QUESTION: Where do I find the sessions.xml file?

I am using JD 10.1.3. I used CMP entity beans from tables to create my EJBs. I also created a local client for my entity bean. When I try to run my local client I get a bunch of errors. I have a sample of the errors, below. I have the following questions:
1. How do you resolve these?
2. I tried to uncomment the code from the local client that refers to sessions.xml. I am unable to locate this file. Where can I get a sample of this file?
3. Can anyone point me to a sample code of CMP entity beans from tables and sessions.xml file?
Many thanks.
Kannan

  • Where can I find the config.xml file for my Edge project?

Or is that a nonsensical question?
Basically, I am producing a very simple iPad app using Edge and PhoneGap Build. It's all good to go apart from the orientation - I want to be able to lock it to portrait. On researching, it appears that I need to specify the web build/app as portrait in the config.xml file - so where would I find this?
    Thanks!

I am not familiar with the phonegap process but I suspect the file you should be attempting to modify is called manifest.xml.

Hello,Trying to figure out how users can access the reports from InfoView without having to authenticate themselves to the external SQL-server DB all the time. On Page 94 in the document called 'Business Objects Enteprise XI Release 2 Administrator's Guide' I find the following text: Use the session manager to create a trusted principal and log on to the CMS:ISessionMgr sessionMgr = CrystalEnterprise.getSessionMgr();ITrustedPrincipal trustedPrincipal = sessionMgr.createTrustedPrincipal("userName", "cmsName");IEnterpriseSession enterpriseSession = sessionMgr.logon(trustedPrincipal); Where can I find the session Manager? I can't find it

    Sven,
The reference to Session Manager is more of a concept of operations versus an entity.  The portion of code that you copied and pasted in your post is actually part of the verbiage used in an ASP script that BusinessObjects expects you to create in order for you to obtain your objective.  You can use this coding to create your own customized script or you might be able to search around on the web for a more complete solution.

  • Where can I find the deployed EJB files in Oracle 10g AS(904)

    Hello All,
Where can I find the deployed ejb files, stubs and skels in the Oracle 10g (904)
When I try to run my ejb application I m getting following exception:
    com.evermind.server.rmi.OrionRemoteException: Error (de-)serializing object: org.apache.log4j.Logger
I am not sure what is causing this error. I am not using any logging in my EJB. But the logging framework is configured in the application server.
Your input would be a great help to me
    Thank you

    Thanks Carty,
I am not creating Connection from EJB. I have a POJO called DBManager that looks for the DB Connection and return that to either EJB or other POJO that requests for Connection.
I am having a private method that get the connection from the DBManager because while writing UnitTest cases I can mockup getting Connection as my Unit test case will be a POJO again..
I have a question here regarding making DBManager as Singleton class. In my current project, I have configured my database in the application server as getting the connection by lookup for datasource through JNDI. It internally maintains all logical connection and always have one physical connection. In such scenario how implementing singleton will be beneficial?
Thank you for answering all my questions.

  • Where do i find the Subsidary integration files?

    Hi Guys,
I am trying to integrate SAP B1 with SAP R3 ECC 6.0, I have followed the installation guide for B1iSN and successfully installed the B1iSN server.
Then I am also successfull in creating 2 systems in the Landscape(One for B1 and another for R3), and for this i'm following the file Operation_Guide_Subsidiary_Integration_EN.  I used the test connection and was successful in establishing a connection.
But now the prblem is I'm not able to proceed further. On page 40 of the above guide we have a section as Subsidiary Integration Application Deployment in this section he explains how to deploy, but for this i need to choose some path of files..? which i cannot find.
So my question is where can i find the Subsidary integration files mentioned in the operation guide.?
Please help me to proceed further.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Vasu Natari.

Download Java EE SDK, install it and finally in the lib directory you'll find the javaee.jar. It contains the whole javax package you need.

Where can I find the a downloaded file by Software update?
For example is there any way to find a package which is downloaded but is not installed(because the installation failed) (in this case 10.5.5) and I don't want to download it once again neither manually nor with software update.

    In ~/Downloads

Failed installs usually remove the package, just as a proper install removes the package
All that remains for a proper installation is a Receipt in on of the following directories:
    ~/Library/Receipts (for user-specific installs)
    Macintosh HD/Library/Receipts
for system-wide installations, including OS-X updates.
and I don't want to download it once again neither manually nor with software update.
If it did not install, there is no Receipt and the downloaded file is not on your system
If you don't want to see it again in automatic updates, put it on ignore.

main.db is a standard SQLite 3 database file, and you can open this file using a SQLite browser. There are several such applications available for download on the web. A browser, that is especially designed to view chat messages saved in the main.db file is the free SkypeLogView application:

  • Where can I find the Brushes (abr) file format?

I've found the Photoshop File Format Specs at: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-apps/photoshop/fileformatashtml

Also, the SDK FAQ references a form you are supposed to fill to ask for this, but there's no such a form anymore.
Where can I find information about this?
