Quicker way to see errors in WPER for Idoc WPUBON

Hello Experts -
I have around 20 big WPUBON idocs in which I have to fix UPCs and reprocess them. When I load the IDoc thru WPER, it takes forever to load because WPUBON has receipt level data.
What I want to know from all you SAP Gurus, is there any quick way to see the errors and fix them (any report or any other way to do the analysis)
Thanks
MG

Hi MG,
maybe it helps only to select the IDocs with Status "Error" in WPER (refer to field "Status" in "Inbound" in WPER) to fasten the processing?
Other possibilities maybe are BD87 (also, only try to select the IDocs processed with error) or try transaction WLF_IDOC - maybe these suit better to your needs.

  • Error : Pre Settings for IDoc inbound processing are missing error

    Hi Experts,
There is a CRM job which executes LSMW and I am facing a strange problem during the IDOC posting the error "Pre Settings for IDoc inbound processing are missing error". Can anyone please tell me how to correct this error?
    Thanks in advance.

I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

You see general error and status infomation in your alert log. This is the alert_<sid>.log file found in the directory specified by the parameter background_dump_dest.

  • Quick way to see if a list of packages exist in the repos or the AUR

For a script I'm writing, I'd like to check if a list of packages actually exists in the enabled repos or in the AUR. Currently, I'm looping through all packages in the list and runing `pacman -Ss package_name`, but there are two problems with this. The first is  pacman can return multiple packages here, whereas I only want it to return the package that exactly matches `package_name`. I can fix this by using grep to find an exact match for the name. The second problem is that this method is very slow, but I want this to take no more than a second for about 100 packages. Is there a faster way I can figure out which packages actually exist?

A better solution for that problem (as stated) is simply to use a proper regex.  The following returns only the single exact match:
    pacman -Ss ^firefox$
gsingh93 wrote:The second problem is that this method is very slow, but I want this to take no more than a second for about 100 packages. Is there a faster way I can figure out which packages actually exist?
Then a much better approach would be something like the following:
    comm -23 your_list_file <(pacman -Ssq | sort)
EDIT: I just tested the above command using a random selection of 100 package names from the repos with 40 of the modified (so as not to match) and then I ran the command through `time`:
    real 0m0.283s
    user 0m0.227s
    sys 0m0.030s
If you want this to work for the AUR as well, we'd just need a list of all package names in the AUR.  This should be easy to get from the web-interface (standby I'll see if I can get it).  Then basically you'd do the following:
    1) pacman -Ssq > pkglist
    2) cmd_to_get_aur_names >> pkglist
    3) comm -23 <(sort your_list_file) <(sort pkglist)
EDIT 2: I don't know of any efficient way to get a list of all AUR packages.  The best idea I had was to "simply" wget and parse this page: http://pkgbuild.com/git/aur-mirror.git/tree/ but at 26MB that takes well more than a second to download even on a good connection.  I suspect it will be far more efficient to get the `comm` output from above for a list of packages not in the repos, then for each of those search the aur as a fallback (with something like cower).

  • Quick way to look at explain plan for executing a package?

I can look at explain plans for queries without any problem. But i'm troubleshooting the performance of executing a package and i'm wondering if there is a way to look at what's happening without using EM tools? i.e. command lines.
for queries, i've used set autotrace on or explain plan for query...
but how do you do this for the execution of a package?

Thanks for the reply..i've tried sql_trace=TRUE but somehow i don't get the execution plan..i only see the number of parses, executes and fetches...
e.g. in my tkprof output, i have:
one of the select statements is here
call count cpu elapsed disk query current rows
    Parse 1 0.00 0.00 0 0 0 0
    Execute 1 0.00 0.00 0 0 0 0
    Fetch 1 0.00 0.00 0 6 0 0
    total 3 0.00 0.00 0 6 0 0
Misses in library cache during parse: 0
    Optimizer mode: ALL_ROWS
Parsing user id: 58 (recursive depth: 1)
But there is no execution plan..i've never done this when executing a package...what am i missing? this works fine for query statements..but not for packages..

  • Quick way to confirm process 2012 choice for older images?

I searched, but nothing came up.
When LR4.x sees an older image it shows me the exclamation mark. OK, yes I will be updating... so the next step is a side by side. I could skip this, but it can be interesting to see where the subtle differeces will be. I know about the backslash key as a way to close the side-by-side. Up to today it always closed the *old* (2010) version and I sailed off into whatever editing was needed.
Today the backslash is always placing me in the older version "Before".  ...as if I chosen "do not update"? ...but I *did* click "Update".
My LR4 book (M. Evening). which I generally like, was written before the interface got locked down as there are some inconsistencies even with 4.0, so looking there I find nothing that works on this exact flow of events.
What am I doing "wrong" for the 4.3 interface.  Hmmm, I just updated from 4.2 and that's when LR started leaving me in the old process.
    jonathan7007

Hey, web-weaver, yes, my 4.2 (Win7 64-bit) always used to... but today the first time an older image came up after updating to v4.3 last night I couldn't be sure what I was working with! turned out the program just went to "Before" I will have to keep testing but I have to get some real work done so had to put this aside...
Yeah, it used to be that way.
    edit: did it again.

  • Is there a way to see an access history for my ipad mini? dates and times when it was accessed? not particularly a safari history, just when the pin code was last put in?

Im worried that my ipad is being used without my knowledge, I am randomly losing whole conversations from my messages although they are still visible on my iphone. I wanted to see when my ipad was last accessed before i start accusing people of messing with it.

I'm not aware of any setting or app that will do what you are looking for, but it possible you might find something in the app store.
You should consider changing your pass code and possibly using complex rather than simple pass code. And keeping the device secure when not in your possession.

  • Any quick way of finding the wrapper type for arbitrary primitives?

does anyone know a way of obtaining the equivalent wrapper class for any primitive type? eg, if I have a reference to long.class, is there a way of resolving this to Long.class, other than maintaining a Map<Class, Class> myself?

Last time I had to do this I was using 1.4. I couldn't find an easier way of doing it other than using a map.
AFAIK nothing has come along in java 5 which makes this any easier - but then I dont know very much so don't take my word for it.

  • Error  in SXMB_MONI for Idoc to File Scenario (missing of field plant

    Hi SapAll.
here i have got a tricky situation where in a Idoc(Matmas.Matmas05) to file Interface thorugh XI there is an error message raising in sxmb_moni.
to get the conclusion for this error i just copied the message from Sxmb_moni and tried with  Message mapping in Design by just pasting there, after all this process iam getting the error message as below
Cannot produce target element /MT_FCI_MATERIAL/fcidataimport/objects/object/extensions/collection[3]/row/fields/PLANTEXT. Check xml instance is valid for source xsd and target-field mapping fulfills requirements of target xsd
When i go the mapping program it is defined as
if Matmas.matmas05WERKS(sender) exists then map werks to plant tex(reciver MType)t else map constant with(null value) to reciever(MType).
and the important thing is the here the occurance of field plant text is 1.1.
so iam not sure on why the error was raised in message mapping as every thing is fine.
can any body help in slolving this.
    regards.
    Varma

if Matmas.matmas05WERKS(sender) exists then map werks to plant tex(reciver MType)t else map constant with(null value) to reciever(MType).
When WERKS's is absent the IF doesn't have a value and hence the whole context gets suppressed which returns the error. What you have configured would work fine if WERKS is there but with no value. Here the case is a bit different. WERKS itself is not coming. Your logic doesn't handle that. Hope you got what I intend to convey.
Correct me if I am wrong but the logic is you need to pass WERKS value to PLANTTEXT if value comes else map a blank constant...right??
If so, why not just use mapWithDefault
    WERKS -> mapWithDefault(blank contant) -> PLANTTEXT
This way if WERKS comes teh value would be passed, if comes with blank value blank value would eb passed if doesn't come atall, even then a blank value would be passed.

  • Error in TRFC for IDoc to File scenario while sending IDoc

    Hi,
Configured of 'IDoc to file' scenario is completed. Executed a stand alone program to post IDocs to XXI system using a RFC destination with required previleges.
Outbound IDoc has status successful, but it is blocked in the source system and can be viewed in TCode: SM58 (Transaction RFC). The error status is set as ':00'.
When I tried menu item 'Edit>>Execute LUW', I got the status message as 'Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised'.
For your information, User used in RFC destination is communication user with SAP_ALL profile(in XXI system).
Can anybody help me out in resoving the error?
    Regards,

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
It is successfully tested and FYI as the user specified in RFC Destination is a communication user in destination system (XI), it does not have remote logon.
    Hope I am clear.

  • Quick way to apply 'see also' or 'in this section' ??

    RH8.02 HTML
    Hi all,
I'm wanting to add a See Also/Related Topics/In this Section area to my topics and am looking for a way to do it quickly and automatically.
Does RH provide any quick mechanism to add these to topics, say in the bottom on the page.
Basically I want my main/top pages of a section to contain a set of links that points to the other topics in that section. Is there any quick way to do it, or automate it?
I tried to Insert > See Also, and Related Topics but these all created buttons that opened a window, I would prefer the links to sit in the page if possible.
    thanks.
    Nick

    Hi Nick
If you create a new project in RoboHelp 8, choose the Project Template type of Knowledge Base.
Once you have created the project shell, examine the "What's New" topic. At the bottom of the topic are some instructions that may help.
    Cheers... Rick

  • Looking for quicker way to change duration of file

    Hello!
I work in a broadcast environment and we have just upgraded to Audition from CoolEdit. It was a much needed change and is much better, but there is one problem. When we are doing production, we are getting ads that come out to 29.2 or 28.3 seconds, etc. We need to be able to compress and expand our recordings. CoolEdit was able to shave seconds off within seconds, even with our longer programs that are running 3 minutes. Audition took 15 minutes this morning to take off two extra seconds. Is there a quicker way to do this?
    Thanks!

The Stretch effect offers two different stretching algorithms:  the default, based upon iZotope Radius and the legacy Audition algorithm.  The iZotope algorithm is extremely high-quality and accurate, but requires a lot of processing and can be slow.  The Audition algorithm is significantly faster, but you may hear artifacts beyond certain stretch percentages.
I'd recommend taking some of the content you've stretched using the iZotope algorithm, replicate it with the Audition algorithm, and preview to see if you notice a difference.  If not, then you could consider using the Audition as the default for future projects which have a quick turn-around time.

  • Quick way to change "Optimize for" setting when "mirror displays" is on?

Is there a quick way to change "Optimize for" setting when "mirror displays" is on?
I have two displays on my Mac Mini for totally different areas; I can't see the first monitor when I'm on the second. One is 1280x1024, one is 1920x1200. As I switch fairly often I'm wondering if there is a built-in or 3rd-party-utility way to quickly toggle the "optimize for" setting that is under "System Preferences" -> "Displays" -> "Display" tab -> "Optimize for:" dropdown box.
As Apple sadly doesn't make a all-in-one keyboard / mouse - need one as one of the monitors is used for just a very comfy chair, so keyboard is on my lap - I'm using an Lenovo ThinkPad USB Travel Keyboard, model SK-8855, and some key cobinations, esp. with function keys, seem not to work on it. So something from the desktop context menu or that allows you to set the hotkey would be preferable.
    Thanks for any help,
