Question à propos de la réorganisation de documents dans photoshop CC

Bonjour !
Est-il possible, dans photoshop CC, d'avoir dans la barre des menus, sur la droite, un bouton "réorganisation de documents", comme le proposait PS CS6 ?
D'avance, merci !
En P.J., la barre de menu de CS6

So, I've an other question, but I'm afraid about the answer ...
It's about the "menu bar" :
In Image / Mode, I dont see if RVB or CMJN are choosen.
Same for Fenêtre, I dont see which one is used.
Is it a bug of my version ?

    Bonjour Remy,

  • I am unable to open documents in Photoshop CC. Do other people have this problem? Is this a bug?

I am getting the above messages when trying to open a document in Photoshop CC. My photoshop has the most recent update. I don't have a ton of stuff open in other programs. Usually this will happen after working with Photoshop for about 10-20 minutes. When I get these messages I have to close Photoshop and reopen it to open documents and start working again, only to have to do the same thing 10-20 minutes later when files don't open. Is anyone else having this problem? Please let me know if I can provide any more information.

  • Error message: "This document contains photoshop data which appears to be damaged."

I saved the file I was working on by choosing "Save" from the "File" menu. Unfortunately after 10 min as I saved my work  my PC had "issues" and needed to be manually shut off. I was trying to open the psd file after restarting my computer and I get this error message: "This document contains photoshop data which appears to be damaged. Continue and ignore the photoshop data?" I clicked okay and then I get just a black screen. No Layers or any pictures.
I have tried to preview in Graphic Converter, in Illustrator, in ACDSee, etc... Nothing... I just get a black screen. Also, I have tried file recovery programs: Stellar Phoenix PSD Repair V1.0 and Advanced PSD Repair v1.4
The program Stellar Phoenix PSD Repair V1.0 was able to recover only BMP picture 3.4 KB, it is so tiny that you can't see anything on the picture.
I also have tried to install plugin "psdrecover", for Adobe Photoshop. Unsuccessfully for some reason. The plugin does not want to be installed into the "plugins" folder. I did follow the instructions.
I am using Photoshop 6 version and Windows 7 operating System.
I am in dire need of help. I've been working on it for days. Is there any way to recover that file back?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you're likely out of luck.  We almost never hear of anyone recovering image data from a damaged PSD.
    Some thoughts:
    1.  Set up backups.
    2.  Get in the habit of saving your master file in several different locations as you work on it.
    3.  Consider upgrading to Photoshop CS6, which auto-saves your work in the background.  I'm not sure whether it would have recovered the data in your particular case, but it's possible.
    4.  Don't feel bad - go back and do the image again, and I'll bet it comes out even better in less time.

  • How do I test for the presence of an active open document in Photoshop?

I’m new to Adobe scripting, and one of my first scripts deals with the activeDocument in Photoshop.
If there is no activeDocument, I want to display a message and terminate the script.  My efforts
so far have been met with frustration.  While developing the script in ExtendScript Toolkit,
I used the  test expression "activeDocument in app", and everything worked as expected. And when I installed the script
in the Photoshop scripts folder and ran it from Photoshop with a document open, it also worked.
But when I ran the script from Photoshop with no document open, it failed.
Moreover, after that, the script failed when I tried to run it in ESTK.
I did some testing and found that my test expression, "activeDocument in app"
was returning true, even though no document was open.
Still in ESTK, I replaced the “app” with ”Application” in the test expression.  That worked when
I stepped through the script.  But when I tried to run it without stopping, it stopped at the
test expression, and displayed the error message, “Application is undefined.”
So how do I test for the presence of an open document in Photoshop ??

After posting this, I discovered the Photoshop Scripting Forum, and I found my answer there.—
I should have used “app.Documents.length” as my test expression.

  • I cannot open PDF document in Photoshop CS

    Hello,

That PDF document are not so larger - betwen 350 Ko and 10 Mb (with 4 to 20 pages)
My computer is a Dual 3.00 GHz Intel Core2 Duo E8400 with 2 Gb RAM, HDD 160 GB (132 Gb free), but my grafic accelerator is on bord an share 128 Mb for my RAM memory (this is the computer for my job, and I was not me the person who ordered this product)
The setings for my Photoshop CS are:
Memory usage: 75% (maximum 1316 Mb for my 2 Gb RAM)
    Cache level: 4
Scratch Disks: first E (115 Gb free) and second C (18 Gb free)
    What can I do ???
I will attach a print screen with that error.
Thanks for your support and I wait your answers...
    Tibor.

    Hi, T.
When you import a PDF into Photoshop to get some images placed inside the PDF, there's no need to rasterize the file. This is because the feature is a bit hidden in the dialogue screen of "import PDF". Look in the upper part of the dialogue and you'll see "Select: page". Go into that drop down and select instead "image" (the exact wording may vary as my PS is a Spanish one).
Then, you'll be offered all the image boxes inside the PDF. They'll be imported "as is", no resampling or rasterizing needed.
    Hope it helps

  • Making an HDR document Aperture-Photoshop workflow experiment, any takers?

    Howdy, Fellow Photographers
I tried this recently but failed and I'm trying to figure it out.
So, is anyone interested in a 32-bit HDR test using Aperture and Photoshop CS2? I think this feature is revolutionary in Photoshop CS2 and hope Aperture will have something like it in a future update/upgrade.
The takers will have to have Aperture (duh) and Photoshop CS2 (duh).
    1. Take an image in Aperture.
    2. Make about 8 versions of the image.
    3. Make 4 that are incrementally over-exposed,
    4. Now make 4 that are incrementally under-exposed.
    To achieve this:
    Make 8 identical Versions.
Select each image (version) and open the Adjustments Inspector , select Exposure and click up into the + range and then select the next image and do the same but up a notch to a higher over-exposed level, continue this until each image is slightly over-exposed from the previous image.
Now select the next 4 and under-expose them into the - range using the same methodology as described above.
At the end you'll have 8 images (versions) that have a wide exposure value. Utilizing the same Master image with different versions having individually different exposure values. Some very dark to some very light.
Export each version as a "PSD - Original Size (16-bit)" file and "Include Metadata" checked into a folder on your Desktop or other hard drive.
    (According to this Apple document
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=302943
the only way to export and maintain the EXIF metadata the version has to be PSD and not a TIFF.)
In order for this to work Photoshop has to see and recognize the EXIF data. Open Photoshop CS2 and make a new HDR document, browse Photoshop to the folder with the images from Aperture. Make the new 32-bit HDR document.
Did Photoshop make a new 32 bit HDR document?
Let me know if this worked for you.
    Many thanks
    love & peace,
    victor

    Good Morning,
Thank you, joshua, Denny, jrg_uk and Ian
Yes, me too, I was getting the same error message about not having enough dynamic range or as you say joshua it sees the same EXIF settings for all of the shots.
Nevertheless, what I want to do is bracket the exposure levels (f-stop/aperture) and leave the shutter speed alone the way it is done with a camera and tripod but instead do the bracketing within Aperture (the application) and then send the photos (Versions) to the HDR feature in Photoshop CS2.
    Thank you for your help!
    Back to the drawing board...
    love & peace,
    victor

  • How to import words document to photoshop?

I just bought photoshop Cs5. I would like to use the program to create my restaurant menu but my old menu was created in Words document . Is there a way to convert Words document to a format in photoshop so I can just edit them?
    need help from a beginner
    Thank you

I my opinion you would be better to recreate it in Photoshop if that is what you are now going to use (I would use InDesign if you had that option). Doing this will also help you learn how to use it. You may be able to copy and past the text ok within reason from the word document to Photoshop. Also if you have any images equally you should be able to do the same with them.
I assume you have some kind of table layout with meals and prices..? You may find this kind of layout fiddly with Photoshop that is why I mentioned InDesign as you would be able to control everything a lot better.
    Good luck!

HELP! I just recently got a new iMac and have faced this problem before, we thought it was a permissions error from where we rebooted the computer from. Because of this we just wiped the computer and recently re-installed everything. Now 2 days after re-installing all programs including photoshop I'm receiving these errors. Why is this happening and how can I fix it!?

ok, i've just run a specific test.
1 - Online, ensure that mail is sync'd
2 - Disable network connection, confirm that mail has moved to offline mode
    3 - Delete 20 messages in a folder
4 - Conifm they have been deleted (whilst still offline)
5 - Re-enable network connection, leave machine alone for 5 minutes
6 - Confirm that messages haven't been deleted and are still in the folder untouched
7 - Whilst still online, try to delete one or more of the messages, they vanish for a moment, then re-appear
