Question on sending an invitation to download Creative Cloud to a user.

I am the Administrator for my company. I ordered 2 licenses for the complete Creative Cloud package and sent an invitation to a user through the consol to download and install a license. She said when she clicked on the link it asked her for a password I do not see a password that I can give her anywhere in the Admin consol, please help

Downloading creative cloud

hi
im trying to download creative cloud for students, it says "download in progress" or something and im supposed to not refresh the site or go back.
and after 10, 11 oder even 24 hours, this page stayed exactly the same... internet connection is too slow or what? im so desperate..

I downloaded Creative Cloud, but why can't I download the Photoshop trial?

I downloaded Creative Cloud, but when I click to download Photoshop trial under the Apps, I'm getting the message "Unable to extract files. Please Retry to download again or contact customer support (EX20)".
Can anyone help? Every time I click retry I just get the same failure message.

What browser are you using?
Do you have a software firewall?
Are you running any anti-virus, or anti-malware software?
What are your security settings?
Note: Barry's question on OS might well handle some of those.

Connect to Wi-Fi then tap the app in question, if the download doesn't start tap and hold the app until it starts to wiggle and then tap the 'x' that appears to delete it from the device. Try the download again while on Wi-Fi or use iTunes on a Mac or PC to sync the app to the device

Error 201 when downloading Creative Cloud to iMac

I work for a school. and we have Adobe Suite CC installed on all of our machines, with individual Adobe ID's for licensing purposes.
When trying to download Creative Cloud to an iMac, so that I can download an app (AE), I'm getting error 201 after about 10 seconds of download. I've downloaded the Creative Cloud installer, then when I double click the installer, the error keeps coming up.
I'm signed into Adobe ok with my ID.
Does anyone know what this error means? The forum lists other errors but I can't see any details about this one. I have tried a second iMac, and I get the same result.

Creative Cloud for Teams user account can't download non trial versions of programs

Hi we're trying to set up our team to switch to Creative Cloud, but on user accounts when they get invited to a team and sign in, they end up only able to access trial versions of the programs. What's up with that? how do I fix this?/
We just paid 3 grand to not have full access.... what the heck?

Did you get it sorted out? It looks like the accounts associated with your team have been activated, normally signing in is all that is required (sometimes using the "License this software" option).

Renewed my monthly plan , downloaded creative cloud desktop app on new laptop, go to apps, but i dont have an option to install photoshop, I have it installed on two other laptops but both laptops were damaged and i cant access them to delete the installe

hello, i ordered photoshop on creative cloud in August 2014 on a monthly plan, had no problems installing and using etc, until both mine and my girlfriends laptops were damaged. I then stopped paying my monthly plan. and PS was deactivated. I recently got a new laptop which im using currently, it is an aspire one with windows 7. I paid my debt to adobe to reactivate, Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) . I then downloaded creative cloud and logged in as usual, i go to the apps page to install PS but it only has an option that says TRY. i looked into the problem and found that with my account i can only have PS installed on two devices, and the only two solutions i saw was to uninstall on the other devices and then re install. This is my problem, my girlfriend chucked her laptop straight in the bin whilst I have mine in the cupboard in pieces not working. or the other option was to open a new account with adobe. I dont really want to follow that option as I have just paid my debt and subscription for the next month and i dont want to change my email address associated with the adobe account. Any advice or solutions will be appreciated, thank you.

It is not necessary to retain the older installations. YOu might want to consider if you will have any need for them in terms of working with older files, but other than that you can probably uninstall them without missing them.

I want to download trail of Photoshop to see if it will do what I am needing... It made me download Creative Cloud and now it won't even open...... What do I need to do to get this free trial of Photoshop?

When I downloaded Creative Cloud it made me set up an account, download, verify my email. Now when I go and double click or right click and run, or right click and run as an administrator, Creative Cloud does nothing.................. I just want to download a trial of Photoshop to see if it will let me edit my images the way I need them done... If it works I plan on purchasing it because I will need to edit pictures repeatedly. It is quite frustrating when I try and download Photoshop and it makes me download this other thing to make it more "seemless" but then it doesn't even work. If I hit cancel, it does nothing (obviously), if it hit launch, it still does nothing...................... What am I doing wrong here???

My computer keeps telling me I need to download Creative Cloud, when I do, I get this error message.
"creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem, however it is missing or damaged, please download and try again'

After downloading you can sign in to creative cloud desktop application with your Adobe ID and the applications would be activated.
