Is this landscape possible MM-RFX-SUS. Is this a std scenario for supplier enablement.
Need of integrating RFx with MDM.

Did you mean that MM(PR)> SRM RFx(via soco/cppr)> RFx response> MM PO> SUS PO?
If yes then it is supported as standard scenario.

how to send requirements from MM to Rfx directly if we are not using EBP and how many requirements can be sent from MM to RFx directly.
If requirements are sent from MM to RFx directly and if there is a change in requirements later on, can we send these requirements again from MM to RFx and RFx will use these requirements and not the previous requirements

Query to get details of CollaboratorName and his Score in RFx Scoring

Hi Experts,
I m writing a query to get the scores given by collaborators in RFx Scoring.I got a report "RFx Response Analysis", where we can get the details of questions and the scores given by vendors to that questions.I m trying to get the details of Collaborators and the scores given by them in the below order.But i m facing problem to get details of Score given by collaborator.

SRM 7.0 : RFX Screen Enhancements

Hi Experts,
I wanted to add a new Vendor Search Field to the Advanced Search of RFX Screen (Header) and display the value in Item.
Application: /SAPSRM/WDA_L_FPM_OIF
Web Dynpro Component: /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DS_SO_RFX
Window Information: IV_L_FPC_CA_DETAILS
View Information: V_RFX_SYSTEM_DTLS
Configuration ID: EE6C772096A672A4368FEAF05FA9D776
I have created an enhancement Z_ENHANCE_SEARCH_SCREEN with the required Vendor field and the same was added to the screen.
Also in SPRO, I have configured POWL and Advanced Search. How to proceed further in writing the logic ?
I have seen some similar threads in SDN, but non of them was updated with a proper solution.
If anyone has worked on this, Could you kindly help me out on how to proceed further ?

Date field not working in Query definition

Hello Experts ,
I am trying to prepare one report which will pull some fields ( extended fields ) from Rfx header page and display in the report . For this I have made one query definition and written SQL query . Now all fields except the date fields are successfully fetched and displayed by the query . Only when I am adding the date field inside "result field" tab , the query is throwing error like -
" ORA-00904: "EFFECTIVE_START_DATE": invalid identifier "
but this field name is correct .
Any formatting needs for this field ?

Actually I have created a diferent extension field and want to add that field in Results fields of particular Query Definition. But when I use it Tablename.Extension_Field_Name, its giving below exception
ORA-00904: "t"."fieldname": invalid identifier
Any idea what needs to be taken care of while using extension fields in Queries.

Hiding "Exchange Rates" from "Create Supplier Preview PDF" report in an RFx

Hello experts,
I am wondering if there is a way to hide not only the "Exchange Rates" from the "Create Supplier Preview PDF" but other fields as well. (The Create Supplier Preview PDF can be generated by clicking "Actions" in a created RFx, then launching the PDF from the drop down)
I am very familiar with reporting functionality, query writing, query group setup, and document report setup, however, it is unclear to me how these particular PDFs are generated, are they pulling from an existing query in the system? Are they at all modifiable?
Our client is looking to hide Exchange Rate information for suppliers when they create PDF's from the Action button.

I am afraid what you are looking for is not a report but a toolbar action. You could find the same in Setup-> System Setup->User Interface-> System Toolbar with external ID eso.system.toolbar.document.rfx.RFXDoc ( under Rfx Document Actions->Tools Dropdown->Print Vendor Preview)
I would suggest creating a custom script to achieve desired result.

Bidder gets "no authorization for the action" when creating response to RFx

Hello. I am working with SRM 7.0. As a bidder with
Portal Role: RFx Respondent
SRM Role: /SAPSRM/BIDDER
I was trying to create a response for an RFx by highlighting one of the eRFx in the query result list and clicking on "Create Response" button. I was given a pop up window with error "User is not authorized for the action". This happens to all eRFx in the bidder's list. I was able to properly launch the RFx by clicking on "Display Event" though. Any pointers in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Symptom
During RFx creation even though user has permissions to create a new document system throws a error message:"User is not authorized for the action".
Other terms
Authorization Checks, Bid Invitation, RFx, Not Authorized for the Action.
Reason and Prerequisites
This error is caused by a program error.

Sourcing 7.0:-Not able to add Supplier in Project/Rfx

Hi All,
I'm trying to add Suppliers in the Project's Suppliers tab section(Sourcing 7.0). After selection of Supplier from the list I'm clicking Ok. At this time system is throwing me out of the existing project edit screen to overview section without adding Supplier. There is no error message displaying in the screen.
Same is happening when I'm trying to add Supplier in RFx too. Pl share your kind input.

RFX Submission outside firewall

Hi all,
We are running SRM 7.01 and implemented the RFX submission outside firewall functionality to let the suppliers to quote in SUS.
Question is if we send the RFX to SUS (Bid System=External Supplier System) then it is not possible to use the Surrogate Bidding functionality.
So the problem is if we have suppliers that use SUS and suppliers that they don´t, we cannot mix them as bidders in the same Bid Invitation. Is any solution for this?

As mentioned by Ramki above , " Typically surrogate bidding is used when suppliers cannot submit bids online. You can always replicate bidders & contact person from SRM to SUS. Then they can start submitting RFx responses in SUS".
Now as per the details given by you , " The idea is that every supplier will work in SUS in the future, but this will be achieved in a year or two. In the meantime, we have SUS vendors and at the same time vendors that are not yet in SUS."
Here as per my understanding , you will not be able to make use of the feature RFX Response submission outside firewall functionality for the vendors which are not existing in SUS. To get the end to end scenario working you need to have the vendors existing in both SRM and SUS system with a contact person. And hence you cannot mix the suppliers that use SUS and the one's who don't.
With regards to the surrogate bidding here , with SRM 702 the option to enable the Surrogate bid flag for the SUS suppliers is provided and the internal buyer's can submit the responses on their behalf from the SRM system. (similar to the surrogate bidding process in normal sourcing scenario).
As a workaround for the surrogate bidding in SRM701 the internal buyer have to login to the sus portal to submit the responses on behalf of the suppliers.

Create Follow-on RFx Error

Hello SRM-friends!
1) I have a problem: when I create Follow-on RFx I do some cheks in BADI BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI. I add error message (type 'E'), when new RFx create ( IV_MODE = 'C' IV_PARK = ' ' IV_SAVE = ' ' ), but the follow-on RFx is still created and my error message display in log before message about succesfull creation new RFx.
Only when I add message type 'A' process is stopped.
Why my 'E'-message doesn't stop the process?
2) For my checks I need to now parent RFx. I try to use BAPI BBP_PD_BID_GETDETAIL, but on creation step only e_header, e_item and e_partner tables are filled. How I can get parent RFx in BADI method?

Not very clear on your query but I will try if I can help ..
If you pass an error message in DOC_CHECK it will stop check if the ET_message is filled with your error message or not in debug .. ?
2. In that FM there is something called as E_version with date and time .. you must select the latest one and then try to call the function module again
I am not sure what you mean by Parent RFX ..it should be the parent only which you see when you pass object id = bid number in this FM
Please specify more if you need further help !!

Last query refresh failde due to internal errors ?

Hi gurus
we are working on SRM 7.0 with PPS,
when Bidder tries to open his login page and wants to see the Rfx raised against him, He is getting error message,
" Last query refresh failed due to internal error" , some time this is due to another session witht he same query is open , but
I am getting the same error in the following situation,
suppose bidder has submittted his response and after submission he is trying to change the response and couldn't submit before the submission dead line then the version of the response will be c1, and which is not interpreted by the system, and so the error is .
Any help or advice on the issue is highly appreciated.

Token Use in Query Filter Prompt

I have an RFx query that includes the 'Document Owner' as one of the filter prompt parameters. I would to set the default value for this parameter to the individual's name that is executing the query.
I have tried using %CURRENT_USER_NAME% as the default value. However, that doesn't work. Any ideas?
Note: The parameter is flagged as optional.
I'm trying this in a 7.0 SP01 Patch 8 system.

Hi,
We had achieved such a requirement via Scripting. This was done on a collection such that whoever was adding a value in a particular collection, we were fetching the name of that user and displaying it on the UI upon Save context.
Though am not sure how this can work in a Query itself. Though there is a way to default a filter field to None. You can refer that in the link below:

POWL for RFx Response

Is there any possibility to create a POWL for "RFx Response"?
We could see a category QUOT under IMG>CROSS APPLICATION COMPONENTS>GENERIC SAP BUSINESS SUITE FUNCTIONS>PERSONAL OBJECT WORK LIST>DEFINE CATEGORIES.
But we are not able to see any Application (neither FEEDER OR AS-advanced search) or Query ID for the same.
For example, we wanted a POWL of RFx responses which are accepted but PO/contract not prepared.
Any idea how to achive this?

Adding Query in SRM 7.0

Hi,
I need to add query in ST purchaser sourcing. I am able to add query related to AUC, RFX and Template. Our client wants to add Query related to Shopping cart status in ST Purchaser sourcing.
I create new SC staus Query type as SAPSRM_Feeder_SC in POWL_Query and assigned this to ST_Souricing in POWL_Queryr. This is not enble in ST Souricing. Do i need to do something apart from this? is this possible to add SC status Query for ST Sourcing?
