Quicktime not installed than Media Core crash

Question

I am attempting to start up After Effects CS6 and shortly after it starts loading support files a dialogue box appears saying: "QuickTime is not installed on this system, some components will not work correctly." And I forced to click ok.
THEN, shortly after that a windows dialogue box appears saying "Adobe Media Core CS6 has stopped working" Where I am forced to cancel, and another box asking if I want to send the information. Here is the details on the information box:

After I close out of these boxes after effects starts fine, I just am restricted from rendering in MOV format.
Using Windows 7 64 bit.
I have reinstalled both After Effects and QuickTime, as well as put the QTCF.dll fill in support files and exit my antivirus software (both suggestions in other threads) to no avail.
Please help me figure out what the issue is.

Read it and al lthe stuff linked from there. Conversely, your crash is most likely a grphics acceleration issue and you can find plenty of info on that on my site, too.
