Quicktime music player doesn't display properly in google chrome only

I'm trying to add music to my website I'm creating with Dreamweaver. Everything works perfectly in every browser except Google Chrome. The music player that displays on Google Chrome is way out of place and barely functions. Is there something wrong with my code?

now one of these below is for the music and one for the photos and i didnt have a problem with the photos but did it anyways and now the player can see my music:
these are the files that need deleting in order to get rid of the corrupted library.
Storage Drives: (Mass storage E, Memory Card F)

\private\10281e17\[string]mpxvx_x.db
\private\10281e17\[string]pcvx_x.db
TIP: Connect the device in USB mass storage mode (File Transfer), to locate the private folder from the PC.
TIP: STRING and x_x will change depending on your phone. (my files had slightly different names than above on the n97)

N97 music player doesn't display my music

Hi all,
I have a problem since yesterday regarding the music player application on my N97. Namely, it will not display any of my music - it displays "no songs" for whatever section (Artists, Albums, etc.). Of course, I checked the file system and all music is there, safe and sound. It should be noted that the music files are in .mp3 or .m4a format, placed appropriately (mass storage, folder "Music"). And I hadn't had this sort of problem until yesterday, when I was trying to sync music with my PC using Ovi Player and Ovi Suite. They both recognize my music files and display all albums and songs accordingly.
To make it more interesting, when I choose "Music library details" option in the music library main screen, it displays the correct information (1490 songs, modified 26.11. etc.), but it simply won't list any music saying that I have none!
What I tried:
- refreshing the library a number of times - it reports "0 files added" and continues to behave in the same way;
- importing some new music (via PC) and refreshing the library - the same outcome;
- switching phone off and on (including removing the battery);
- resetting the phone to factory settings.
Nothing helped. It's running the newest firmware version (v20).
In my opinion, the problem is not caused by the music files, but the music player application itself. So I don't think that formatting the mass storage would do the trick. Someone correct me if I'm mistaking.
Also, I would very much like not having to reinstall the firmware as it was excruciating in the first place - lost connection with the device, my phone almost died, etc. But if anyone strongly thinks that it is worth trying, then I will. This is extremely annoying.

Updated to ios 7.1 now my iPhone 5c music player doesn't work properly?

I bought an iPhone 5c last night and everything worked great until I updated to ios 7.1. Now my music player only works using the earphones. It won't respond if I try controlling it on screen.

Try these steps as needed:
1. Reset the phone: Press both the home and power buttons, releasing when the Apple logo appears (no data loss)
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
3. Restore the iOS using iTunes, aslo restoring a backup
4. Restore the iOS without restoring a backup

Web site doesn't display properly when viewed in Windows 8.1 and IE11. Site html and css validates no errors at W3C. Any ideas?

The following is what I see in IE11 on a Windows 8.1 system, no difference using Firefox, Chrome or Safari on the same system.

Regarding the tags, on an MP3 CD iTunes simply burns whatever is embedded in the MP3 file. From your description, it sounds like the Onkyo is seeing the filenames but not the tags, which does seem strange. You may want to try the question in an Onkyo forum.
If you don't need the pre-pended serial number, and don't care about the sequence, you can burn from iTunes as a data CD instead of an MP3 CD.

Muse site doesn't display properly

Here's the deal. I created a site in muse, then exported to html. Muse created index.html inside of the folder where the muse doc is located. That's exactly what I expect. Now, when I ftp to my webserver, all I get is plain text. I don't think the server is the culprit, because it hosts other muse sites properly. if I navigate to the UNC path and launch index.html, it displays properly. it's only when I hit the url from a browser. What could I possibly be doing wrong here?

On running the pages locally from the location where they were exported to, if they look fine and load up as they are supposed to, then it confirms that Muse exported the pages fine. This then leaves only two possibilities where things might have gone wrong, as mentioned below:
1. Either the upload didn't go fine. In this case, try re-uploading using both the "File -> Upload to FTP host" and "File -> Export As HTML" and then using an FTP client to upload to the host.
2. Or the host isn't rendering the site as it should. In this case, have the host "Reset your FTP permissions" and then reupload the site to see if that resolves the issue.

No Music Player on Myspace? The player doesn't display anymore!

Hello everyone I have a PowerBook G4 & the last several days I've notice that when I go to myspace.com the music player on artist page will not show up at all, even on my artist page the player is missing. At the bottom of the page it says "There was 1 error opening the page, for more info, choose Activity from the Window Menu" I don't know what's wrong and why I can't view the music player on myspace. On youtube there is no problem, just myspace. Anyone knows what wrong? Thank you.

Speaking of space, how much available drive space do you have on your PBookG4? Control or right click the MacintoshHD icon on your Desktop, click: Get Info When the Get Info window opens, select: General. You will see Available and Capacity. Make sure your available drive space doesn't fall below 15%, some day 10%, but I think that's pushing it.
Also, if you don't use a disk utility to clean caches and run maintennance try Onyx Run the Maintenance and Cleaning scripts once a week.

Paypal express checkout doesn't appear to be displaying properly in firefox (link to screenshot below). I've tried it with Chrome & IE and it works fine, so can only assume this is a firefox bug.

Browser player doesn't display my site as it is built in Flash?

I"m using FlashCS3 I am developing a site. When I run the swf file using "test movie" or even by going to the folder containing the .swf file and not through the Flash program it plays perfectly as I want it look. But when I upload it to the site and hit it with my browser it doesn't display the same way???
In fact the browser shoes a background that I replaced with the partially transparent filter effect you see when played locally?? I have looked all through my movie clips and can not find where i tcould insert the old background?
I have made some snaps of what it looks like when played through the player outside of the flash editor (but this is the same as when played through the editor) and another pic of what it looks like on the web.
I am using Actionscript 2.0 mode for publishing, Flash player 8 or better, Bottom Up with compress movie and export hidden layers checked.

E61i internet browser doesn't display properly

I never had any problems browsing the internet on my E61i. My Nokia is always switched on, but today I had to switch it off for a while. After switching in on again, I wanted to use the internet on it. The strange thing was that it wouldn't display any web page properly any more. Pages look messy, like the web browser doesn't how to handle HTML etc. and display it properly.
I often visit web pages not specially made for PDA's, so when visiting these I had to scroll horizontally. That was ok. But now when visiting these pages I cannot scroll horizontally any more; the browser puts all web page contents beneath each other, if you know what I mean. Now I can only scroll vertically.
The conclusion is that many web pages I used to visit have now become useless since the E61i web browser doesn't display them any more as they used to be displayed, the pages used to look like as if you visited them from a PC, but not any more.
Does anybody have a clue?

It sounds like a cache issue. When you view the page, that
page is loaded into your (or your client's) browser's cache memory.
This is done so that when you return to that page it will load
faster (since it is already loaded into memory).
This will only happen if a person has been to the page
recently. There is a limit on the amount of information your
browser will store in cache memory. The more you surf, the more
likely it is that the page will be replaced in the cache memory
with some other information.
You (and your client) can, depending on what browser you are
using, set your preferences so that all web pages will be
completely reloaded every time you visit them. In IE 6 for Win:
Tools>Internet Options>Settings> Select 'Every visit to
the page'. You can also set your cache to be the minimum amount of
space alotted. Note: This doesn't really work very well in IE 6 for
WIN. I use firefox for reviewing changes because I have found IE 6
is completely unreliable for viewing the latest.
Most other browsers will allow you to hold down Shift and hit
'refresh' to throw out the cache for that page and view the latest.
As far as I know this is standard operating procedure for proofing
new pages.
If there is a coding technique to force a browser to use only
the latest information, I don't know what it is.

Externally loaded swf in second window doesn't display properly?

I have a bitmap based flash game (bitmapdata generated screen) that I'm trying to load in to a secondary nativewindow generated from a main flash (not AJAX/HTML) based AIR app that's a graphical menu. I.E. you click on a selection in the menu, and it pops open a secondary nativewindow with the flash game running in it. The problem is, the game itself gets mangled in the secondary window when it loads in. Keyboard input goes away, the bitmap doesn't draw properly (it streaks like its not drawing the background image each frame), most of the game objects its supposed to draw in to the bitmap are missing, etc.
When I make the game itself in to its own AIR app and run it direct, it works just fine. So I'm puzzled. Is there some kind of special coding considerations in the as3 side that I'm missing with the original game? I.E. if a flash based AIR app launches another nativewindow and loads a swf in to that, does it share some kind of variable set, display list, etc. with the calling window? Something else? Any help would be appreciated.

There are a few differences between (A.) letting the AIR runtime load content into the initial window and (B.) loading content into a new NativeWindow.
1. In case A, the stage property is available in the class constructor for the main sprite. In case B, this is not the case. You may have to use an ADDED_TO_STAGE event handler to do some class initialization.
2. In case A, the initial scale is based on the metadata present in the SWF -- this results in the behavior you would expect. In case B, there is no SWF to base the scale on when the window is created, so a default scale is used -- this is rarely results in behavior you would expect (unless the window happens to be created with a size of 72x72 pixels).
If you aren't setting the stage to noScale, then this could account for some of the visual issues. (See http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/flex/quickstart/launching_windows.html for an explanation of the scaling issues.) The easiest thing to do is to set the Stage scaleMode to noScale and the align property to the top left setting. I'm guessing your drawing code isn't expecting the scaling so things are getting put in the wrong place.
3. In case A, the content is automatically put in the application sandbox. In case B, it depends on the URL.
As for the Keyboard input, this may depend on how you are loading the SWF and from where. This could be related to #3 above, although I would expect to see security errors. How are you adding your keyboard event handlers?

Navigator Window Doesn't display properly

Hello,
Suddenly the Navigator Window on the Left of JDeveloper doesn't show properly.Usually the window has 2 subwindows : the top which displays WorkSPace-Projects-classes and bottom which shows the members and methods for each class. Now my top window doesn't show at all. It is like it has been minimized and i cannot restore it. The bottom window occupies all the space.
When i place the cursor on top of the upper border of the bottom window (just under the green X icon) the cursor changes to a shape that shows that there is another window there but i cannot drag the border down and display again the top navigator window.
What can i do about that ? ?

I have seen this problem before but I have not been able to reproduce it.
The workaround is to:
- Open the 'Welcome' workspace (Help|Welcome Workspace)
- Close JDeveloper
- Launch JDeveloper
- Open your workspace
