". Now how would you find out how to set that and fix this? It doesn't exist in preferences, so I clicked open "Help", and searched the phrase; "preferred outgoing mail server". It doesn't exist. Anybody, want to fill this unapple gap?

Why is Mail asking me for the name of an smtp server for an email address that doesn't exist?

I've migrated from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion on a new Mac, but in trying to use Mail on ML, it keeps asking me for the name of an smtp server for an email address that's never existed. The addy has my user name correct, but the server part of the address doesn't exist, or at least I've never used an email address with that provider. On ML there's no plist file for Mail, so nothing to delete there. What else can I do to get Mail working? The only other option I have is to abandon Mail as being crippled and useless, and use Postbox, which for it's price (US$9.95) is an attractive option. OTOH, I've paid for Mail after all, so it really ought to work. Any clues as to what I can do to stop its nonsensical behaviour? How do I file a bug report?

thanks for responding. I read your link, looked at my settings and they were all correct. I tried to do a republish and got this message: The requested URL /childrenandcaring/index.html was not found on this server.
When I type the address in the address bar, I go to the site and the page says: This is the new site childrenandcaring.com
Any other ideas?

RV120W QUICKVPN Server's certifcate doesn't exist on your local computer

I'm trying to set up the vpn connection with my rv120W (FW:1.0.4.10).
I was able to configure everything correclty exept of one thing...
Every time when I connect I'm gettging the message:
"Server's certifcate doesn't exist on your local computer Do you want to quit this connection ?"
When I Clik NO it connects and works.
but this is annoying ...
I tried to do following things:
1.
RV120W-
Security-> SSL Certificate -> Download Router certificate -> Export for client.
Fille httpd.pem save to C:\Program Files\Cisco Small Business\QuickVPN Client
no improvement
2.
I used the "manual method"
C:\Program Files\Cisco Small Business\QuickVPN Client>openssl.exe s_client -showcerts -connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443 > cert.pem
no improvement
3.
I added to hosts according to the :

Other that the things you have already tried, I suggest you to make sure you are using the latest QuickVPN client version 1.4.2.1 and it comes to my mind the problem may be related to the CN you use, have you tried to generate a new certificate with an easier to resolve name? Try also with MD5 hash algorithm and signature key length of 512 on the new certificate. Please give this a try and let us know the results in order to assist others and help improve the Cisco products.

Extending Expert Query VO but Query doesn't display in standard VO

I need to add a new attribute to an export query VO (oracle.apps.icx.por.reqmgmt.server.GroupReqsPublicVO), but when I edit the standard VO in JDeveloper the existing query doesn't display (query is blank and no attributes are listed). I can get the query from the xml file, but does this mean there is a problem? Should I just copy the query from the xml file and use that?

All of the info is in the standard VO xml file (ie query, attributes, etc), but when I choose Edit VO ... in JDev nothing is displayed. A similar standard VO (slightly different query) appears fine in JDev - query and attributes displayed.
I ended up trying the following, which appears to be working (although I am still waiting on some test data from the users):
Create new VO, extending standard
Copied the query from standard VO xml file
This left me with all of the queried attributes, but none of the transient attributes.
I tried to copy the additional attributes from the standard VO xml file to the extending VO xml file in JDev, but the extending VO xml file is protected.
Then I closed JDev, manually edited the extending VO xml file to include the additional transient attributes that are in the standard VO xml file.
Whether it was related or not, but when rebuilding my project, it complained that it couldn't find the standard VO's Impl java file, so I decompiled the class file to produce that.

HTTP-404 \napex: PROCEDURE DOESN'T EXIST

I have installed Oracle Application Express 3.1.2 and unable to access the admin apex page. 404, page Not Found error message.
In the Apache log file, the error is mod_plsql: /pls/apex/apex HTTP-404 \napex: PROCEDURE DOESN'T EXIST\n
The http server page is responding and the the apex has insatalled successfully in a database. dads.conf configured and http server restarted.
On the databse side, APEX_PUBLIC_USER connected successfully using the password mentioned in the dads.conf.
Since I have another database with apex, I have tested by changing the SID name in the dads.conf and it works. They have same host and port number.
The only differnence between the 2 apex installation is the version, the one which works is 3.0

The URL I suggested that you try returns the APEX login page for my 3.1.2 APEX installation. Could your APEX installation have failed somewhere half way through the installation process ? Do you see any errors in the installation log file ?
What does the query below when run against the database that APEX 3.1.2 was installed in return ?
