Requested you to please help me in this regard.
Thanks & Regards,

first go to Sq02
On the left hand side there is a field by the name of infoset.
Give any appropriate name. Then click on create button.
then a screen will appear , write the name. In data source field click on Logical Database . Here you have to select PNPCE, PAP, PNP according to your requirement.
If you want to create Query on anything related to applicant select PAP. If ur query is based on Master data select PNPCE.
After selecting click on tick mark (green in colour) which is given below. A screen with different folders of infotypes will appear. Select the required infotypes which you want accoridng to your requirement. Then click on tick mark again.
Then click on generate button (red & white in colour) (3rd button from the left). A screen will appear with the name
create object directory entry. Here you have to click on local object button.. you will now see that the system haas generated a Message saying "Infoset------- generated.
In sq02 there is a button with the name Role/User Group Assignment . Assign the user group out here.
Then go to SQ01, click on infoset query. Select ur user group. You can see the name of the query which you have created.

    Hi
    Try using this FM:HR_PSBUFFER_INITIALIZE.

  • Adhoc query for OM infotypes

    Hi Experts,
We have an adhoc query based on PNP logical database. But client wants to access OM infotypes data using that query. Can you guide me how we can do that?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Ashish.

If you are looking to add few fields, you can create custom fields in function group and write code for them . You can create the custom fields by following steps.
    Go to t-code SQ02
Give your infoset name go to change ->
    Click on "EXTRAS"
    Click "Paper u201CCreate " Pop-up will appear
-Choose "Additional field" name as Zamnt1
    Give long text & header
    Like reference as u201Cpa0008-BET02u201D
    Code in screen u201Csave it"
Go back to fields group and assign additional fields to your Fields group.
Donu2019t forget to generate. You can create as many as fields this way.

  • Custom HRP Infotype for e-Recruiting

I am trying to create a custom HRP infotype to be used in our e-Recruiting system. I want to be able to update the infotype using the SAP standard RH_INSERT_INFTY and like function calls. However my entry in table t777d won't let me change the Update type to anything other than blank (No update via personnel planning update task). I also am having issues which I am not sure if this stems from that problem or not but when I try to use the RH_INSERT_INFTY I get a short dump when it tries to do an insert with a vtask of D because the data doesn't appear to be mapped to the correct fields. My input table type is of type p9xxx and it seems to be mapped correctly until the last stage when it actually tries to insert the line into the table. Any suggestions for what might be wrong? I have checked to make sure that the p9xxx and hrp9xxx have the same structure and they appear to match correctly

    Hi
Perhaps MM11/12 can't update your custom field because you have use a data element where the flag Document change isn't setted.

    Thanks,

    Hello Lisa,
If you need to have there the statistics indicator, you would need to create there additional fields for that, selecting from
table T543A, with the employee molga and infotype 0033 subtype

  • Adhoc query for Training & Event mgmt

    Hi,
Can anybody guide me for design the adhoc query for training & event management. I needto extract data upto attende level from a particular infoset.
    Thanks
    Dadarao.

    Hi,
I have got a query in AD-HOC query.
After creating the Adhoc query using the join table functionality the resulting adhoc query does not results any out put.
What I have done is :
    1.Created a user group through SQ03
2.Attched user to My user group
3.Created an infoset using join table functionality(SQ02).
    4.Saved and generated the infoset
5.Added the user group to the infoset and than run the ADHOC query.
The table I have used to join is all PA table (For test pupose)
Though the purpose of the custom infoset is to join PA,OM and E rec infotypes, for testing purpose I have joined only PA infotypes.
Result:The adhoc query does not gives any out put instead it says no data could be read.
Could you please tell what else I need to do so that the custom infosets gives an out put.
    Will greatly appreciate your help.
    Thanks and best regards

    Hi,
    There are two options...
    1.BDC
    2. FM 'RH_PNNNN_MAINTAIN'... the below example to update the single record...but you can use these FM to update the Multiple entries also...in the Tables options of this FM you can pass the multiple entries for the single infotype which you are updating,,

  • Query transaction history infotype 768

    Hi!
Is possible create a user query for history transaction history in infotype 768?
I don't know what is the table.
In infotype 0768 if we press "See transaction history" button we can see this records:
Trans.ty.     PC no     Trans.date             Send.date             State                Error code
    PB          0             23.03.2011     08.04.2011     ENVIADO
    PA          0             24.03.2011     08.04.2011     ENVIADO
But when I try to indentify de origin of this information with the technical information I can't find the table and field that I should query.
How can I find the table and fields where this data are stored to query it?
    Kind regards,
    Julian.

    Hi Julian,
.FDI History data is held in table T599SE. You have PERNR, TYPRO and ADDAT fields to help you identify your records (among others).
Yes you can add it in your query but you would have to enhance your infoset and add some custom ABAP.
    Cheers.
