Quicktime keeps Accosiating, though i disable it! Help!

Question

I am beginning to get rather angry at quicktime. It keeps accosiating with files i don't want it too! And it is really beginning to pi..ee me off!
It has worked fine a long time ago. But since Itunes need quicktime to play, i really need this to work.
All of a sudden, my quicktime just kept opening every picture, movie, gifs etc. etc. I went down in the right bottom corner, rightclicked on it, went into options and so on, untill i found accosiating files thing. I disabled everything, (applied/accepted it). But everytime i went out of it and tried something again, it just kept going in the wrong direction! It still kept accosiating with the wrong files.
Now i have done the onliest thing i could from there. Uninstalled it, and i told it to NOT TO ACCOSIATE WITH ANYTHING. Still it did...
I am clueless now, and if this keeps going on, i am seriously beginning to want my money back from all the numbers i've paid for and i will stop using quicktime and/or Itunes.
I need help with this. Please

Believe me, i've tried that alot now, even through right clicking on a file and going on options through quicktime itself. That didn't work either.
But i've all of sudden just figured it out. I tried once more to reinstall, and when i was opening quicktime player, i've got this warning:

(It says something about associating files. something in this direction: "some of the files quicktime uses, is currently being used by other programs, do you want to associate those files with quicktime?")
I guess this warning is just a oneway ticket to "no-change" it. I must have pushed yes without even noticing it! But it's kind of stupid this is just a "One-and-only" which means, you can't change it untill you reinstall it and DON'T push yes!
