Bonjour à tous,
J'aurais une question à vous posez sur itune store,
Alors je voudrais acheter les musiques que j'écoute tous le temps mais qui ne se trouve pas dans le store français...
Et ce que ça serais possible de créer un compte à l'étrangé pour pouvoir acheté ses musiques ?

But... There in Venezuela dont sell Gift Cards with my country money...
And if u see in iTunes Store (Venezuela) ALL Apps purchases in dollars, not in my country money...

    Mon ID est bon, je peux aller sur mon compte. Ma CB est bien car je peux acheter par ailleurs chez Apple.

  • Security Questions for iTunes Store

    Two days ago, I purchased a new iPhone.  Yesterday, I wanted to make a purchase on my phone through the iTunes Store.  As usual, I was asked for my password.  No problem.  Then, because it was my first time purchasing through my new phone, I got a message that I would have to answer some additional information.  A screen opened asking me to answer two security questions that I didn't know the answers to.  I have had the same iTunes account for over 10 years and definitely didn't remember who I answered for my favorite teacher and least favorite teacher at the time I set it up.  There is no link for resetting the questions, trying different questions, or getting help if you forgot the answers.  You either have to give up or continue guessing until you are locked out of your account.  I followed the link for online help and was informed that I would get a response in 24-48 hours.  I called Apple Care who told me that I needed to visit iForgot.apple.com to reset my password.  I explained to 5 Apple Care reps that nothing was wrong with my password.  I got an email response within one hour telling me to go to iForgot.apple.com (which, by the way, requires you to answer security questions in order to reset your password).  Eventually, (after TWO HOURS) an Apple Rep said she could connect me to Apple Security Team.  She waited on hold with me, breaking up the garbled music every so often to let me know she was still there.  After 17 minutes on hold, I was disconnected.  Even though she asked for my phone number so that she could call me in the unlikely event that we were disconnected, she never tried to call me back.  Today, I tried again.  The rep was more helpful but after 15 minutes on hold for the Security Team, she came back to tell me that the wait time was actually ONE AND A HALF HOURS!  Total time wasted on the phone today- 35 minutes.  I just wanted to buy a ring tone.  I am SO disappointed in Apple.  I have never, in over 25 years, had this poor of an experience as an Apple loyalist.  Supposedly, the Security Team rep will call me between 7:45 and 8:00am tomorrow.  THREE DAYS of not being able to use the iTunes Store through my new phone because I can't remember who I listed as my favorite teacher.  Unbelievable.  Very much an unsatisfied customer right now.

  • Question about iTunes store! Please help

    Ok, here is my problem;
    I want to buy a CD off of itunes, but I want the music on another computer.
    I want to be able to do this WITHOUT burning it on a CD, or transferring it from computer to computer.
    If I were to buy this CD on itunes and put it on one computer, is there a way that the iTunes store could remember that I had bought it? (With the multiple authorized computers.)
    I want to put the music on two computers, but NOT have to pay for the same CD twice.

    Even though you may have up to 5 authorized systems to play your purchased content, store policy states that downloads can only be done ONCE. You must use a secondary method such as burning a data disc, using a flash drive, or external hard drive to transfer purchased content to another computer. This is policy & there's no way around it. Sorry.

                 I have a question, why itunes store charge me afterI  download free game for my kid. Game it's said FREE Game. then my daughter 4 years old played the day after that I got email from itune store charge on my credit card. It was happen 4 times already and cause alot of money too. I will not pay all this  bills. I'm so upset why Apple let it happen to customer, that is look like all game sneaky to get money from people especially my daughter 4 years old she can't read you will charge money on that game?, I'm a mother who download Free Game and I didn't play attention while she playing.     You are NOT addressing Apple here at all.
    We are all itunes users like you.
    There is no phone number to call.
    You let your daughter play with your iphone and continue to buy and you think it is somehow Apples fault?
    You can set the restrictions that will stop anyone from making these purchases.  You have obviously failed to do this.  This is your fault.  Not Apples.

    If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane  and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
    Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
    Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
    You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

    Games on iTunes store says they work on iPod gen5 and iPod classic. Does it matter if you have iPod classic 80/160gb or 120gb?

    can you buy games with the gift cards for iTunes or just music?

    The game "phase"(guitar hero-ish game), does it only sync with songs from iTunes? Or will i be able to play with songs i got from my CDs too?

    The size of the iPod's storage doesn't matter, only the model of iPod.
    2:can you buy games with the gift cards for iTunes or just music?
    Gift cards can be used for games unless you're in Canada.
    3:The game "phase"(guitar hero-ish game), does it only sync with songs from iTunes? Or will i be able to play with songs i got from my CDs too?
    It appears that it will work with any tracks in your iTunes library, but I can't be certain. Perhaps someone who has the game will see your question and post a definitive answer.

    I am having similar issues except that the store starts to load, then stops, then I only get iTunes Store in gray letters on a white screen. I can access playlist and the other stuff. Like flamesgirl, I contacted them and they just keep sending me links of stuff to try which I had already seen on the Apple website and nothing works. I posted the question on another forum I belong to and one responder said her husband was in an Apple store and asked about this problem as he was having the same issue. They said an update would be coming out soon as they were aware of the problem. Who knows.
