Quick develop module doesn't show with cursor movement

Somehow, the little triangle that opens and closes the Quick Develop Module in my Library has become solid, so it no longer pops the menu open when I glide my cursor over to the right side of a full screen image. How do I get the Quick develop module triangle to have that shadow look again so that when I glide the cursor to it the module opens.
I must have changed this with a keystroke or something but for the life of me I cannot get it back and it's driving me crazy. I do not like the module open all the time and it's a pain to use the keystroke or click the triangle each time I need to make a quick adjustment. I hope this is not an upgrade change. I notice it is the same in my develop module.
Please help me get my little shadow back, ha.

Quick Develop Module Missing in LR5?

I am using LR5 and my Quick Develop Module is missing. My photos are online and so this is not the problem. I rebooted but still no Quick Develop Module. I can use the other modules. Please help?

Quick Develop is in the Library Module, not the Develop Module (where it has always been).
If you don't see it in the Library Module, then you need to right-click on any right-panel header (like Keyword List) and select Quick Develop

Quick-time film doesn't show picture, sound only!

Repeatedly quick-time film doesn't show picture, sound only! This happened after an update some time ago. The current version is 7.7 PRO under MAc OS 10.5.8. Very annoying...!!!!!!

PHP_OCI8 modul doesn't work with xampp

Hello guy's
i've installed the newest xampp version 1.6.3a which contains php version 5.2.3.
Now i have to connect with php to an external oracle database.
i deleted the comments before extension=php_oci8 in the php.ini and i'have extracted the oracle instant client basic in the ./xampp/instantclient_10_2.
i'have inserted the oracle instant client path into the windows path variable. i've also created the ORACLE_HOME variable with the same path.
the problem ist that it won't work. i tired it with the new php_oci8.dll from pecl. but here it is the same problem. in phpinfo() it doesn't show the oci8 module.
and in the test file this is the error message appeared "Fatal error: Call to undefined function oci_connect() in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\oracle_test\index.php on line 2"
now i need help. can someone help me?

It sounds like you are on the right track. Some Windows users have reported needing a reboot after setting environment variables like PATH. If that doesn't help, try checking what libraries are needed by PHP and make sure they are being found. Last time I did that on Windows I used Dependency Walker.

Lightroom 6 Develop Module does not show photos, Library Module does show photos

This is what I see in the Develop module after installing Lightroom 6. Lightroom 5 runs fine on the same Laptop. Is this a GPU issue? Configuration issue? End user issue? I'm running a Lenovo T430 with Windows 7 Enterprise 64BIT. I purchased and installed LR 6.0 22-April-15.

I too have the same problem in lightroom CC as you ( after updating on 30/4/15 ) and have looked all over the internet. I had read something in the Adobe forum site suggesting a problem with the Graphics Processor, but it was not specific to our problem in lightroom. When I also checked photoshop ACR, it too showed the same as your screen shot. And all worked OK in lightroom 5 and photoshop 2014. It did not seem to make any sense at all ! I haven't unchecked " use Graphics Processor" option, but I will soon after I reply to you and had a rest after hours of trawling through internet sites looking for the answer. I use win 7 home premium desktop 64 bit on a 1 year old PC.

Artwork doesn't show with version 5.0.1

I updated my ipod with the iOS 5.0.1. The album artwork doesn't show even if they all appears in Itune. Any idea to resolve this problem?

I just ran into the same problem with an iPhone 4S: contact names and photos stopped showing up on incoming calls or in the recent/missed calls list. I took my phone to the Genius Bar and they ran a diagnostic to confirm there was nothing wrong with the phone hardware. Their suggestion, which worked:
Update iTunes to the latest version.
Sync your phone with your computer via iTunes. Make sure that the sync options are selected under each tab (Sync Contacts, Sync Apps, Sync Music, Sync Videos, etc..) so everything is backed up onto the computer.
In iTunes, select the Summary tab for the phone and click on Restore to wipe out the software and restore it.
When the system asks, restore as a new phone (instead of restoring from backup)
Once it's done, walk through the initial phone setup and re-sync your phone to get all of your contacts, apps, music, etc.
The explanation I got was that something in the software got corrupted and if I restored from a backup, the corruption would still be there, so I needed to restore it as a new phone and re-sync my data on to it. Bottom line is it worked, and I hope this saves some time and a trip to the Apple Store for you or anyone else that might run into this issue.

JTree.linestyle doesn't show with Windows Look&Feel

I've a problem with the JTree.linestyle. In my application works fine with the GTK and the Metal L&F, but in the Windows L&F doesn't shows any lines or angles.
I'm using j2sdk1.4.2.
Anyone else have the same problem? Any solution?

Finish good material not showed with 131 movement type in mfbf code in REM

Hi experts,
I am working in Repetitive manufacturing process, I have 6 operations in rate routing from which 6th operation is mile stone.
When i confirm last operation through MFBF, system shows components list with movement type 261 but finish material is not showing with movement type 131. The document no. is generated at the time of saving but in displayed document FG shows with 131mov. type and component list with 261.
Setting for REM are as follows
1. control key- pp03
2. production versions- maintained with standard REM profile
So my question is how can i see FG material in MFBF screen along with componets list ? What is the settings for this or any development is there ?

System behavior is not wrong. What i understand from Backflush is, Back flushing is nothing but automatic goods issue. System will automatically posts the goods issue when you confirm the operations.You have no need to make manual issue. It will reduce the effort.
Backflushing is automatic accounting (Goods issues - 261 mvt) of material consumed for production, at the time of confirmation.
When you use auto goods receipt indicator then at the time of confirmation system will do auto GR. In normal discrete mfg scenario, when you are doing confirmation when you click on GOOD MOVEMENT tab you will get GI as well as GR with movement type.
But in REM scenario you doing MFBF (REM Backflush) means This activity executes multiple activities in a single step, such as: finished product goods receipt, backflush of component materials, posting of costs to cost collector and creation of material and accounting documents. When you are doing MFBF and clicking on post with correction tab it will show you what are the components going to backflush, and that is ok. Here you are not going GOODS MOVEMENT tab to display GR.
I think this SAP system std behavior.

I wander if someone could help to workout with Code template in SQL Developer 3.0EA1 (0.5.97)
I have many code template in my previous release 3.0 ( Tools --> Preferences --> Database --> SQL Editor Code Template ). When I was typing first word of Code Template, It was appearing but this is not the case in 3.0EA1 , It shows me default Code Template not the one I am looking for.

Here is how you get your programed code template back. In the worksheet invoke your code template the "official" way, that is via abbreviation. Run the statement. Now it's in SQL History and should be shown in code insight.

CSS -- background color doesn't show with scroll bar

I have a nav bar with a background-color that shows up fine if the image opens to the right size. If, however, the window opens small and I have to use the scroll bar to move things over, the color for the nav bar isn't there.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Quick Response code doesn't show in Adobe Reader

I received the following from one of our clients, I don't have an idea of how address this matter, I appreciate some assistance to answer below client's query…
We are planning to launch a pdf fillable form with a dynamic qr code in it. We designed the form using Adobe XI Professional, however the qr code does not display in the adobe reader. Would request your help to check with Adobe and let us know as to what is required to get the qr code displayed in pdf reader.

I have a very similar situation.
I have created a form from Microsoft Word and saved form layout as PDF file. Then using Acrobat XI Professional created a QR code on the form.The contents of QR code are generated using Adobe's Java script to combine data from other fields on the same form.
I created the code for QR field by using an example taken from Adobe site.
QR code displays correctly when viewed using Acrobat XI and also when converted to a flat PDF file (no form fields) by use of PrimoPDF printer application. (Print from Acrobat XI). When these flat PDFs are opened by Acrobat XI, or Reader XI the QR Code shows.
If I open the form using READER XI, the QR code displays as a light grey square on the form (ie; no QR code).
After putting data into the fields on the form using Reader XI, theQR code field remains light grey, and also after printing the form, the QR field still remains light grey (no data).
I believe tihs is similar to the problem Mr Al Hilali is experiencing.
This is either somthing to do with code driving the QR field on the form, or Reader XI can not handle QR Codes when working with forms.
What do I need to do to make the QR code visible when opening PDF forms with Reader XI?

Gbic SFP Module doesn't work with SFE2010

Hi All,
Have a question, we have installed 2 SFE2010 via Fiber, i notice that there is no link acttivity on the switch, I have tested the fiber with Dlink Media Convertor and it works. I really need help on this. What do i do ? i have tested with 1 side SFE2010 and the other side Media Convertor. It doesnt work. Do i need to enable the SFP port manually, by default is enabled. Fiber is a multimode. so is there SFP and there Media Convertor

Joel,
You have not provided lots of specifics about the SFP modules in question. Some 100 Meg SFPs require you to manually set the port speed in the GUI before the SFP will be recognized, so you can try that. Otherwise, suggest you open a case with the Support organization. Quick time pluging doesn't work with any browsers

Quick time works if I call the execution using the menu.
BUT
If I try to watch any apple video tutorial I get "QuickTime required. Free download".
I guess the plugin is not installed.
If I try to reinstall quick time the installation progrma say me that it cannot be installed on my HD.
Nothing happened removing all quick time folders and files and reinstalling them.

I am not using my SL comp at the moment. However, under Tiger, the QT plugins are located in:
Machintosh HD>Library>Quicktime
Machintosh HD>Library>Internet Plug-in>QuickTime Plugin.webplugin is the only QT plug-in.

Quick Time Player doesn't work with DisplayLink

Hi,
My Notebook has two external monitors powered by DisplayLink, and Quick Time Player is having trouble playing mov on my main display (connected via DVI).
1. When I start QTP, all my screen will refresh several times, for about half a minute
2. Once QTP is started, there's no video, only audio can be heard.
3. I can play the mov using Media Player Classic, although the video will only play on my main screen and the screen will refresh once when mov is loaded.
