Quick Time help Please Error-50

I upgraded to 7.4.1 now I can not play movies from my hard drive, on the web throught my browser yes but not local... I have a HP AMD64 os vista 4gigs of ram.. Does anyone have an idea please..

Quick Time gives an error when exporting

I tried to export frames to generate a movie, and found that I only can SAVE it as .mov file. But, in this case, the file size is too big like 2.7 G. I tired to export it to make it smaller, and turned out to be failed.
Quick Time says "Failed: Export process terminated unexpectedly (11)". I have to make this movie ASAP. Does anybody know how I can solve this?

Export in Quick Time Pro gives Error -43: a file could not be found

Have been successfully exporting videos mades on my camera via Quick Time Pro for many months to convert for Apple TV. However in the last week the same routine process now causes an error on export. Error -43: a file could not be found.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing QT Pro and no difference, have also tried different export formats and they all give the same error.
Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks

This is a old post from when I had recieved the Error-43 file could not be found. In my case I had a drive lettered F:\ F:\ when changing the drive to a single letter F:\ it resolved the problem, so something you might want to take a look at.

The normal workflow would be...
Open your video in the QT X player
Locate the frame you wish to print
Use the "Command-C" keyboard shortcut to copy the image to the system "clipboard"
Open the Preview app
Select the "New from Clipboard" ("Command-N") File menu option to copy the clipboard video image to the Preview window
Select the "Print" File menu option to print the image

Quick time player does not want to play a movie that is in WMV format, Why is that?

Quick time player does not want to play a movie that is in WMV format, Why is that?There could be several reasons:
1) WMV is a proprietary format developed and owned but no longer supportrd for Mac by Microsoft. So do you have a QT component installed that is capable of playing these files? After all, it would be illegal for Apple to steal and then incorporate this technology into QT.
2) Even if you have an approved QT component installed, what particular codecs are involved here. Microsoft approved support for Mac has been relegated to Flip4Mac but is limited to version 9. If media contains advanced audio and/or video codecs from version 9.2, 10, or 11, then it will not play.
3) If you are the typle of individual who attempts to download and install codecs for every conceivable AVI, WMV, DivX, XviD, old MS, etc. conpression format, it is quite possible you will encounter conflicts in playback compatibility on a regular basis.
Generally speaking, if all you want is Windows, AVI, AC3 multichannel, MPEG, etc. compatible playback, try a different player like VLC

help , my phone recently had been charging overnight and i wake up with a white screen syaing error and i just restart it and it goe sback to normal but today it done it and when i reboot it, it just goes to the whit escreen again, i downloaded the blackberry desktop softward and i am trying to connect my phone to it but it says its unable,help me please!

If a Battery pull restart is unable to fix your device this time then follow this Knowledge Base Article to recover your device from this JVM Error 545 :
KB10144 : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader.
Please note , the above method will delete all data within your device , I hope you have a previous backup from which you can restore .

Help please error 552 plus not being recognised by computer on 8520

I was wondering if anyone could help I have tried everything to fix the 552 error on my curve 8520 but nothing is working and now the phone will not connect to my laptop, I have tried apploader now it says current device is up to date, desktop software says cannot connect to device (from the start) and phone does not do anything except sit on with a white screen with "reload software 552" written on it.
Could someone please help?

As your device is not detecting you can try Application loader to force the detection of your device to load the OS ,please refer to the Knowledge Base Article :
KB10144 : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
But remember in this process you will lose all data within your device, I hope you have your Backup.
Additional Information : KB18751 : Error " Reload Software :552 " is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone.

I am trying to fax a smartform but i am getting the following errors:
I am getting at the first place message 672 in SOST with waiting status.
"waiting for communications service".
If i send it from SOST then message 821 comes up with error status.
"Cannot process message in node, parameters cannot be converted".

try in transfer rules or update rules, translate it to upper case,
create routine, and choose field where infoobject ZSITMDES assigned
in transfer rules
result = tran_structure-fieldname.
translate result to upper case.
(use result = tran_structure-/bic/ZSITMDES if the same infoobject used)
or in update rules
result = comm_structure-/bic/ZSITMDES.
translate result to upper case.

I am trying to deploy the sample tutorial of googleflow, I have even changed the proxy setting of jdeveloper..i have added localhost in proxy exception list..application server connection & integration server connection is ok..but still getting the error of accessing the wsdl as shown below....please help !!!

Battery Dies Pretty Quick. Help Please.

Okay so I have had my iPod for about three years. I never really had a problem with the battery until I dropped it in the water bowl. It's now starting to get on my nerves because my cord that charges it is already breaking and I haven't had time to go buy a new one. I have googled questions but none of them apply to me or help. My brightness is pretty much always on the lowest setting. People have said that having the notifications on can kill the battery or use it faster. Is this true? I am wondering this because my notifications are always on. I am looking at buying the iPhone 4s but I have heard bad things and good things about the battery life. I would like the truth about the battery life it would be a big help because either way I am probably going to end up buying it. But, back to the problem does anyone know why my battery is dying so quick? Could it be because of the water? Thanks.

Yes, notification and also location services and wifi and blutooth drain the battery.
With time/number of charge cycles the battery capacity decrease.

When I external edit an aperture photo using Photoshop Elements 9 and then get out, the changes are not reflected in Aperture when I return - this used to work for me but doesn't seem to have for some time - help please?

Have used Aperture for some time - at some point this stopped working - not sure when
workflow:
click photo and elect to use the external editor (Photoshop Elements 9)
Copy of the photo is created in Aperture with the "O" badge and I am rolled out to Photoshop
Have to change the type to 8-bit in Photoshop to start making changes
When done and I exit I am prompted to save the photo
On returning to Aperture however the "O" badged photo does not get updated/reflect my changes
Other Things:
I can find a changed photo sitting in the Aperture Library using finder or Photoshop itself - so I know changes have been made a new file saved (TIFF).
I am wondering if I am missing some (new) preference such that the changes are not proerly being saved for re-display/storage in the Aperture Library
I am running Lion OSX at the moment but the behaviour was the same under Snow Lepoard versions.
Current version of Aperture is 3.1.3, Elements is 9.0
Any help/suggestions greatfully received

Try using psd. Some rerports indicate some confustion between the apps with TIFF. See:

New to SATA, quick install help please

I just got a 80GB Western Digital SATA drive that I would like to make my primary drive for windows 2000. I bought it OEM so i didn't recieve any software or setup guides. I unhooked the 2 other IDE hard drives during windows installation. I got the F6 to set up a third party drivers and installed both the storage controller and raid setup driver. This is as far as I can make it though. When I get to where you set-up windows it says no HDs detected. I looked through the BIOS and did not find any setting for SATA drives so I think everything is ok there. Any help would be greatly appreciated seeing how I am a noob to SATA.

Ipod touch required software not installed although reinstalled 3 times, help please

I had an ipod nano and itunes work fine, i bought new ipod touch 4G and connected it to itunes and get a message that say this ipod cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the itunes installer to remove itunes, then install itunes again. i have done this 3 times with latest itunes but still the same message ad ideas? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

i was using AWM since 9i just because it creates OLAP metadata with a new API called CWM2, and Oracle Enterprise Manager was using a propietary API .
With AWM 10.1.0.4 building your OLAP metadata is very simple, you can define your Dimensions, cubes, measures and even you can load your data from your source system.
You can refer to the Oracle® OLAP Application Developer's Guide where you can find more information on this tool.
And relative to your error i will recommend that you build on a dimension-by-dimension basis and try to validate your OLAP Metadata.
