2 Mailboxes
There are one mail lost , it is delivered buy it is not shown in the recipient mailbox .
I can see the mail delivered in Message Tracking sees the message, but it was not delivered to the mailbox .
I check the antispam , anti virus, transport rules and nothing
How we can investigate to check where this mail gone ?

Hi Yasser,
Does the issue only happen to one user with one specific message? Please check if the missing message is located in other mailbox folders such as Deleted Items folder, Junk E-mail folder. Also check the Inbox rules in Outlook.
If the message is still listed in the sender's send items folder, please close Outlook and only use OWA to re-send this message to the problematic recipient. Then check whether this recipient can receive this message in OWA or not.

Your question doesn't make much sense in English. To have no mail in your in box, you need to delete what you have.

Mail recieving but not sending on Yahoo account!

Hi,
I have had my Yahoo email set up and running fine through Mail for the last year or so. However for the last couple of days I can receive email's but not send them.
I have three yahoo accounts and it's the same on all three. I've tested the connection settings and they're all fine. I've even deleted the accounts from Mail and set them up again from scratch.
I get the following error:
*'Sending the message content to the server failed.*
*Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be delivered.'*
Anyone else getting this problem?

In order to prevent spam and address spoofing, some mail systems are now being set to disallow 'relay'
That is, sending to another host via an intermediate account.
Example: Your mail account is [email protected]
You are popping mail from [email protected] You get a message at your yahoo address from [email protected]
When you try to reply to the yahoo message from your host.com account, you are trying to use host.com as an intermediate to yahoo.com, which will in turn send the reply to [email protected]
you are thus asking host.com to relay a message from [email protected] to [email protected]
In reality, host.com has no idea who [email protected] is.
So it refuses to allow an unknown user from a foreign system to use it's mail server to send to a 3rd mail server. This is considered relay, and it's a favorite tactic for spammers.
That may be why you are told to "select a different outgoing server"

I can recieve but I can not send

For some reason it can connect to the server to revieve mail, but it can not connect to the server to send mail.
I am using minermail.umr.edu it's my school's internet service.... they use microsoft outlook as their mail server
the actual out put is this:
"Cannot send the message using the server" and then any server I try to use.

Few (if any) ISP leave themselves wide open to abuse, and yours is probably no different. Many cable providers "register" the device connected to their modem, and "see" it through their technology. When that device is a router, then the all the computers connected to that router appear as one to the ISP, and are equally valid to be connected. When you change the device first connected to the modem, then they have to re-register the new device -- this is how they protect the network against abuse.
Given the above, I would expect your second router to be like any other device connected to the first router, and then when you are wirelessly connected to the second router, that all would be well, and clearly it is working for all but the sending of email. I use a wired router for three computers (two of which are Macs), and have an Airport Express cabled to the router, and it is configured to be an extension, and not as a primary router. This Airport Express wirelessly supports a third Mac, which is my iBook, but visitors can also use it to connect.
If your network is similar, then are you able, as a test, to use an ethernet cable between the first router, and your laptop? If so, connect this way and test, to see if the wireless router is in any way impeding the validation/authentication of your preferred SMTP. Do you specify simple Password authentication with minermail.umr.edu?

On checking the phone settings for mail, the iCloud e-mail address is not there and the mail button is off.
When I switch it on, it isasking me to create an address to turn on iCloud. When I type in the iCloud address it states this email address is already taken, try picking a new one. This address should be ok as this was registered by myself with Apple. My internet provider emails are now coming in but not iCloud ones.Will ring Apple support on Monday morning.

How do I add an e-mail adress to send from in Mail? I do not want to add a new acount, just an e-mail adress that is shown to the reciver that the e-mail was sent from a specific adress. You can choose in the menu of a new e-mail which adress you want to send from - and I had that earlier. But now suddenly my icloud-adress appears as an option instead of the e-mail adress I want to use. So how can I add a new one?

Send Email not delivering emails to addresses other than yahoo

I have an application that works well, built with ADDT with custom coupon payment gateway, verification and license download and the final step - sending email to customer after every successful transaction.
I have noticed that emails are not delivered to my business email account but whenever I change the email address to a yahoo email address and attempt a transaction the email gets delivered immediately.
The email address is pulled from a recordset from the current logged in user's personal information table.
Any idea why this is so? Is there a problem in ADDT as I would have believed that public email addresses like yahoo or gmail should be more difficult to deliver emails to as against fully functional non public email addresses.
I tried changing my password on this forum (Adobe forum) this morning and I got the forgotten password email sent to the same email address that may application has refused to deliver emails to so there is nothing wrong with the email address itself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response.
I have contacted the support team managing my dedicated server and they claimed they got an email (sent to their email address) while testing the application (www.ijann.com/onspeed/tell_a_friend.php).
I tried to send email to another email address (other than yahoo) on my dedicated server and it was delivered immediately.
So, it means emails are not only getting delivered to yahoo email accounts.
But my business email address (not on my dedicated server) never gets any email from the application.
I have just sent an email to the support team managing the shared server where the business email is residing.
I will post an update when this is resolved. As you implied, it may be with the setting on that email account which is showing "More Aggressive Action" towards emails tagged as SPAM. Maybe the next step is to see the criteria for tagging emails SPAM.

I changed my AppleID/Password and now am locked out of iCloud. iCloud says maximum number of free accounts have been activated. tried Settings, Mail etc but iCloud does not appear. I was going to delete it and start again.

Had to change Apple ID/Password recently now cannot access iCloud. In settings when tapping iC, log in screen appears with old ID and request for (old) password.
In Settings Mail, Contacts etc iCloud does not appear. I was going to delete account.
Trying new ID/Password message appears "maximum no. of free accounts have been activated".
Using old ID/Password message apperas "you can,t sign in because account was disabled for security reasons ......reset password at iforgot.apple.com which i did.
Can anybody help please??

I tried to log in to iCloud but a message appears telling me I "can't sign in because my account was disabled for security reasons....reset password at iforgot.apple.com". I don't know why this happened.
I reset both my Apple ID and password.
When I tap Settings iCloud is listed on the left side between General and Mail, Contacts etc.
Tapping iCloud brings up a log in screen for iCloud which shows my old Apple ID and requests the password. If I put the password in I get the message as above.
If I use the new Apple ID/Password I get the message "the maximum number of free accounts have been activated....
In settings there is no option to "Delete Account"
Any suggestions??

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
