Questions on OIM11g

Question

I have few questions on OIM 11g.
1) I have implemented SOA composite successfully and it is working fine. But, how to provide permission to xelsysadm also to approve the request along with the approver. In OIM 10g, it used to allow xelsysadm to approve in case of the appover unavailability.
2) In OIM 11g, After logging in as xelsysam, I cannot see any requests raised by other users. How to provide access to xelsysadm so that i can see all requests raised by anyone.

But still there is a small issue though.
In 10g, when an approver is not available then approver's manager can also able to approve it be default. In most of the cases, end users will go to higher management for the approval in case of approver is not availlable instead of coming to system admins for the approval..
But in this work list i was not able to approve it as approver's manager.This is 11g, not 10g. As products change, so must some of your processes. If a user is not available, you should set a Proxy for the user to approve. The xelsysadm account is not one you should typically use in a production. Approval tasks are assigned to the correct approvers.
If you want it to be assigned to XELSYSADM, you must write your own SOA-Composite approval and when you assign it to the appropriate user, add a comma and XELSYSADM and that way the administrator will also be assigned every task. If you use OOTB approvals, you are not going to be able to achieve what you want.
