Query output in APD shows zero values

Hi ,
I am using query output in APD . The query has got some calculated key figures for which the output result of the query in APD shows zero .Is there any way to resolve this .

Hi,
You need to store the source key figure value in a separate variable lets say v1 then **** the new variable v1 value to circular right, then remove the gaps, and then again shift V1 right by deleting trailing spaces and then finally copy the value in V1 to source or target key figure.

Limit SC showing Zero value in report SC per cost centre in SRM portal

Hi SRM Gurus,
On executing SC per cost centre report avaialble in SRM 5.0 Portal I am getting value of limit SC as zero. while in all other follow on documents i.e. PO and Invoice its displaying the value.
Is it due to the fact the for Limit Items we don't have any GR/confirmation i.e zero quantity? and the value column field has Sigma symbol on it. so maybe it is multiplying quantity with the value here?
Is this SAP SRM standard for limit items to show zero value in this report ?

Excise invoice showing zero values

Hi all,
          In stock transfer from plant to depots, i have created excise invoice with reference to proforma invoice, but the excise values are not reflecting in excise invoice, i mean to say BED,ECESS ,SCESS are showing zero values....

                   i have checked the settings as u said,all are perfect,
          onemore thing i wud like to inform u that while creating a sale from plant to customer, excise invoice is coming perfectly with reference to commercial invoice,
           while in stock transfer with reference to proforma excise invoice is not picking values.

Withholding tax showing zero value in vendor line item display report

Hello Friends,
I have facing one strange issue in withholding tax, when im executing report of vendor line item display(fbl1n tcode) the column for withholding tax is showing zero value for some documents even though the tax is been deducted which is clearly visible in f-02 entry.
Kindly help me on this!

1.Please check the WHT config has been done properly.
2.Check the vendor master and varify tax fields are filled up.

Query on virtual cube showing incorrect values

Experts,
I have create a virtual cube on a base cube using services (info-source). both virtual as well base cube are z-development and are in BI.
Base cube has 6 records, now when I check data in virtual cube using display data it shows correct values based on routine written in virtual cube transformation.
Problem is when I created query on this virtual cube it doesnt show correct data or sometime no applicable data. After debugging I found, in end routine itself result package contains records with blank values in it on which I have written routine. But it does this only while executing query not when I display data in cube.

Invoice show zero value for service po

I have a service po with item catoegory B and account assignment K but when i do MIRO it does not shows the value of po simply says qty zero and value zero

In your PO have flagged service based IV in invoice item details. Please post the service entry sheet in ML81N accept and saved the entry sheet.
Then, system will automatically post the goods receipt posting for the service entry sheet.
Pleas echeck it PO -History before posting the invoice,
Now post the invoice then system allow to simulate the invoice for the service PO.

Showing Zero values in columns and rows in BW report

Hi,
the BW report is showing all rows and columns all Zero's..... so what does it mean till target the data is fine but in the report it is showing 'zero' in all fields.... so let me know the reason...

I am sure there is an easy way, but could not find it in this forum.
I basically have three series in a SVG line Chart
I want to show a value or zero value on a month where no data is returned.

I want to show a line graph with three series
Months shown will be July, Aug & Sep
Values in Jul & Aug for High should show 0
Value in Sep for Low should show 0
Unfortunately the graph tend to show only the months relating to the first series
ie if Medium is the first series then Jul , Aug & Sep is shown with data from the other series not shown in the correct columns.

Showing Zero values in OLAP Pivot Table for Excel 2007

I needed a help to a problem. Is it possible to show the values with No sales in an Olap Pivot Table ??
I have a sales Cube, and brwsing it via excel i wanted to filter on a Product Category and see how many products in this category had made no Sales. By default the Pivot table doesn't shows the empty values, so if i check the Showm empty rows option for
Pivot Tables, i see the whole of the products populated with and without sales, and i can't filter further. Is there a way i can only get those which have no sales.

I can slice on product categories in Excel 2013 with these settings for the Pivot Table:
Activate "Show items with no data for rows and columns"
Apply a value filter that says that the measure should filter on values = 0
Have the product natural hierarchy on rows with levels product category->subcategory->product.
Expand the levels below product category
Use the product category attribute and not the hierarchy as the filter.
I do not have Excel 2007 installed anymore.

PSVB Condition In Repair Order Pricing shows Zero Value

As per Flow for repair order.
I have initially made Repair Order then Service order wrt to Repair Order.
But when I check PSVB condition it doesnt show Cost from service order.
I mean if cost in service order is 100 $
Then in Reapir Prder Pricing PSVB should show 100 $ but rt now it is showing 0 value.

I am running a WIP report for Production Order via KKAO. I am getting "ZERO" values for all the orders available in system. All my orders are "Release (REL) and in "Partial Delivered (PDLV) status still I am getting ZERO values.

when i looked in to output ,it shows key figure with ERROR
EX. NET PRICE || NET VALUE
100ERROR || 20000ERROR
WHat should i do to remove the ERROR ?

Make a new formula and put net price inside it and use NODIM function like this :
NODIM(Net price)
Repeat the same steps for net value and see if this works or not.

Each series has a date group.

2D Column Flash Chart - Series Showing Zero Values in Chart

Hi,
I have created a 2D Column Flash Chart - with 6 series with different coloring of bars..I have obtained the result as I wanted.
Now the problem is the distance between one series to another series is filled up with value 0.
Anybody please help me remove the 0 value in chart which is coming between series.

I guess you must have data that reflect the 0 value, no?
In your query can you do WHERE value <> 0, so they don't get taken into account or is it the purpose to keep them in?

SolMan query of BI content shows wrong values

Hi,
at the TA STWB_INFO I can see a testplan ABC with 1 OK-result, 1Error-result and 3 "no-results".
The multi-provider 0SM_TWB_M is activated from the BI-content and its infocube 0SM_TWB is filled with data (as I can see at the sucessfull request status for the last requests for this cube TA RSA1).
However, when excecuting the query 0TWB_TESTPLAN_STATUS to see the results for the testplan ABC I see different results than in the TA STWB_INFO (only 1 OK-rseult and 3 no-results, the error is missing.)
Any help on this?
