Question about left to right swiping between articles

(I am new to Adobe DPS, so I apologize in advance if this question makes me sound like a complete newbie)
I am working on a folio with two articles. I want the second article to only be accessable when the user taps a button on a certain page that will link to the second article. I got the button functionality to work, but now no matter what page the user is on, when they swipe to the left the second article is shown. Is there a way to prevent this?
Also I am building this in CS6 to work on an android tablet (a Samsung Galaxy), if that makes a difference.

Some people have created a workaround in which an invisible full-page 2-state MSO is set to Swipe. That way, if a user swipes left and right, they're swiping to view a different invisible state of the MSO. The only way to move to a different article is to tap a navigation button. You would need to add this invisible MSO to every page, and you would need to make sure that it doesn't conflict with other overlays such as image sequences.

Apply a Character style to the tab character—don't try and do it from the Paragraph style. You can stay with a period as the leader and manipulate the size and spread of the dots via the character style. So here I've applied the Leader character style to the tab or the right indent tab and changed the point size and tracking of the style to make a leader with smaller dots and more spacing:

Strictly speaking, if you include in your podcast copyright material which you do not own, or have not obtained permission to use, then you are breaking copyright. This would of course any ordinary record/CD issued since 1957 (in the UK, other countries may differ) for the actual recording, and also for the music itself anything composed by somone who is alive or who has been dead for less than 50 years (UK).
That said, a lot of people do 'mix' podcasts and no-one bothers much about it: the iTunes store may or may not notice, and may or may not do anything about it (like blocking your podcast), and the copyright owners may not notice, or care much if they do: but what I set out above is the strict legal position.

Beginner question about granting access rights

Hi, am a total beginner, just a very simple question. I have created a number of tables with my admin account that I would like user accounts to be able to see (they should only be allowed to see these few tables)
I then created a user account called EDWARD with just the basic connect access right (I don't want them to be able to create/delete tables etc, just to be able to query the tables I have created above and to add rows to these tables)
Google searching has lead me to the grant statement, so I tried this from the admin account:
grant select, update, insert on CUSTOMERS to EDWARD;
This statement executes correctly but when I log in the EDWARD account I cannot do any of these things, instead I get the error: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
Any ideas?

Yes, this is what I would advise, since SYSTEM (like SYS and several others...) is not user like other, it's better do not work and create object under this one. Keep it for Oracle administration usage only, not for application administration, create your own schema for this.

Question about hot key to jump between fields in oracle form

say I have bunch of orders to upload,
at the order number field I type in the number
and move the mouse to click on next line to type another number
how can I use some hot key to replace the mouse movement.
I know if use tab key several times you can come to the next line eventually, but is there any better hot key just move to the next line?
my purpose is to automatically upload bunch of orders, and bypass the mouse move, if there is some similar case study material, I really appreciate.

There is one built-in to move to the next record programatically. Like...
NEXT_RECORD;It is a restricted procedure check the forms help.
In your case can use on KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger.
or if you are uploading from any file or any other source then also you can use this built-in in your code while uploading.

Can articles swipe left and right?

Is it possible to have articles swipe left and right instead of just up and down? From what I can see at the moment you swipe up and down in an article (multiple pages of course) and swipe left and right to change articles. I am trying to publish a gardening magazine and it has many 2 page images. When swiping and down they flow poorly.

Set them to horizontal swipe only in the article properties.

Something happened to my left/right swiping

In my trackpad gesture settings I've got left/right swiping between desktop/dashboard/full-screen apps set to 3-finger swiping. That works fine. The problem is that for some reason the same thing is happening with 4-finger swiping as well. 4-finger left/right swiping WAS allowing me to use backward/forward functionality (i.e. in Firefox), but now 3 and 4 fingers does the same thing. I was playing around with the options in the gesture settings earlier today, but everything is configured in the trackpad gestures control panel the way I would like it. I am not sure what happened here.

That did help. At least I got forward/backward swiping back.
That being said, forward/backwards swiping is now done with 3 fingers and swiping between full screen apps is with 4 fingers. The part that is weird is that I used to be able to, in Lion as when it was first installed, swipe between full screen apps with 3 fingers and standard foward/backwards with 4 fingers. It's just odd that even if I select full screen app switching with 3 fingers, it continues to do it with 4 fingers as well. It's almost like some configuration setting somewhere is stuck and there's no way to reverse it again.
For the time being at least I have it working again per your tip, but I'd still like to find out what's going on at the root of the issue.

Hi guys, the top and bottom portions of my N80 have play in them. Especially when the slider is closed but also when it's open. When the slider is closed I have a good 2mm of side to side movement which is dreadful! Really offputting! I took the phone to my local Nokia Repair Centre and they had it two weeks. Finally got it back today and I jest not, it's EXACTLY the same! It's like they've done nothing with it! I had a right barney with the guy there and he said they could find nothing wrong with it. I totally disagree. My phone developed play in the slider 5 weeks from new. I think you're getting confused between a loose slider and play in the slider mechanism. You're describing the opening and closing of the slider, I'm talking about left to right play when the slider is CLOSED. This cannot be cured, the 'cure' you talk of on the internet is related to tightening a loose slider, ie the opening & closing action. You cannot remove play from the slider, I know because I have seen a dismantled N80 and there is no means to adjust left to right play - it's either there or it isn't. Regardless, a £400 handset with a two year warranty SHOULD NOT develop either play OR a loose slider after 5 weeks. Nor should it develop ANY build quality problems within the first 2 years. Yes, it's a great phone but completely let down by the build quality. I bought a £2.50 lint remover - built like a brick sh*thouse with no creaks from the casing or battery cover. I also bought a £10 programmable remote for my tv and again, the build quality was perfect. Why oh why do Nokia build handsets that cost approaching £400 yet they have the build quality of a 50p keyring? Shocking is not the word. I am a perfectionist and it doesn't matter to me how functional a product is, it MUST be built properly. Despite having been a Nokia customer for the last ten years they are very close to losing me. If the next N Series handset they release is poorly built, that's it. I'll be done with them.

Cannot distinguish between left and right sounds IN EARPHONES. Please help!!

when i connect my earphone, i cannot distinguish between left and right sounds (which gives a plesant effect); both left and right sounds are same. Earlier it use to work fine. I realised about this problem when an app-3D audio illusion was was not giving proper sounds, and my ipod songs were also sounding dull. i hav removed that app, but still my ipod songs sound monotonous. I have tried using different headphones, but problem still persists. I am not sure wheather this is a hardware or software issue..PLEASE HELP!!

I need help deleting videos, tv shows, and movies downloaded from itunes. I have followed the instructions to delete from the macbook, I selected the videos I wanted to delete and right clicked to delete. Nothing happens. When I double click on the video it still starts playing. I also followed the instructions to delete the videos from the iphone by swiping from left to right with nothing happening. I opened the videos on the ipad and there is no edit selection like in the instructions on the support page. Can you please tell me how to permanently remove this content so it doesn't try to copy from each device when I want to back up the Iphone and Ipad to my macbook. Thank you.

Question About Sharing Apps Between My iPhone and My Wife's iPhone

Hi, I have a question about downloading apps to my iPhone.
I ordered two iPhone 3g's - one for my wife and one for me, and I've discovered that when I download an app (even free ones) on my iPhone and then later sync it to iTunes, my wife cannot put it on her phone. However if I download it on iTunes on my computer and later sync it to my phone, then my wife is able to sync it to her phone as well. It's no big deal when they are free because she can just go get it if she wants it. I haven't purchased any apps yet, but is there a way to be able to give my wife apps that I purchase on my iPhone? Or do I need to purchase all of my [pay] apps and songs on iTunes on my computer to ensure we both have access? Or do I have it all wrong completely LOL?? This rights management stuff is confusing.

I had my iTunes account and phone before I got my wife's hers. When I first started, I synced hers from her account on my computer brought in my libraries and authorized her phone as one of the 5 allowed. She had all purchased apps and music. Over time we each bought music or apps on our seperate accouts. Of course, we told each other about cool apps or music we bought and wanted on our phone. When I went to sync iTunes was going to delete all music and apps and sync with the library I was logged into. Didn't want that, only work around I have found is to copy new music or new apps from one library to the other. Updating on the phone is also difficult because you can't switch between accounts so updates have to be done at the computer for apps bought under different accounts. I am sure there is a better way to do this and ask for an insight anyone would have. I hope it works out.

Few questions about difference between Satellite P70 , L70, S70

Hello, i have many questions about the series P70 , L70, S70 that come with a 1920x1080 panel.
1) What are the differences between the L70 and S70 series? Except of the HDD capacity and RAM, the notebooks look pretty identical.
2) Do P70 , L70, S70 support a 2nd HDD or is it just the P70 series that support it ?
3) Do all three (P70, L70, S70 series) come with the same TFT Panels ?
4) Which of the above series supports mSata ?
5) Do all of the model of each series come with a mSata support? E.g. Could it be that L70-a-13m supports mSata while the L70-a-146 does not ?
6) All of the above, come with a S-ATA II or S-ATA III interface ?
7) Which is the best of those series listed ? I am trying to understand what makes the big difference from S70 to P70 except of the casing for example.

What Sat L70 and S70 models do you mean exactly? There are different L70-xxx and S70-xxx models on the market which supports different hardware specifications.

As you can see in this [Sat P70 HDD replacement document,|http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/CRU3903II0000R01.htm] the P70 series supports 2nd HDD bay BUT even if there is an 2nd HDD bay this does not mean that you could use 2nd HDD. In case the 2nd HDD bay would be equipped with HDD connector, you could use the 2nd HDD

See point 1). Different P70, L70, S70 models were equipped with different hardware parts.

As far as I know only some P70 models are equipped with an 256GB mSATA-SSD.

I dont think that SATA III is supported. I guess it would be SATA II

Not easy to answer because there are too many models released in Europea.
And not all models are available in each country. So I guess you will need to look for models which were released in your country.

Question about main difference between Java bean and Java class in JSP

I am new to Java Bean and wonder what is the main difference to use a Bean or an Object in the jsp. I have search on the forum and find some post also asking the question but still answer my doubt. Indeed, what is the real advantage of using bean in jsp.
Let me give an example to illustrate my question:

I have been searching on this issue on the internet for a long time and most of them just say someting like "persistance of state", "bean follow some conventions of naming", "bean must implement ser" and so on. All of above can be solved by other means, for example, a normal class can also follow the convention. I am really get confused with it, and really want to know what is the main point(s) of using the java bean.

...Sure you could. And if the Cart was in a package (it has to be) you also need to put an import statement in. It also allows you to use your objects in more varied cases - for example, JSTL (the standard tag libraries) and EL (expression language) only work with JavaBeans (objects that follow the JavaBeans conventions) because they expect objects to have the no-arg constuctor, and properties accessed/changed via getXXX and setXXX methods.

How do you delete songs on your iPhone without using iTunes on your computer? Swiping to the left or right won't work on mine.

I've tried deleting my songs but it didn't work. It worked last time. Sliding it wont work anymore. I've spent hours trying to figure out how to delete songs.

Swiping left to right or right to left should work if you're in the right place.
For example, try it in Music > Songs (button in lower right).

Make sure that Control Center is enabled. Settings>Control Center. Then, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access various settings, including Rotation lock.
