Queue Stuck with DWB authorization

Hello All,
On sales order creation , queue is stuck with error "You do not have authorization for the DWB object". Any idea on the issue?

Hi Shubh,
Can you check the USER authorization of integrating between two systems whether it has admin user role assigned to post the objects. All companies are using as RFCUSER, so check whether EM Admin user role is assigned to this user.

Greetings for the Day !
We have BDOC related issue and we need your expert help ASAP in resolving the same.
We ahev a few BDOCS lying in intermediate state in transaction SMW01, which we found using BDOC monitoring on daily basis. When we check the same in SMQR - inbound queue, we found that the queues are stuck with an RFC error message.
We are re-activate these queues to actually resolve the intermediate bdocs. But, my query is
1> The raeson for getting these BDOCS in intermediate state & stuck queues
2> A permanent resolution for the same.
Please help and let us know if you need more details.

Hi Kanika,
RFC error can be due to a bad connection as well. If the server is down, there might be a problem in communication with the connected system and the queues will not be processed further. You need to reactivate or unlock to get the queues processed.
But if there are any specific errors for which the queues are stuck do state the same, so that we can look into an actual resolution.

SMQ2 - Found a queue with name "*" and all other queues stuck in STOP state

Hi all,
We have a problem on the ECC side, on outbound asynchronous proxies. Sometimes a new queue appears on SMQ2 there with name "", and with status "STOP". At this time, all other queues stuck with STOP status... the only way of resetting all those queues to RUNNING state again is to delete the queue named as ""...
Some of you has any idea how this queue "*" appears there and stop all other queues?

Is not only about one queue stopped... the problem is this queue named ""... with status STOP, all other queues stops too with it. The only way to make things work again is to delete the queue named as ""... the problem is to discover what or who is creating this stupid "*" queue. I think that this is a procedural error on datacenter, but they are saying is not the case... I'm investigating, but if someone else has any idea about I would appreciate

IBNS with ISE, authorization issue

I'm running the 90-day ISE demo and trying to configure IBNS with it. I love the feel of the interface and almost instantly had a set of policies up and working fine. My issue is this:
I have an authorization service for machines so before a user logs in, their machine will authenticate to a list of machines in AD. This will give them guest/limited access.
I have a second authorization service for users. Once the user authenticates to AD, they should get access based on user group or other AD attributes. However once the user authenticates to AD, the previous authorization service that they had before is still enforced. The user is stuck with machine authorization. I figured that it was because the setting was "First Matched Rule Applies" so I switched to Multiple and now after the login, it still matches machine authorization but it now also matches on Default which will deny access...how can something match both authorized and default?
Because of that I have to make the machine authorization setting open to everything. Can anyone provide any guidance on this issue as config examples and such aren't out yet for ISE and the admin guide wasn't very helpful with this particular issue.

The problem is that when the user is authorised after the machine is authorised, he still gets Machine Access (number 6). The user is supposed to get Engineer Access based on the IBNS User Authorisation Rule in number 1.
Comparing 5 and 6, the username for 5 is host/machineName/domain which should be granted Machine Access based on how AD is set up (with a list of hostnames of Domain Computers). In number 6 the username is domain/username which indicates it's a domain user and so he should get engineer access. For some reason, ISE doesn't want to match with the new authorisation rule and just keeps the one that I had before.

Stuck with Foreground and Background processing in Workflow

I have a BDC that is acting as a method in the Business Object. The requirement is something like this: The scenario is in the Utilities System. When a customer pays a security deposit a PM (Plant Maintanence) Service Order has to get created automatically in the background. I have a BDC for creating the Service Order but the thing is that if I make that task which runs the BDC as foreground and give the agent assignment it works absolutely fine and the service order gets generated, but if I make the same task as background the Service Order does not get created. I am heavily stuck with this issue.
Has anybody encountered the same issue ?

Are you checking for errors after the BDC Call Transaction? What I normally do is to use the Messages into option of the BDC call and return the messages to the Task Container in case of errors.
Reasons why the method does not work in background is possibly due to authorizations or the WF-BATCH user being not known to the PM system. For instance when I create PM notifications in WF in background, I have to translate the WF initiator's user id to their Personnel Number for the Resp. Person field. If in your workflow the prior step to creating order is a dialog step, you can also try the Advance with dialog option on the background step.

I would like know what is the best log about RTMT I can use to analyze the calls stayed stuck with agent. Was verified in Real Time Report that there are agent available (state ready), but, the call was transfered for queue.

To find the root cause of stuck calls you need to Check MIVR/CCX engine logs

Inbound Queue Stuck

Hi,
We send about 7000 IDOCs to PI. These IDOCs are sent to the PE for a ccBPM.
However, the Inbound Queue got stuck with status of the first message on "Transaction Executing". This stayed this way for 2 days.
In the end we locked and unloced the queue and every thing was running again.
But a few minutes later all the data was punt into the BPM queue and nothing was happing. (first record had status "transaction recorded"). I had to activate the QIN scheduler and everyting was running again.
This is happening in a production environment and is not acceptable (processes run at night).
Does somebody have hints where to start looking or have a solution?

Queues stuck in DB-Queue Monitor .

I have B1if with some scenarios in my system, but i have a problem with Queue stuck.
Under DB-Queue Monitor, i have the stuck queues, Q.INB_IQ_INTQ_ASYN_QS.0010000000 > sap.B1SysSLDSync > message(<SLDModify sysid="0010000112" company="SBO_DEPOSITO_NILDO" task="delete" /> ).
I have checked and all IPO-Steps are active.
Any solution????

To clear the no send status entry, go to R3AS, select the object say for BP (Bupa_main) press enter and then execute, then open R3AM1 enter object name as Bupa_main and select Running and done and execute.
Now you can open SMQ2 and click on each entry with nosend status and then click on activate queue in the top toolbar, this shld change the status to running and then click on refresh.
The following is the list of Queue extensions that are used in CRM, all the queues start with these extensions:
Outbound queues
CDB* Start queues for loads CRM -> CDB
CRM_SITE* Load queues for Mobile Clients
CSA* Send queues of CRM Server Applications
EXT* Start queues for loads CRM -> Ext.
R3AI/R* Start queues for loads from ERP Backend system
R3AU* Load queues CRM -> ERP Backend system
Inbound queues
CRI* Initial load queues CRM -> CDB
CRM_SITE* Load queues from Mobile Clients

Hello, I have a problem with Cisco Catalyst 2960 with IOS ver 12.2 (35)SE5.
4 years ago we purchased 10 Cisco Catalyst 2960 with IOS ver 12.2 (35)SE5 and now operating them.
After 4 years of normal working one of Cisco Catalyst 2960 became bad. After switching 2 computers to any FastEthernet interfaces in the console I see:
%SUPQ-4-CPUHB_RECV_STARVE: Still seeing receive queue stuck after throttling
%SUPQ-4-CPUHB_SLOW_TRANSMIT: CPU Heartbeat Tx buffer not returned
I tried to upgrade the IOS on the following: IOS Release 12.2(53)SE1, IOS Release 12.2(55)SE, IOS Release 12.2(55)SE9 but where was NO EFFECT.
Please, tell me what shell I do to fix this problem.

Have you tried configuring the workaround mentioned in the Bug CSCed03214
Workaround:
1) Configure the interface for full-duplex instead of half-duplex.
2) Find the interface that is receiving 1-byte frames and correct the wiring and/or
problem on the connected device.
Additional Information:
To find the interface that is receiving 1-byte frames, use the command show platform
port-asic receive port-lockup.
If an interface is configured for 10Mbps half-duplex, but shows non-zero and incrementing
ifix counters, reconfigure the interface and connected device for 10 Mbps
full-duplex, or 100Mbps or 1000Mbps (any duplex).
If an interface is configured for 10Mbps full-duplex, 100Mbps or 1000Mbps (any duplex),
but shows non-zero and incrementing ifix counters, the connected interface
or wiring is likely the cause of the 1-byte frames.

Hi all,
I have used Cisco catalyst 3750x, port G1/0/1 and G1/0/2 to connect 2 MPLS lines from ISP
There has been an error to the switch after about 1 day of running; as following:
SUPQ-4-CPUHB_RECV_STARVE: Still seeing receive queue stuck after throttling.
It has auto-restarted time by time.
I have already replaced another switch but it has the same error.
Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks a lot!

Queues stuck in SMQ1 and SMQ2

Hi,
In CRM Middleware, I am trying to do some Master Data upload of Sales Orders from CRM to R/3 but a queue MCEX11 gets stuck on the R/3 side with 1 entry and status NOSEND
Can you please tellme how to get rid of this? Also how can i avoid distribution locks on a document.
On the CRM side also certain queues were stuck in the outbound SMQ1 with status NOSEND. How to process these queues manually?
I checked note 431345 and other related notes also. Would appreciate if someone can help me on this.

I followed all the directions to get Norton 360 to work with Firefox 8, but nothing works. I love Firefox, but if my Norton 360 won't work with it I'll be stuck with IE, which I do not like. Please Help Me!

I followed all the directions to get Firefox 8 to work with my Norton 360, but nothing has worked. Is there anything else I can do? I didn't know there was an issue when I first upgraded to Firefox 8 so didn't choose the Norton plug ins immediately so I uninstalled Firefox hoping to be able to do it correctly when I Downloaded it again. Unfortunately it didn't ask me any thing regarding Norton so I went to Plug ins as directed to Enable Norton 360's plug ins, but none were listed.
What can I do now? I LOVE Firefox! If we can't make it work I'll be stuck with Internet Explorer which I do not care for at all!
I need to have Norton Security to protect my computer. Please help me find a solution to this problem ASAP.

Hi Susie, I use Norton 360 and have the latest Firefox 8 installed is working fine for me. Firefox 8 support for [http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-360/Firefox-8-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/td-p/581640 Norton Toolbar] was released on Nov 8th. Install the appropriate add-ons based on the version of Norton 360 you're using (see official Norton link above). Hope this helps.

Well the term "hotlined" I have never heard before. In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.

Issues with Analysis Authorization on Infoset

We are facing an issue with Analysis Authorization on Infoset, it doesnt seem to throw authorization error when we access a record that is outside the authorization. We tried to use the same authorization set up from the same user we try to access the a record that is outside the authorization it behaves correctly.
Here is my setup

When I tried to access ZA12 it should throw an authorization error but for infoset it doesnt seem to work. Is there anything that we should take note for Infoset?

I am getting similar issue.
I believe navigational attribute was already a authorization relevant in your case.
What and where did you set it as authorization relevant to make it work on infosets.
