Query on 0sd_c03

I want to use the std query
Z0SD_C03_Q009 Sales Values
This query is based upon the cube 0sd_c03 now I want to know which datsrc I need to activate to use this particular datasrc , as this cube is getting data from multiple datsrcs I dont wont to activate all those but I want to activate only datasrcs which are needed to use this query

How to find out the maximum value in a Query within single material

Dear all,
Im creating a Query on 0SD_C03 where i have to disply Maximum value of a material which is having more that one transaction..
EX:
MATERIAL BILLED VALUE
x with BILLED VALUE 100
x with BILLED VALUE120
y with BILLED VALUE 50
y with BILLED VALUE 80
z with BILLED VALUE 50
z with BILLED VALUE 60
in a analyser i have to display X with billed value 120 that is max in X material and
Y with billed value 80 that is max in Y material and
Z with billed value 60 that is max in Z material
In a query all the values are summing up. I.e for X its 220 and Y its 130 and Z its110 but we dont want to get total sum value we want individual values and the maximim of those values..........
We are using BW 7.0 version
Can any one help me out in this

Venu,
In your query try creating a formula, with the value of each record as the key figure in the formula.
In the aggregation tab select maximum in the exception aggregation dropdown and then select material as the reference characteristic
then when you include material in the rows it will only display the maximum value.

i have one query on 0sd_c03, while i am executing this query i am getting 'notassingned' in some keyfigures like "width,length,grade,grade series,quality". but i have the data in datatarget.

hi,
is the report is on cube/ over multiprovider. if the report is multiprovider then chk all the fields in the identifcation is properly assigned to the infoproviders(cubes).
if u have more than one cube then this issue might happen.
any way, chk for the codntions/filters/restrcition for key figures at the report level.

Copy query from one infocube to another infocube

Hi expert
We have a one infocube (ZSD_C03) that is a copy from another one (0SD_C03), so we want to make a copy one query form 0SD_C03 to ZSD_C03, any idea to do that.

If the two cubes have exact same definition query can be copied by tcode RSZC . Give the source and target cube name and select query radio button , it would give all queries on source cube . You need to give name for query , restricted KF , calculated KF on target cube . Make sure Calculated KF and Restricted KF are copied .

Query requirement

i have a Dispatch details query on 0sd_c03 , in this query one column is there name BED(created, by using selections),
my requirements are:
1. whenever that column contains '0' value then the row should not be displayed.
2. i want one more query(copy of Dispatch details query), that query should display '0' value rows only.
how is it possible.
please help to do this,

From RSA1 double click on the infoobjects. Goto Business Explorer tab
For the option Query Execution Filter Val. Selection select Only posted values for navigation
Try whether thsi setting solves your problem

I have a query on 0sd_c03 where I am getting data from 2lis_11_vaitm,13_vditm
Now I have created restricted KFs like incoming order values restricted with credit/debit posting value with D,Doc category with O & KF net values in stat curr
How can I check the values for these with R/3
I want to compare the values in BW & R/3 are correct or not
One more RKF like Returns value restricted with credit/debit posting value with D,Doc category with O & KF net values in stat curr
Billling value restricted with credit/debit posting value with D,Doc category with I & KF net values in stat curr

Query on FI AP:Line item Cube

Hi bw guys i have one query on FI AP:Line item cube(ZFIAP_C03).The cube is customised and it resembles the business content cube 0FIAP_C03.I would like to know that what is the use of the customised cube (ZFIAP_C03).What does the cube analyse and what are the fields that are based on the factor that the cube analyses.
for example the cube 0SD_C03 is a sales overview cube and it is used to analyse actual sales at the following levels

sales org
sales district
region
sales office
sales employee.
i would like to know that what does a FI AP:Line item cube(ZFIAP_C03) analyses and what are the levels that the cube analyses

Dear all,
I would like to get report in my local currency in 0SD_C03 , however all kf's are in statistical currency unit,
is there any way to get in local currency, i entered in sales order, other than currecy translation in bex?

hi john,
just if that is a Standard Query , u can't perform any change over that,
otherwise u can create a copy query of ur standard query,
there u can edit the Key figures, nad then in the conversion tab u can select ur Target currency.
Remeber this Currency transaltion will only take place at runtime,

How to use Designer connect BW Query?

    My BO Designer connect BW Query, Can't connt my custom cube's query ( my cbue save on "IA_InfoArea" InfoArea), I find one standard cube "0SD_C01" Cube's query could connt .
    Why custom CUBE of the QUERY can not display and connect?
    How to solve that?
My bo server is BO XI3.1 SP1.

Error in Webi when it execute a query

Good morning.
I have a problem with Webi. I make a report in BW then with Designer I make a universe and I export it .
I open it with Webi. When I run a query I get an error, is this:
"Se produjo un error en la base de datos. El texto de error de la base de datos es: La consulta MDX SELECT { } ON COLUMNS , CROSSJOIN( .[LEVEL01].MEMBERS, .[LEVEL01].MEMBERS ) ON ROWS FROM no pudo ejecutarse con el error Error al iniciar analizador sintáctico: Error when opening an RFC connection. (WIS 10901)"
If I run the query with an object it doesn´t show the error. But If I add 2 or more object it doesn´t work.
Could someone tell me how I can solve it?

I have enough trouble understanding Webi errors in English, much less in Spanish!
Did you try running an integrity check on your Universe to be sure your objects parse ok?
Are you saying that if you run the report with just one object in the query that it runs fine, but if you add another one it does not? Is that true for any objects?
A more detailed explanation of the problem will help us to resolve it.

I have installed the Best Practices for BI 7 and when I run the query 0SD_C03_Q004 without filter, I have the following message 'No Applicable Data Found' .
With the transaction LISTCUBE I can see the data for the cube 0SD_C03.
Do you have any idea why I get the message ?

I have implemented an infocube 0SD_C03, and i have my material attributes filled in the 0MATERIAL characteristic, but when i use them in the query, the don't appear.

I'have done everything ok, create the new objects, for our material classifications, create the transfer rules, update roles, infosources, adding the 0material characteristics, put the new attributes as navigational, and filled all with the data necessary, but i have now idea that the master data have to be activated just in the end!!!!

in the SAP query designer please go to the Properties window of the query, select the Advanced tab and check the Allow external access option. Save your query and retry.
