Quicktime loaded and not working - Can't uninstall

I have tried for the past few weeks to get my iTunes working.
Everytime I click on iTunes, a message pops up stating that Quicktime Streaming cant run because it is already loaded. I went to Run>MSConfig and turned off the QTTask button, restarted and it still gives me the same message.
I can't open up QT because it shuts down on me when I click any tab in the folder.
I attempted to uninstall and it said the same thing, Quicktime streaming can't run because it is already loaded.
I then went into remove software and tried to uninstall it there and a message came up stating:
Error : 0X80040707
Description : DLL Function call crashed : QTInstall code quicktime.unistallproc.
Setup will now terminate
What does all this mean and how come it's happening? How do I fix it? It was working fine and then just one day, bam, it stopped.

okay, that's a 32-bit version. so here's what we'll try first.
Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. then use it to clear any existing QuickTime installation configuration information from your PC:

next use the QuickTime component of the complete uninstall instructions in the following document as a guide to a manual removal of leftover QuickTime program files and folders.

once we've got all the existing QuickTime scraped away, let's try a careful standalone QT 7.1 reinstall.
download and save a copy of the QT 7.1 standalone installer to your hard drive. (we'll run the install from there rather than online.) switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the install.
Quicktime 7.1 Installers … get the one that doesn’t mention itunes
if that install goes through okay, does your itunes launch properly again?
(if you get an error message on the QT standalone reinstall, let us know what it says. include error message numbers if you're getting any.)

Apps downloaded are appearing as "loading" on ipad 2 and not working

I have downloaded couple of application through iTunes and loaded them to ipad2 64gd wifi 4g. They are appearing as "loading" on ipad 2 and not working. Tried to restore ipad to presious version os and reboot etc. but nothing worked. Can someone help please.

Check iTunes and see if you have a pending or stalled download in there. If you do, finish that download or delete it if you can. If you can't finish or delete the download on the iPad, do it in iTunes on your computer and then sync the iPad. Then go back to the apps and see if they will download.
If that doesn't work or if that was not the problem, go to Settings>Store >Apple ID, tap your ID and sign out. Then reboot the iPad, Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Then go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if the apps will update.

I found a fix for it, It turned out that the file that lists all of the songs on it got corrupt. I had to use 3rd party programs but it did work out in the end

The wish list only works on apps you have to pay for. To get it tap the icon of the app you want to save. After it opens at the upper right corner is a box with a arrow. Tap that then tap add to wish list list in the box that opens.

Sometimes you have to reset the SMC two or three times for it to work, don't know why. I've seen that error message before and 100% of the time it was fixed with an SMC reset. I suppose it's possible that your keyboard or mouse IS drawing too much power, do you have access to another you could try?

I have bought iphone 4s on July 12, 2012.in Zurich in offical Apple store (Glattzentrum) and after one and a half months it just turned off and not working since. I tried three charges and nothing (it detects that charger is on but it cannot be charged). So now I have a not working phone only two and something months after purchase. But the problem is that in Croatia we have two apple reseller stores and neither don't want to exchange it, although is under warranty!!!! The closest stores are 250 km from Zagreb...Of course I have contacted Apple store in Zurich but they told me to come in Switzerland or to send credit card data for receiving new iphone, the problem is I don't have credit card with 700 euro on it!!!! what to do?? who to call ??? where to get replacment device cause this is disaster???? I wanted to buy ipad but after all this I doubt to do so...I have not working Iphone payed around 700 chf or 800 usd and cannot change it in my country, is it possible for such vast organization like apple that this things can occur????? I'm sorry you are having issues with the iMovie app you purchased for your iPhone5.
The first thing I would suggest is to log out of your iTunes Account on your iPhone, turn the iPhone off and then on again, and see if app finishes downloading/updating.
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap on your Apple ID account > Tap Sign Out
If the issues persists, the article below will give you a few more troubleshooting steps:

Try the following steps to resolve your issue, testing the app after each step.
1. Update your device software
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
2. Check for app updates
Ensure that your apps are up to date:

It's possible, I suppose. Unlikely, but possible. Someone would have to be extremely driven to fix your broken phone specifically to look at your notes though.

Whether you are trying to use a Credit Card or Redeem a Gift Card... My understanding is that you have to be within the US to use the US Store and have a valid US Billing Address.

No, you would have to send it to someone you know in the USA and have them take it to any AppleStore and do an out-of-warranty replacement for $199 USD. Apple will not accept a shipment from your and the warranty is not international.
You can take it to a 3rd party repair shop and have them open it and clean it. But you need to do it quicly saltwater will very quickly damage the components without that phone.
