Query generation is not creating automatically the JOIN statements in 8.6

In SBO 2007A the chosen tables (if more than one)  automatically used to get linked through matching INNER or OUTER joins etc.
This is not happening in SBO 8.8 patch 14. Am I missing something? Have I forgotten a step how to get multiple tables to automatically?
Please help. Thanks.

Hi Aleem.......
If you are trying to join two tables which are user defined then it doesnt create any inner or outer join automaticallly, not even in previous patches. You have to give it manually. But for standard table if two have relationship then it compulsarily creates join.....

Rahul

  • Excise Invoice Not creating automatically

    Hello!
while doing Billing document using VLO1N,Excise invoice is not creating for a particular material. I checked Material Master for this particular item.I compared the Material Master for the item which is creating Excise Invoice automatically and the for the item Excise Invoice not creating automatically. Every thing is same for both the items but the excise invoice is creating automatically for one material and same Excise invoice is not creating automatically for another item.I don't know where is the exact problem is.could anyone tell me why the Excise Invoice is not creating for the particular item.
    -M.Suba

Excise Invoice creation depends on Customizatoin of Excise group which is specific to Plant.
    Check Customization settings-
IMG: Logistics General - Tax on Goods movements - INDIA - Basic Settings - Maintain Excise Group,
select your excise group & choose details,
You will observe, check box " Excise Invoice during Billing" in 'Outgoing Excise Invoice' section. This check box should be marked.
Note: To create Billing documents - Tx :VF01 is used , not VL01N ( this is for Creating Outbound Delivery document)

  • Settlement rule not created automatically

    HI All,
Every time when i create a maintenance order , system did not create settlement rule automatically ,  when i click on settlement rule it ask with default or without default and cancel , when i click on with default the only settlement rule generated , please tell  where is the gap , it should come automatically
    Thanks in advance
    Armaan

Hi You can not create automatically at creation, Please check the following IMG setting to make it mandatory at some point so that system will generate it automatically.
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Maintenance and Service Processing>Maintenance and Service Orders> Functions and Settings for Order Types> Settlement Rule: Define Time and Creation of Distribution Rule
Other wise try User Exit IWO10027

  • Outbound delivery not created automatically

    Good Day,
A STO posted from a supplying plant to a plant creates an automatic outbound delivery.
When creating the STO with the same supplying plant and plant but a different material the automatic outbound delivery is not created.
What settings should apply to the material as this seems to be the only different input between the two STO.
The config settings seem correct as the automatic outbound delivery does happen when a different material is used.
    Thanks
    Lindsay

    Hi Lindsay,
    Check this note:

Also, note that this thread should be moved to Logistic Execution space. This way you can get more helpful answers.

  • My query prompts does not appear in the Query prompt order list!

    Dear colleagues,
All of my query prompts does not appear in the Query prompt order list in properties of the query. It seems random which of them that appears there and not.
This makes it impossible for me to control or change the order of prompts, instead they order themselves alphabetically.
Is this some kind of bug? Is there a fix for this problem?
    Regards
    Silje

    Hi Stratos,
    We use Edge.
Correction- we use Enterprise, changed a few months ago!
By the way, we heard about a bug that probarly causes the problem.
If the query has ever had a prompt containing 'Between', all prompts created afterwards will not appear in the prompt order list! Even if the between-prompt is deleted.. We still havent heard about a fix for this, please contact me if you hear anyting. It is not an option to create all the queries from scratch again!

  • SAP MII 14.0 SP5 Patch 11 - Error has occurred while processing data stream Dynamic Query role is not assigned to the Data Server

    Hello All,
We are using a two tier architecture.
Our Corp server calls the refinery server.
Our CORP MII server uses user id abc_user to connect to the refinery data server.
The user id abc_user has the SAP_xMII_Dynamic_Query role.
The data server also has the checkbox for allow dynamic query enabled.
But we are still getting the following error
Error has occurred while processing data stream
Dynamic Query role is not assigned to the Data Server; Use query template
Once we add the SAP_xMII_Dynamic_Query role to the data server everything works fine. Is this feature by design ?
    Thanks,
    Kiran

    Thanks Anushree !!
I thought that just adding the role to the user and enabling the dynamic query checkbox on the data server should work.
But we even needed to add the role to the data server.
    Thanks,
    Kiran

Have you created XA data source? If yes then make sure that in connection factory you are assigning the JNDI name of data-source in XAdataSource property (NOT in datasource property). Also make sure that your datasource is up and running and you are updating the dbadapter after creating connection factory.

  • PO not created in the backend for SC

    Hi,
I am using SRM 5.0 and i created a shopping cart.. The shopping cart is ordered sccessflly but a PO is not created in the backend system.
I have made the follwing setting.
The backend system definition seems fine.
I have also defined the prodct category and the target system.
Number ranges are assigned in the SRM system.
I checked rz20 and did not find any errors there..
Shold i created a docment type EC in the backend MM system??
What else could i be missing. Please advise.

    Hi,
You could check the return of FM B31I_INTERPRETE_DATA, which is called when a follow-on document is created in backend system.
Try to debug the shopping cart transfer, as specified in note 1173815. Perhaps the backend return message can be helpful.
    Kind regards,
    Ricardo

You may need to configure the connection settings in the deployment descriptor (i.e. DbAdapter.rar#META-INF/weblogic-ra.xml) and restart the server.  This exception is considered retriable, likely due to a communication failure.  To classify it as non-retriable instead add property nonRetriableErrorCodes with value "0" to your deployment descriptor (i.e. weblogic-ra.xml).  To auto retry a retriable fault set these composite.xml properties for this invoke: jca.retry.interval, jca.retry.count, and jca.retry.backoff.  All properties are integers.

Its hard to say what is going on.  Though the message says the error is in obtaining a TopLink session, the exception stack has nothing to do with TopLink, and the error seems to be coming from oracle.tip.adapter.db.toplinkext.NameEnquoter.init() directly calling weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.Connection.getMetaData() on what must be a stale or closed connection.  This looks like a DB adapter application, so you might want to post this question there as they might be able to help configure your datasource appropriately for the application.

  • BDC not creating automatic delivery for consignment fill up in VA01

    Hi,
I am doing BDC for consignment fill up in VA01. When munually run VA01, it automatically creating delivery. But when run BDC ( call transaction ) it's not creating automatic delivery. why ? I am giving below fields..
    Sales org.
    distribution channel
    division
    customer
    item (material)
    quantity
    batch
    pricing condition
    price
    serial number
    please help me...
    Venkey

VA01 is order creation, Creating an order does not automatically create a delivery, a delivery is created with VL01N in reference to an order.
Further you should get an error log if you process a BDC, what does it tell you?
