QuickTime - Lower half

Hi,
I'm using QuickTime 7.6.6 (1709) for playing back HD1080 video. 1080 is too large for my screen, so I can only view the whole frame when played back at half size or when its fit to the screen.
When I play back at full size I can only see the top half of the frame. However, I also want to check the lower half for quality at full resolution.
Does anyone know if there is a way to move the QuickTime window up on the screen so that I can see the lower half of the frame while it's playing?

Can't be done.
If your display can't do 1080 then the best you can do is to make the playback window smaller.

I'm trying to create a text-fillable PDF form. However, when I add a text form, the text I test in it gets cut off and appears only in the lower half of the text form by default (see 2nd photo below). How do I correct this and make the text take up ALL the space in the form like the 1st photo?

Have you set the text field properties options to multiline? Is so, please attach a screen shot of that dialog box so we can see how it is set.

Media Encoder in settings mode only shows the lower half of screen

All of a sudden, my Adobe Media Encoder CS4 is only showing the lower half of the screen in Settings mode. This is how it encodes from the .wmv file to .avi. and is therefore corrupting the file. Does anyone know why this has happened?

Touch Screen Messed Up On Lower Half

Apparently the lower half of my phone is messed up, i can't click on anything but the upper half works fine, not to mention I got a new one after I cracked the screen on it. I believe it was a refurb but im not sure. When I turn it off i can unlock it on the lower half, but after i unlock it nothing on the bottom half works, and if i lock the phone after unlocking it i have to restart the phone in order to get back to my springboard.

HP ENVY 4500 fails to print lower half of last page of series

When printing a document over several pages my ENVY 4500 fails to print the lower half of the last page to be printed. Because pages are printed in reverse numerical order, this is in fact page 1 of the document.

Lower Half of Landscape Screen Unresponsive to Touch

I'm writing a Landscape Orientation only app that doesn't display a status bar. I started by using the Utility Application template in XCode.

Everything is working great. The views change nicely and will orientate in either direction.
My problem is that when I started laying out my User Interface, I discovered that MainView was somehow preventing me from clicking any buttons on the bottom half of the screen. I could place and click buttons above 160 px. I could click just the portion of the buttons above 160 px. But any button, or part of button, that exists below 160 px will not allow me to click it.
I've tried disabling/enabling the button.
I've tried hiding/unhiding the button.
I've tried moving the buttons up programatically, clicking them, moving them down programatically. No luck.
I'm beating my head against the wall.
It's like the bottom half of the screen is not available for touch events.
The Flipside View works perfect.
If I start with the Flipside view instead of MainView, FlipsideView will have the same problem and MainView works perfect.
I can put other controls in the lower half, like a label, and manipulate them without a problem.
I know the MainView starts off portrait and then flips to landscape. That's why I hid it in the Delegate Class. Since MainView is the default view that is loaded, and the problem transitions to FlipsideView if I switch that, I believe the problem must be in the initialization of the default view.
For the life of me I can't find it though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I set the RootViewController view to green, MainViewController view to purple and FlipsideViewController to maroon. I made just the changes I outlined above.
I then added a High and Low button to MainViewController and FlipsideViewController.
As you can see, when the MainViewController view is loaded, the background stops halfway down the screen but the buttons remain correctly placed.
Any ideas would be greatly welcomed!

Can not create a DVD (It gets green on the lower half of monitor)

Hi, everyone. This is second posting.
I still have a problem when burning the DVD.
Now I am ready to create a DVD.
Then I simulated the project on DVD Studio Pro 4 ,the lower half of the monitor gets green.
And sometimes I can not burn a DVD (can not choose "format") or even I could do it and mount it again , it shows "untitled DVD") Besides the burned DVD also gets green.
My project worked fine on final cut pro.
Did I install This application wrong?
or my Macpro has a problem with itself?
I need help. Please please give me any advise.

Yes, by citations I mean footnotes, or endnotes in this case.
I finally found the vertical ruler, which wasn't showing, but what really solved it for me was turning on invisibles, which let me see what the column breaks were doing. I still don't have the total control I want over the way it looks, but at least the two, two-column sections are separate and above and below the horizontal box. I wish all the citations were below the rule line.
But I was amazed and grateful to find that Word docs would drag and drop into Pages. This is going to be a great tool. I just started with it a few days ago. I will report the non-wrap bug.

Burned DVD gets green on the lower half

I have a problem with burning DVD.
Once I simulate the project on DVD Studio Pro,the lower half gets green.
Then I can not burn a DVD(shows "untitled DVD") or the burned DVD also gets same problem.
My project work fine on final cut pro.
how can I solve this problem?

How did you 'copy' the DVD? iDVD isn't for copying DVDs - Disk Utility is for copying DVDs.
Unfortunately, Disk Utility doesn't seem to like to copy DVD+R discs. Toast is your best bet.

C3-00 Display Inactive Lower Half - Upper Half Doe...

I just bought the C3-00. I am very pleased with it so far, but today, less than 4 days ownership, the display malfunctioned and only the top half works at all. The phone will NOT allow me to see a phone number entered, but I can enter the number and make a call. No function works properly. I am returning the phone to replace it with another.
Should I keep the Nokia products or change?
I have only a few issues with this phone, like, Constant GRPS, Cannot log out of chat except by cycling the phone off and back on. Volume WAY too low. Very pleased with wifi and even GPRS mode, but wish it would log out of GPRS as that costs me money.
Any advice or help appreciated.

Contact a Nokia care point for service/replacement. It's really up to you to decide if you want to stick with Nokia or not.

Help...lower half of touch screen not responding on 3g! this is a reconditioned one sent to me from apple as my last one was sso this one i have had for about a month

I have had this reconditioned 3gs for about a month and it has been working spot on until this evening, I received a text and went to slide the screen to answer and it is not responding.
I have shut it down, the top half of screen slides!!
I have restarted it, using top button and home button.
I have updated and restored it.
And I have cleaned it!!
Now i am out of ideas....can anyone help or do i have to give up and send back to apple...again?
If it is the latter, do you think it will cost me again or does a recon from them come with a warranty??

If it was a refurb replacing one that was under warranty, the warrany is good until the original warranty expires or 90 days from replacement, whichever is longer. In either event, it should still be covered if you've only had it for a month. (assuming you're in the US here). You can try to restore it as a NEW device rather than restoring from your backup, but this sounds like a hardware failure... I think. I'm not sure what you mean by "the top half of the screen slides". If you mean only the top half is touch sensitive, how can you determine that? You wouldn't be able to slide to unlock if that were the case...

Okay, now I'm frustrated. I've got my project all lined up and I click FILE -> BUILD. (My intent is to burn a VIDEO_TS folder in Toast, because DVD SP won't burn for me, but that's another discussion). Simulating my disc seems fine.
However, when I burn the folder, and test it in Apple's DVD player, the lower 40% of my screen is green. All the buttons that lie in this space work, I just can't see them or that part of the movie when it is playing.
Any help would be appreciated.

For the burning problem I'd recommend using Toast over DVD SP at all times. You can control the burn speed and decrease the room for errors. Toast has a great feature for TS folders and gives great results.
For the green, I'm not too sure. It sounds like a color compression issue. What colors are artwork is in the "Green" section? Is it a video? Photo? Text? Just white? Also, if you have toast try burning a copy and seeing what it looks like on a TV.

Lower half of notification/settings dropdown screen is unresponsive

This is most noticeable on the Lollipop settings dropdown (the menu you get when you swipe down from the top of the screen twice or with two fingers) but also occurs when I have many notifications. All the icons on the lower two rows (Flashlight, Aeroplane Mode, Portrait, Hotspot, Mobile data & Cast screen) nearly always do nothing when I tap directly on them. It is as if the touch-area of the icon is very small, so 95% of the time I don't manage to trigger the action. I have found that I can trigger the icons on the 2nd row by tapping slightly above them, though it's still hit and miss. Similarly if I have many notifications I struggle to swipe away the lower ones and pressing 'clear all' is very difficult. I can post a video showing touches if helpful. Edit: Turning the device off and on again fixed it, at least temporariliy. Will post a vid if it happens again - it's a really annoying bug when it happens!

I looks that the whole line doesn't fit in the container, so the bottom part is cut off. The usual cause is that a font is used that takes more vertical space, so any increase or changes from the font in what the website prescribes can cause this issue. I've seen web pages that were even affected by changing the minimum font size from none to 1 (!). If you do not have the font installed that the website specifies then Firefox will fallback to another (default) font that may have different dimensions.

I have the same problem. It appears that the hole for the headphone in my iPhone 4S is too large. There is no connection. I don't understand. I'm using the headphones that came with my brand new 4s and they do not fit. However, these very same (Apple) headphones fit into my iPad perfectly as well as other devices such as my old blackberry. I can't believe more people with the 4s are not having this issue. I'm sure most people use bluetooth technology for the most part, but every now and then I want to use the headphones.
