Query regarding groups

Question

Hi All
I have a query
Name TC defects
A UT 1
A VT 2
B UT 3
A UT 4
B VT 5
A PT 6
I want the sum of all the defects in different columns
NAME UT VT PT
A 2 1 1
B 1 1 0
