About the speaker
Ann Rosenberg is Global Practice Head for Business Process Management in SAP's Business Transformation Consulting Team. Ms. Rosenberg has been with SAP since 2000, holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma, and an executive MBA from SIMI. She has extensive experience in setting up BPM competency centers, and helping IT departments execute transformational change to support process-oriented organizations. Ms. Rosenberg recently published the book Business Process Management - The SAP Roadmap.

There are several options for you. With the process list that is part of the Process Desk, you can display all running, completed, and canceled processes that are relevant for you. In addition, with SAP NetWeaver Administrator, if you have administrative rights to a process you can find out if the process completed successfully or not, who executed tasks in the process, what is the data in the process context, etc. [Managing Processes and Tasks with SAP NetWeaver Administrator|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce711/helpdata/en/58/c325d5323b447ebb9d020c7fbaa5be/content.htm]
Currently there is not a public API for accessing the native process metadata, but this will come with wave 2. However, if you have important process metrics that you would like to track today, you can always add an automated activity to your process model that posts process data to a web service.

Reporting on Custom Surveys to Question and Answer level.

Hello,
We are looking to report against a survey which shows the detail of the Question and Answer in detail. For example in a visit you create a survey saying
Q1) Primary Drink preferred
A) Coke
Q2) Secondary Drink Preferred
A) Pepsi
Q3) Primary Objecction?
A) Too Sweet.
Q4) Secondary Objection?
A) Too Light color
Now can we report against per visit to the detail Question and Answer level of this survey like?
Visit --> Primary Drink --> Secondary Drink --> Primary Objection --> Secondary Objection
001 --> Coke              --> Pepsi                 --> Too Sweet            --> Too light Color.
002 --> Sprite              --> Sierra Mist         --> Not strong             --> Too Sweet.
I saw only like we can report against some scores for a Question or Answer. Is there any way where we can do it at the detail level in reports .
We are currently in SoD 1405. Any direction of help appreciated.

Hello Pavan,
The questions and answers descriptions are not possible to display in the reports today.
However, you should use the questions and answers category in order to achieve the report you described.
Basically, you will need to create one question category and one answer category per possible answer / question:
Q1) Primary Drink preferred --> Question Category A
A) Coke   -->    Answer Category 1
B) Sprite -->    Answer Category 2
C) Fanta -->    Answer Category 3
Now if you need an answer with a price, you will use the "Actual Price" standard category, you can directly
use the key figure “ Average Actual Product Price”.

You can install the new hard disk yourself if you want to. You just need a 2'5" SATA II hard drive, which is compatible with your MacBook Pro. You can buy one at OWC > http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/hard-drives/2.5-Notebook/ You can filter hard drives by computer, so press a "Click to view all...", choose your computer in the sidebar and it will give you the compatible hard drives.
There are different brands for the MacBook Pro. The most recommended are HGST and Seagate, which have good reputation. A 7200 rpm hard drive will give you extra performance

HT204053 I have forgotten my questions and answers for my password. How can I replace them. I want to use the same password I have ?

I was on the phone for almost 2 hrs. yesterday because I had so many passwords I couldn't remember the one I used for itunes. The fellow helped me get it all straightened out but it still wouldn't let me get in because I couldn't remember the questions and answers. He was going to take care of it at that end and told me to wait 24 hours. So I'm at it again. I got into itunes but when I try to retrieve my previous apps,it wants me to put my password for that as well and then I'm in the situation with it not accepting my password so when I try to change my password it then wants me to answer the question and answer so now I'm thinking I have more than a seizure disorder and it's driving me to the point of no patience. Can you help?

I've had this iPad computer thing for a few months now. I used to just put in my password when I downloaded an app or such like. Now it wants me to set up 4 further questions and answers "for added security". How can I return to the old system?

Seems the stupid machine is in control.
How do I get it to listen when I threaten it with a good thrashing and a one way trip to the garbage unless it does what I say?

Those requirements are go way beyond what PDF forms can do and are meant for, some of them would require involving other programs or are mutually exclusive and contradictory. You are wasting your time even thinking about doing this as an "offline" PDF form. Simply sign up for an online forms/ survey service like FormsCentral or Surveymonkey.

The page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset (these are user-to-user forums).

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

It may also be a question for the web developer of the site.

After a quiz can you show the questions and answers for the user to review from passing the quiz

After taking a quiz, is there a way to show the questions and answers for the user to review from passing the quiz.
And the ones who has failed the quiz would be directed to the first slide again to take the quiz over.

I see that information about adding the review quiz button but on that last slide where it shows results, I want it jump back to slide 1 but it jumps to the first question of the slide. Is there a way around that?
