On a similar note, is there a way to insert an answer key for multiple choice type questions so that a user who puts down an incorrect option cannot proceed without getting the question right?
For instance, suppose I have a question "1+1=?"
a) 1 b) 2 c) 0
A user cannot proceed to the next page without getting the question right. (in this case B).

Probably because the address you provided as a rescue email when setting up your account is not longer valid. Contact Support and ask for account security.

Amazing, I can't find out what app on my phone just ran 388mb of data xfer at 2:44am yesterday while I'm sound asleep yet the LE types can subpoena and search warrant anything I do online and with who and for how long. Verizon list who I receive phone calls from and make calls to and from where I receive messages and to whom/where I text but can't tell me squat about something that is eating up band width. I'm sure it's probably some app that is running in the background on my phone. I've just got to figure out what it is and kill it. I want to drop (cause I don't use it, it's slower than a dial up 1200bps modem)my data plans and save about $50 a month.

b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner

      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Survey - set default rating on rating scale answer type

I've created a survey with a lot of rating scales as answer types.
Can I set a default rating answer for those scales (similar to setting a default answer for the choice answer type)?
I don't want to force to user to click on the N/A option for every sub-question but rather set it as default, since the questions will all be mandatory.
This way, I want to reduce the amount of clicks/time spent on the survey for the user.
I would appreciate any help!

can you post a few samples of the desired centered layout? Are you sure that the "numerous
pages that other people get theirs centered" have been created with SharePoint 2010 at all? There are a lot of cheap or free Survey solutions on the Internet.
The Survey in SP 2010 still uses a lot of SP 2007 (MOSS) functionality. A standard rating question will look like this, out of the box in 2010, no changes made.
Can you post a screenshot of your survey and explain what you want to change?
The elements of the above screenshot are heavily governed by JavaScript. Changing their appearance or orientation will not be trivial.
Are you prepared to employ Javascript, jQuery and CSS? You will need a very good understanding of these to center the radio buttons for each question.
Which leads to: why do you feel the need to center these option buttons in the first place? What additional benefit would centering the buttons provide?
Weigh the benefits of centering the scale buttons against the effort involved to learn and implement how to do it.
Is it just aesthetics? Or is there a functional element? Can your budget justify spending a week of work to learn how to center the radio buttons? Or will your company run just as well with the out of the box settings?

Email set up questions   answer please, as if the person has no clue.. e.i. email set up for dummies

Hello.. try'n to set up my email accounts on the phone.. had them all on it.. but I read them and delete from phone but they'd stay on email server..   have many questions, so please bear with me..
1) How do you set up the emails and set the server incoming and outgoing settings,?   the emails are Comcast.net ,gmail.com and a yahoo (please note that the Comcast.net has the Xfinity connect app, but most likely won't be used as there are 3 emails and you can't switch between them in the app without signing in and out of each, so I'll have to set these up as separate emails and forgo the app. unless there is a way to switch between them without the sign in and out dance, Waiting on reply on that forum)
2) After the phone is receiving the emails, how do you set it up so when you delete the email from the phone, it also deletes it from the email server, AND how do you remove emails from the phone that you don't want to delete from the email server? i.e. you've read it,but will answer it/print it/ect from your pc at a later date but don't want the phone loaded down with tons of emails to scroll through.. that you've read..
3)is there a way to give each email account it's own ring tone? to make it easier to know if it's from an account used for general junk, or the one used for bills, or the one used for my web forums, etc..
I'm sure there are more questions I'll have but can't think of at the moment..
Thanks for reading and any insight on these questions.. and please remember,, first phone that isn't a crackberry and have no clue on how to set it up correctly,, Hell when I had a Verizon.net email (Verizon DSL) even the manager at the Verizon wireless store couldn't get it to work correctly.. it took 2 trips and 4 hours..   so basicly I have never set up emails on this since.. and need the questions answered with order of operations to set them up, and please include even the most basic parts of it, that would seem common knowledge,

If you are on Lion or newer, follow directions here:
Reset the user password in OS X Lion, Mountain Lion and Mavericks
Reset 10.5 Leopard & 10.6 Snow Leopard password
1. Power on or restart your Mac.
2. At the chime (or grey screen if your chime is turned off), hold down Command+S on your keyboard to enter single-user mode.
3. This step is optional, but it’s a good idea because it checks the consistency of the hard disk before moving on. At the prompt, type fsck -fy and press Enter/Return. Wait for the checks to complete before going to the next step.
4. Type mount -uw / and press Enter.
5. Type launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.DirectoryServices.plistand press Enter.
6. Type ls /Users and press Enter. This lists all of the usernames on the computer – helpful if you don’t know or remember what these are.
7. Type dscl . -passwd /Users/username password and replace “username” with one of the users displayed in the previous step. Replace “password” with a new password of your choice. Press Enter.
8. Type reboot and press Enter.
