Quick Buttons

Hello,
I always minimalise Itunes and I want to use quick buttons,
I got on my keyboard a play button - forward button - backward button etc ...
But I can only use them if I open Itunes to front of desktop, not when I minimalise it ...
Is their anyway that I can fix it ? So I don't always have to open Itunes when I want to pause a song etc ?

thirurajesh yea there is a way to fix the eject button if u want the simple way just intall the old mediasmart menu from this link ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp42001-42500/sp42238.exe when it installs open the mediasmart properties from the icon on the desktop and go to compatability and choos windows vista service pack 1 click ok and then logoff and login again ill work fine. but if u want it to look like the new mediasmart menu
1.u still have to install the old mediasmart menu
2.open the task manager and close the mediasmart menu from (processes)
3.extract these files http://h.imagehost.org/download/0402/HP_MediaSmart in c:/program files/hewlett-packard/hp mediamsart and if it asks to replace just say yes
4.restart
there u go now u got the eject button to work with the new mediasmart menu

Camera quick button doesnt appear on the lock screen but did when I first upgraded the new OS

I upgraded to the new OS5 today and the camera quick button appeared on the lock screen when the upgrade was complete but has since disappeared. I have resynced the phone and still nothing. anyone else have the same problem? I have the iphone 3GS. Thanks!

GT70 Dominator Dragon, Problems with Quick buttons ( Help)

Hi my friends, first sorry my engliash its really bad.
Have a little problem with the quick buttons of my GT70 Dominator Dragon. Have a moth with the Pc and I really love it, all work fine but when I update the Pc some quick buttoms stop working.
where can find the new drivers? of how I can fix this??

EC reset only needs once, just by removing the battery and the AC adapter and wait for few minutes then plug the AC adapter back on and restart the system.
If you have pre-installed Win8.1, then the first video button should have Power DVD 10 running after pressing. (Only if you don't have the Power DVD software, then it'll show the windows media player.)
G buttons will only work if you have the application installed.
Display off button, G button and the video play buttons will need the right EC firmware and the SCM drivers (plus the right application installed)
Check if you have the latest EC firmware in BIOS menu. (Press Delete button after MSI logo shows up during the bootup to enter the BIOS menu> Main> System Information> EC version)
Full color backlight keyboard (516) *check your current version and make sure after update, the version name is also starts with the same number 5XX.

Is there any quick buttons setup for going back or forward for navigating on a website. I would like to press a button to go back or forward while surfing different websites.

Do you mean the back and forward history of a tab or buttons on a web page to go to the next and previous page?

A quick button question (I think)

Hi all, I have been asked by a client to create some online ads, and then send them off to the website who will be displaying them. My problem is that they have asked that I do the following...
I should use the 'clickTAG' code below to trigger link:

Is this a simple case of creating an invisible button the same size as the advert and adding an action to it? Is that all they mean?

Yes, that's pretty much it. The actual clickTag value is speciied in the html embedding code (I believe)., which the person who's planting the ad will manage.

Quick button question

I have several buttons that were converted from images that were imported into flash. Some of them have very large areas that extend way beyond the button graphic. I've tried using the hit area, but it appears that it doesn't work if you make a hit area that is smaller than or within the size of the button (albeit mostly just blank space). Is there a way to either perform a crop function of sorts on these buttons or otherwise make the hit area smaller so the clickable area of these buttons aren't so huge.
As a note I know I could fix the image sizes in photoshop and import them again, but I would really prefer not to because I have many of them and I'm already quite a ways through the website I'm making and would hate to start over converting tons of buttons and checking all my as3 connections.

As I said, it's not really clear (to me) what your problem is or what you are trying to do. Your could try applyig a mask to the image as far as some form of cropping goes. Alternatively you could make the image a movieclip and within that movieclip incorporate an invisible button that is sized to whatever dimensions you want, effectively making the hit area of the image whatever size you want.

Safari missing Facebook share quick button

Any suggestions? I've signed in to facebook, yet I can only see twitter from the social links in my share button.

On the OS X page on the Apple website they say multiple times that it will come in the fall. Facebook integration did not launch with Mountain Lion.

Treo 680 losing charge quickly, buttons not responding, will not connect to the internet, freezing, etc

I have an unlocked Treo 680 that now only holds a charge for 2 or 3 hours of inactivity before it dies. I realize this probably means it is in need of a new battery, however there are many other problems that have gradually been worsening, such as a long lag in response to pressing buttons (or no response at all), it will only connect to the internet about 50% of the time, It also freezes frequently, and takes a lot longer than usual to load texts and pages online. My general question is, would it be worth spending the $50 for a new battery, or is the entire phone on it's deathbed?

90% of the time when a device is freezing or not responding or performing correctly this can be attributed to software. The lag usually means you are low on memory or have a 3rd party application interfering with performance. This can also cause the freezing and other operations can start failing. I recommend doing a hard reset. The hard reset will erase all data on the device but restore all settings back to normal. Before you load you data back onto the device after a hard reset, use it and see if the same problems are occuring. For further information and instructions on hard resets please visit kb.palm.com and look up article number 42094 in the solution id search field.

GT70 Dominator Dragon, NO working Quick buttons

Hello.
I have a GT70 2PC dominator and after update framework I notice strange error msg.
I did search and some people ask to update bios/EC and do the ec reset..
I did everything, but the buttons wont work.
I can use the SCM icon to turn on/off, but the buttons doesnt light up anymore or work.
any sugestions?

I got solution..
the original laptop from msi came with wrong EC firmware from the factory.
I replaced the from 1763EMS1.517 by the 1763EMS1.717 from http://www.msi.com/support/nb/GT70-2PC-Dominator.html#down-firmware&Win8.1%2064
Dont know why did came wrong, but was not working properly since the beggining.

Quick camera button sets the camera in automatic settings.

Hi,
A friend is having troubles with his Z3 :
He used to take pictures with the quick camera launch button, but since a recent camera or system update, when he use this button, the camera is set to automatic mode instead of manual, with poor resolution and quality settings. If he launches the camera with the standard button from the phone menu, everything is fine and perfectly set up.
When the camera is used from the quick button and set back to the correct quality settings and manual mode, after closing it, it goes back to auto mode with bad settings. Same thing when he slides the camera icon from the locked screen. The only way to get the proper settings when launching the camera is to use the icon from the phone's menu.
He tried a lot of thigs, from uninstalling the camera updtades to searching everywhere on the internet, there is no informations or messages about this problem.
Where is this problem coming from ? The quick button is unusable since that update, it's a shame !

Well not really, I had it too and we are 100% sure that the quick camera button starts the camera in it's deffault settings since a recunt update.
What would be the point anyway of a button like this if the camera isn't usable ?! The aspect ratio is even set to 16:9 in 8mpx instead of 4:3 12mpx…
My friend is so used to launch the camera with that button that now he keeps using it by "error" and take photos that are not proper to use later…
I'm personally using a nexus 5 and had some bad changes after some automatic updates too, but this one on the Z3 simply kill one of it's most useful feature, and since almost nobody is talking about it I'm afraid that it will stay like this forever.

Why is there no automatic save button in the toolbar?

this is a very annoying omission. I like to save my work with a quick button instead of going through the "File" tab. Is there a way to get this on there?

Locate what you want to have a keyboard shortcut for and note it's exact spelling, upper and lower case.
Then go to:
+Menu > Apple > System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts > click on little plus sign bottom left corner > Application: > Scroll right to the bottom > Other… > Locate Pages inside the iWork folder of the Applications folder > Select > Menu Title: > type exact name of menu item > Keyboard Shortcut: > type key combination required (make it unique) > Add+
You may need to restart the application but when you do it will have the keyboard shortcut against the menu item.

Add buttons to html, css, js, cf tabs

Is there a way of controlling which "quick" buttons ( or whatever they're called ) are displayed on the little tabs just above the text editing area. For example, the cfml tab has a button for cf comments, but the html tab does not for html comments. There are several I would like to add to both cfml and the html tab list but cannot figure out where to go to add them, let alone know what they're called.

Muse will show the contents which are added to assets , so in order to show the files , we will need to add them to our site or in any page of the site.
If you have used external links and the files are hosted with live site, then using the library will pull up the data from external and will show up on page so we don't have to manually add anything here.
We can add files to Library but on export as xml and opening on another machine with Muse will not show up the files as site does not includes those assets.
So as you are using external links , they will work fine without adding any data manually or you can create a page and upload all the assets which are used in file on that page , then user can download the assets from page link and then use in .mulib file in Muse.

My screen is not resounding and my sleep button is broken

A few months ago the sleep button on the top of my iPhone 4s stopped workng so I set up a quick button on my screen that I can put it to sleep with. Now my screen is not working, only that quick button is working. Help!

Help with what? Your phone is dying. Bring it and $199 to Apple for an out of warranty replacement before it's completely dead and you lose all your info.

I downloaded IOS 5 but the camera button is not on the lock screen. whats up.

Is anyone having problems or know what I need to do. ? I upgraded to IOS 5 but I do not have the camera quick button on the lock screen. Did I do something.?

Maybe try reading other threads? Double click the home button at the lock screen, the camera will appear.

I have created a motion picture with 3 live type fonts. I import to DVD SP 4 and I do the quick button over each text, so when selected I have it set to have a faded box over the title. All works great.
Was think of doing something neat, was thinking if I could only get a still picture to do the same thing. I want it to work like the faded box over the text. I have added the asset, selected it in the button, only issue is, since its a still, it on all the time. is this even possible?
