Flash Player for Android is no longer available. For more information, see here:

Android users can still download and install Flash Player from the Archived Flash Player Versions page on the Adobe website.

  • Adobe flash player for sumsung galaxy tablet ?

Does adobe have a flash player for the samsung galaxy tablets ? if not will adobe be developing one soon ? as most websites require adobe flash player inorder to watch the videos online.

Your Galaxy uses the Android Operating System.
Adobe stopped ALL development of Flash for Android last year. (July 2012) That includes Kindle as well as Samsung Tablets.
This is from Samsung Support (07/31/2013):
"Beginning August 15, 2012 we will use the configuration settings in the Google Play Store to limit continued access to Flash Player updates to only those devices that have Flash Player already installed. Devices that do not have Flash Player already installed are increasingly likely to be incompatible with Flash Player and will no longer be able to install it from the Google Play Store after August 15th, 2012."
    And from Kindle Support (07/31/2013):
"The Amazon Silk web browser on Kindle Fire 1st Generation supports some, but not all, versions of Flash. Adobe Flash is pre-installed on a 1st Generation Kindle Fire and is disabled by default.
If you see a message to install Flash while using your Kindle Fire, this means that the content you're attempting to view uses Flash. If you want to view the content, you'll need to enable Flash through the Silk settings menu.
If a web page suffers from slow performance due to Flash, or you're unable to view a web page with Flash enabled, we recommend switching to mobile view when browsing a Flash-heavy website to see if that solves your problem:
Some popular websites may also have an app available. Check Amazon Appstore, accessible through the Apps library on your Kindle Fire, for availability.
The Amazon Silk web browser on Kindle Fire 2nd Generation, Kindle Fire HD 7", and Kindle Fire HD 8.9" doesn't support Flash.
Some sites use alternative web technologies to Flash in their mobile versions. We recommend switching to mobile view when browsing a website with Flash content to see if that solves your problem:
Some popular websites may also have an app available. Check Amazon Appstore, accessible through the Apps or Games library on your Kindle Fire, for availability."

There are older versions of Flash Player (for Android) at that link, but there are no guarantees any of them will work.

I've read a lot about "Dolphin" for Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser
I'm not an Android user (no tablet or phone) so I can't make any endorsements that would hold any credibility, but most of the Flash solutions I've read point to Dolphin as the best alternative.
Check the Android forums: http://androidforums.com/ to see what their "gurus" recommend.

  • How do you download adobe flash player on a Toshiba tablet

It keeps saying it's not supported, can anyone please help me?

Adobe no longer supports 10.5 Leopard. You will have to upgrade to 10.6 to use the latest flash.10.5 Leopard was based on Power PC code and was written to be able to run on both Power PC and Intel processors. 10.6 Snow Leopard has completely rewritten code and only runs on Intel Macs. So anything written to run on 10.5  has twice the code needed for one written for 10.6 or newer.
The 10.6 Snow Leopard DVD is back in the Apple online store. You can get it for $19.99. You will need to be running 10.6.8 to access the App Store to order Lion or Mountain Lion. http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard

  • How do I install Adobe Flash Player on a Allwinner Android 4.4.2 KITKAT Tablet PC?

How can I install Adobe Flash Player on a ALLWINNER ANDROID 4.4.2 KITKAT TABLET PC ?
When I want to upload photos on social media sites, I get a message saying that I will have to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, with a link button. When I press the button, a message from Adobe shows up reading: Sorry your device doesn't support Adobe.
Does that mean that I have to buy a new computer everytime Adobe decides to upgrade their products?

    Hi
I have successfully installed Flash Player on All Winner Android 4.4.2 100.1" Tablet. You have to use the following link to Archive Flash Player  Archived Flash Player versions and download Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81). It has to be used in conjunction with UC Browser, Dolphin Browser, Boat Browser or any other which supports Flash player & make some changes to settings. It worked for me.

Plz give me feedback (private contact info removed by moderator). i have Samsung S2 Mobile. And i have android 4.1.2(Lastest S2 Version). I can install this software. but I cant see any LIVE TV CHANNEL. EveryWhere flash player required. And i READ somewhere that in ADOBE FLASH PLAYER not SUPPORT in Samsung S2 Mobile. Sir plz SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
    SIR PLZ GIVE ME FEEDBACK...
              -THANK YOU SO MUCH...

There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Playing Flash content is very processor consumptive and it drains your battery, also shortening the life of it. Android (Google) recommends using either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content with a mobile device running Android. They're both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on your device.

  • Adobe Flash player doesn't support  the new android type devices such as my new Kindle Fire but i understand they are going to have an app out for these devices this year. Any idea on when that will be?

I understand Adobe Flash player will have out an app to download to the newer android devices such as Kindles that they stopped supporting a couple of years ago soon. Any idea when this will be? Thanks.

    Hello,
We don't have any plans for a new version of Flash Player for Android.  That said, some users have been able to get Flash Player working on the Kindle Fire by using third party browsers.

  • Adobe flash player and android

Why is my Android suddenly none compatible with Adobe flash player?

Adobe Reader for Android is no longer available. For more details, you can read here:

  • Download Adobe Flash Player to an Android Tablet

    I have a new Asus TF700T tablet woth Android 4.0 O/S
When opening the installed "Browser" I get this message: "No Adobe Flash Player found. Press OK to download" OK.
I am redirected to Google Play store where Adobe Flash Player is not to be found.
So, using the tablet still, I go to www.Adobe.com and search "Adobe Flash Player for Android". only to get this message "We're sorry. This content requires Adoble Flash Player which is not supported on your device. This content can be viewed on a desktop computer or on a mobile device that supports Flash Player'.
So I'm in a bind. I can't get AFP because I haven't already got AFP. As Asus has included the browser in its pre-loaded software I don't believe it doesn't support AFP.
I therefore seek advice please. I am totally unfamiliar with Android but useful with Windows up to 7.

Android DROPPED all aupport for Flash last summer. Adobe ended all development of Flash for Android shortly thereafter.
"Why can't I install Flash Player on my Tablet?" (Kindle or Samsung Galaxy)
That FAQ article details what I was told by Samsung and Kindle support regarding Flash Player for Android tablets.
There are plenty of articles online that will give instructions on how to "sideload" Flash Player, but neither Adobe nor Amazon or Google support "sideloading", and no on here can endorse it or instruct you on how to do it.

  • Adobe Flash Player for mobile (iOS and Android) devices

I have both Apple iOS and Android devices, and can't install Adobe Flash Player on either.  It appears that Adobe no longer provides Flash Player for any mobile devices.  The company I work for uses a a company called Paychex for payroll and time & labor, and that program requires Adobe Flash Player to function.  I am sometimes in areas where I cannot use my computer and must rely on a mobile device to clock in and out, but I can't do that because you have stopped providing the program.  What do I do now?????

iOS has never been compatible with Flash, and per Apple, never will be. It's a lost cause hoping for an iPad Flash Player.
Additionally, Android dropped ALL support for Flash last year. Adobe stopped development of Flash for Android shortly afterward.
See: "Why can't I install Flash Player on my Tablet?" (Kindle or Samsung Galaxy)
The reason both Android and Apple gave for their Flash support decisions is that Flash content is very processor consumptive and it eats battery life in mobile devices.

  • Adobe Flash Player for budget Android phone

I haven't own any android phone yet. I am a super poor person and my budget only allow me to buy Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 Android Phone. Any phones expensive than that phone are ALL NOT AFFORDABLE.
I need to use Flash Player as I frequently access flash based website. But, Adobe Flash Player for mobile require a phone with VGA (640 x 480) resolution. The phone I stated above does not meet the requirement.
As I said above, my budget only allow me to buy Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 and any other phones expensive than that are not affordable. So, tell me what can I do?
And, to Adobe, why don't you consider making a version for super low-end budget android phone like the one I stated above? Please consider doing something for users with very limited budget. I am sure there are a lot of demands there.
    Regards,

Hi, I understand what you have explained but Adobe Flash Player can only be available on those phones that are able to run Flash Player. Google owns the Operating System of the Android phones and they decide which phones will support Flash Player and then the Manufacturer produces the phones for Google.
The phone Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 (Android) is not on the list
Just like Microsoft came out with IE9, but I can't use it since it won't work on XP
You are smart in trying to find out before you buy a phone that can't use Flash Player:-)
Do you live in the United States? If not, the Country you live in may have different phones and requirements too.
This is a list of the Phones that you can look at, then go to the websites to read about other phones and their prices.

  • Android 2.1 adobe flash player

    hi,
i have upgraded my samsung glaxy portal from android 1.5 to version 2.1.i want to downlaod adobe flash player but it sems flash player 10.1 will only work with android 2.2.is this correct?can i get a work around or is there another version i can download, thanks in advance,
    boo boo boy

Hi, You are correct, the Android must be updated to the 2.2. Now depending on whether you have it from HTC or Motorola may make a difference as you whether you received that update or not. Instead of searching for which Android has been updated and how, which can be confusing. I would contact your Carrier. They certainly would be able to advise you. Also I would go to the website of the Manufacturer and or Carrier.
With so many different editions of the Android, Manufacturers and Carriers, this is more confusing that it should be, in my  opinion.
Adobe has had Flash Player 10.1 available for quite some time and any holdup is with the issues I just mentioned.
Hope that gives you some direction to take.
    Thanks,
    eidnolb

  • Why cant I get Adobe flash player on My tablet when I Can get Adobe for Android.

I am having no success in downloading adobe flash player to my tablet. I already have adobe player but seem unable to get flash player. How do I get it?

Flash Player is no longer distributed to Android devices - existing users still receive updates, but the app is not in the Google Play store anymore.
