Query to view the support group of a generated ticket in the Database, not the Data Warehouse

I need a query to view the support group of a generated ticket, but the query must be useful in the only Database (I don't know what happened in the DW, could be a issue).

That being said, if you are brave and only looking for some basic data, you might be able to tease some things out with the SQL management studio and a good grasp of SQL syntax.
for a production environment, you're much better off fixing the DW.

How to get a response from the support group ?

I`ve been trying to get help to actually download Adobe elements.
When I put in my details for purchase - the system says "system error". I phoned the support group and was told that the charge on my card had gone through and they were waiting for a response from me.
I queried "what response"and since then - nothing !
Not happy.... and this has now been going on two days and multiple entries to customer care....
I`m open to ideas - either I can download it, or cancel the transaction.

If you are talking about these forums, then no, you cannot change your name - the hosts will only make an exception if there is a security issue. But, since you've not accumulated any points, simply stop using this one and create another one.

When I uploaded my pics from "Events" in iphoto it all transfered to my iphone. The folders are in order (sorted by numbers), but the content of the folders are arranged by date created, not by title. How do I fix this?

You still can (kind of).
If you open the Photos app and you are in Albums, tap Photos. In Photos, pictures are auto-grouped as Events based on location and date. If you see the location listed, that is tappable. Tap it, and that reveals the map where the photos were taken.
The one thing I don't know is how to see all photos by location. Because the most you can zoom out by time is Years, which means you can only see all photos taken by location within a single year, but not all years. I hope there's a way that I just haven't learned yet.

From my limited knowledge the iPod Nano has no support for iCloud or wireless transfers- therefore the only means of downloading songs is by hooking it up to the computer by the white cable.

Particularly:
If your battery doesn't charge, or if your device shows a low-battery image, black screen, or "accessory not supported" alert, follow these steps.
Inspect the connector at the bottom of the phone:
Make sure that there are no bent pins in the connector.
Make sure that the connector is free from debris.
If there are bent pins or debris, please contact Apple Support.
Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.
Make sure that the outlet you're using works.
Make sure that the Apple USB cable and Apple USB power adapter work.
Plug the device in to power and let it charge for up to 30 minutes. If you don't have an Apple USB power adapter, try connecting to a computer's high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be on.
If the device still exhibits an issue, try turning your device off and then on again while connected to power.

You write that it worked "before"; before what? An update? Update from what version to what version?

New emails for existing incidents changing the support group value

We are seeing some issues in SM 2012 R2.
Our SM installation has tier1, tier2,tier3 support groups. Any new email to an existing open/closed incident in Tier2 queue is reassigning such incidents back to Tier1 from Tier-2 queue. Is this an expected behavior in 2012 or can this be
fixed?

It was the email received template used in "Routing and Schedule" in Exchange Connector that had the issue with default group set to Tier1. Removing the value resolved it for us.

Changes to the public group membership cannot be saved. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object.

We have an existing Hybrid Setup
On-Premise Exchange Version: Exchange 2010 SP3 RU1
Users are being migrated to Exchange Online every day.
We've read online that Distribution Group and Public Folder permissions and memberships cannot be modified by Exchange Online users, until and unless all DG and PFs are moved to Exchange online.
I'd like to confirm the above part.

These migrated users who are owners of the distribution group can't manage it in Microsoft Exchange Online, if you want to manage the distribution group, the distribution group owners need to use on-premises tools for Exchange Server such as the following:
EMC and EMS, and then we need directory synchronization or other tools to sync the changes to Office 365.
Even though all DG and PFs are moved to Exchange online, I'm afraid that we still need on-premises tools for Exchange Server :EMC and EMS.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 7520 ... pretty new. Sometimes when I download a CD / album to my library acouple of tracks get separated away from the main group. I've tried to click and drag the stragglers over to the main group but it doesn't work. Any Ideas

If I understand correctly, it sounds like iTunes is not grouping the songs from a particular CD together. The cause could be something as minor as a misspelling or slight variations. For more information, see the following resource:

When using the Pencil Tool I could see an outline of the pixel group - this has disappeared and all I see is the pencil - Why ?

I use the Pencil Tool to modify pictures and drawings in Photoshop Elements. Normally I would see an outline of the pixel group - so for example, if the pencil size was 6 pixels I would see the outline of the six pixels. This allows very accurate poitioning of the tool. All of a sudden these outlines have disappeared and all I can see is a representation of the pencil where the cursor is. This makes positioning rather hit and miss especially if the pixel size is large. What has changed - and how can I return it to the way it was ?

HT1725 My downloads on itunes show the songs downloaded however when you play them that is not the case. The download was not completed unsucessfully. What can I do?

No, Sync aka Firefox Accounts uses a separate "username" and password. In fact, all Mozilla sub-domains have a separate registration and login setup. Some of us just use the same username / email address and password for all the sub-domains for making it easier to remember, but that still doesn't allow us to log in once for all the sub-domains.
How long has it been since you were last able to log in to Sync?
Firefox 28 and early versions used a different version of Sync, and Firefox 29 made it necessary to "update" each users Sync account to the new Firefox Account.
