QuickTime installation problem on Windows 7 (64 bits)

Question

I can not seem to install Quicktime on my computer. I get the following message : An error occurred during the installation of assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT, Version=8.0.50727.4053,type=Win32, PublicKeyToken=1fc8b9a1e18e3b,process or architecture=X86, Please refer to help and Support for more information. HRESULT : 080070422. Any help greatly appreciate, especially considering it seems there is no official help to turn to.

Hello again,
I am not sure what to make of what came out. I first typed scan/now, and he told me that the Windows resource protection had not been able to start the repair service. I then typed scan / now (adding extra spaces between the characters), and he gave me what seems to be a menu of commands. Here is the whole thing (in French) I'm afraid :
