R/3 Internet sales (b2b.ear)

Hello Guys,
I am new to R/3 internet sales scenario and would appreciate your feedback.
Can we use the same b2b.ear (used in CRM internet sales) to implement R/3 internet sales scenario?
Thanks,
Shubhangi

Technically yes, you can. You have to create a customer application scenario using corresponding SAP Application scenario that is based on the R/3 Internet Sales scenario. You can use one of the following scenarios:
<li>r3standard - Standard scenario
<li>r3standardpi - Standard scenario with Plug-In
<li>r3ocistandardpi - OCI catalog and plug-in
<li>r3standardtrex - with TREX catalog
<li>r3standardpitrex - with TREX and plug-in
See OSS notes 622049 and 671893 for details.

  • CRM Internet Sales B2B connectivity woth SAP SRM using OCI

    Dear all,
we are trying to connect a CRM Internet Sales B2B with a apartner's SAP SRM procurement process. Reading several forum and articles I found that the url to be used by the SRM part is :
    http://orestes:50000/b2b/b2b/init.do?shop=b2b%20shop&forward=ocireceive&OKCODE=ADDI&TARGET=_top&FORCETARGET=yes&CALLER=CTLG&~HOOK_URL=
when however hitting this URL we get a system error :
The requested forward <b>ocireceive</b> is not defined on the action <b>com.sap.isa.isacore.action.b2b.StartApplicationAction</b>.
    Any ideas?
do we need to setup anything else in CRM e-commerce in order for this to work??
    Thanks.

Shouldn't that be ocireceive.do instead of ocireceive ?

  • INTERNET SALES B2B E-COMMERCE FOR SAP

    Hi All:
I want to implement the latest Internet sales component into our R/3 version 4.7 landscape. I keep getting conflicting information from my SAP contacts on what the correct components are. I have been instructed to download SAP E-COMMERCE 5.0 FOR SAP, E-COMMERCE W.SAP ERP - V1.600, INTERNET SALES APPLICATION FOR ERP... I cannot seem to validate what the correct component is that I should implement. I've seen posts on this website that refer to each so that has done little to help steer me in the right direction. I do not want to implement CRM. I only want to implement the latest version of the Internet Sales component that is compatible with R/3 4.7. Can you tell me the correct component to download and the path in the software download center where I can locate it?
Can you also give me an idea of what configuration is required on the R/3 side? For example, I know the Product Catalog is required to provide content. Likewise, there is configuration for Online Stores. Is that relevant for this component or is that intended for a different type of Internet Sales landscape?
    Thanks,
    Randy

We are trying to install a central instance of the E-Commerce 5.0 for R/3 solution on a 32-bit Windows 2003 server, running on top of SQL 2005 32-bit Standard Edition. The Netweaver 7.0 Kit has an installation for IA-64 and X-64 but does not appear to have a 32-bit installation. Did you install the E-Commerce 5.0 component on a 32-bit Windows server? If so, on what DVD did you find the 32-bit Netweaver components for a centralized E-Commerce 5.0 installation?
Can you also provide me with a link to the installation guide that explains what to install and how to install to a 32-bit Windows machine?
    Kind regards,
    Randy

    MQ

    Hi,
It seems that you have not deploy Java Dictionary Component. It is required component on machine where you want to deploy ISA. It stores your XCM related setting and value.
First deploy SAPCRMDICxxxxxxx.SCA file then define default application scenario in your /b2b/admin/xcm/init.do. Restart your B2B application and then trr to access it.
If you are trying to access custom ISA application you have to set application scenario for it. /b2bxxx/admin/xcm/init.do
First deploy SAPCRMDIC component SCA file you can get it from Service market place or you can ask your SAP  Basis person.

  • INTERNET SALES B2B E-COMMERCE 5.0 FOR SAP on 32-Bit Windows

We are trying to install a central instance of the E-Commerce 5.0 for R/3 solution on a 32-bit Windows 2003 server, running on top of SQL 2005 32-bit Standard Edition. The Netweaver 7.0 Kit has an installation for IA-64 and X-64 but does not appear to have a 32-bit installation. Has anyone installed the E-Commerce 5.0 solution on a 32-bit Windows server? If so, on what DVD did you find the 32-bit Netweaver components for a centralized E-Commerce 5.0 installation?
Can someone also provide me with a link to the installation guide that explains what to install and how to install to a 32-bit Windows machine?
    Kind regards,
    Randy

    Don't do it.
We upgraded from 4.0 to 5.0 and went live on 32 bit and performance was horrible.  12 users pounding on a test system was not enough of a stress test.  When we had 100 prd users it was horrible and would crash the system. The IPC would crash.   Had an emergency upgrade to 64 bit and life is much better.

  • CRM 5.0 Internet Sales B2C Logon is Invalid

I have successfully configured CRM Internet Sales B2B and B2C. I am able to log into B2B but not B2C. The B2C app seems to work fine except when you try to log in. The error is "Logon is Invalid; check your entries".
I haven't been able to find a good explanation of how authentication works for B2C.  The main difference is that B2C uses email address for login versus user-id. I am using the same user for B2C as B2B. The user has an email address defined.
Any help in troubleshooting this problem would be appreciated.

Unless you are expecting someone to use both B2C and B2B, create a new user for the B2C.  We have one login for B2B and another for B2C.
Also, check your password length to be sure you're not exceeding the length.
When we first started in DEV, we found that one login worked while another didn't.  Turned out that one password was >8 characters and the other was <8
The system only stored the first 8 characters so even though you could log in the first time, you couldn't log back in using the same longer password...unless you only typed the first 8 characters.

  • Internet Sales error JCO_ERROR_CONCURRENT_CALL

    Hi everybody,
In Internet Sales (B2B)  i have thew following problem:
when i select on order and i want to change it i get a blank page.
i went to the isa.0.log and i found a JCO_ERROR_CONCURRENT_CALL. This happens both in test and in production system.
i'm running in the following system:
    Application  ISA
    Version 4.0
    Support package 9
    Build time 20050824_1503
    Change list number 230514
    Java Version 1.4.2_06
    J2EE engine version SAP J2EE Engine/6.40 PatchLevel 92160.313
    Server host Windows 2003 / 5.2
    OS total memory 514588672
    OS free memory 353680552
Can anyone tell me what is the problem please?
    Thanks in advance

This exception is thrown when trying to use the same connection at the same time in a multi threaded environment. The best way to resolve this is to use JCo's built-in connection pooling.

  • Modify the login page (login.jsp) of B2B scenario of the Internet Sales app

    All
I wanted to modify the login page (login.jsp) of B2B scenario of the Internet Sales application
By typing the URL "http://<servername>:50001/b2b/b2b/init.do." I could able to see the login page
My requirement is to add an extra link in this page
when I use showmodule=true it gives the location of jsp which is "user/logon/login.jsp"
I could able to find this jsp in the DC "crm-isa-web-b2b"
when I open the DC in package explorer i could able to locate this jsp in a jar file but not able to open/modify it
    Awaiting experts response
    Thanks
    Murali.K.N

When I work on ours ISA4, I go to the file on the server
    \jsp\crm.b2b\servlet_jsp\b2b\root\b2b\login\login.jsp
Now, I'd imagine there might be a much easier way to work with the files, but that's how I edited ours.

  • CRM 5.0 E-Commerce B2B Internet Sales Pricing Not Working

We have configured a demo of B2B Internet Sales using SAP Best Practices Building Blocks (C14) along with other CRM building blocks. Pricing in CRM through CIC Web client is working properly. In Internet Sales, no pricing appears in the catalog or in the shopping basket. In the shopping basket the message "Pricing Document Could Not Be Created" appears. No additional information appears to be available in the ISA application.
When the order is saved after ignoring the pricing message, it is shown in CRM (CIC) with an error message "Pricing Document Currency Missing". Entering the currency "USD" through CIC causes pricing to appear. So this looks like some type of configuration issue where the ISA application is not finding the currency.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.
    --Will.

    Thanks Srinivas,
Another member on my team found that we needed.
    1. The Sales Order Transaction (ISBB) for Internet Sales was configured to use the wrong pricing procedure. It should have been "ISA Coll Show (Bskt)".
    2. In the Sold-to business partner, the Sales Area Data needed to have the Sales Organization and Distribution Channel 02 with a blank Division.
CIC uses the same Sales Area data but with a Division specified. This is still somewhat confusing to me.

  • User mapping for the B2B Internet Sales on the Portal environment

    Dear All,
We implement a B2B Internet Sales scenario and we use a SAP CRM 4 system as also a SAP Enterprise Portal 6. The problem we have is the following.
On the portal environment we maintain the SAP CRM as system and we have maintained the user mapping between the portal and the CRM users. The portal users have access on standard SAP transaction like for example the BP, etc. We try to give also access using the SSO functionality on the B2B Internet Sales and the problem on this case is that the Portal user have no the same mapping because on the B2B web site the system uses different user ids. For example I logon on the SAP CRM system with user iq000001 but on the B2B Internet Sales I logon with the user-id 45311.
Does anyone an idea how I can solve this problem ?
      Thanks in advance

    Dear Tiest,
Thanks for your reply. So, your answer is correct because when I maintain an internet user for example I use the BP transaction (Business Partner Management) and when I choose the Internet User role then I maintain all the relevant data (user name, alias, etc). The system as you know, automatically creates also an SAP user.
About your alternative way to create the users using the XCM user administration tool, I have no idea how I will manage the process. Do you have any documentation about that ?
      Thanks in advance

  • Logon problem to B2B in Internet Sales

    Hi you all!
I have a small problem with the logon to Internet Sales - ISA. It gives me the error message "<b>Error in user administration, call our hotline</b>". We have had a lot of trouble with the installation and configuration and it turned out we had used a wrong data source xml file for the UME configuration but now we have the right one and the administration of users works fine.
During the phase with the wrong xml file we tried a lot of things to make it work and a lot of users were added, cloned and deleted. In the middle of the chaos the logon to ISA suddenly worked with one user (I don't remember which one!!!) and we instead got the message "<b>No shops attached</b>" or something like that.
But now it doesn't work any longer and my question is if you can tell me whether you have to have certain roles assigned to the users in R3 and/or in the Portal. And if you have to be assigned to certain groups and so on. In order to log on to XCM for instance, you have to be assigned to the group "Administrators" in the portal and I suspect it should be the same thing with ISA.
    Best regards
    Benny Lange

    hi Benny
Can you give me some detail information about data source xml file for the UME configuration.
I am trying to use UME as the ISA user management. But when I logon, it is always said <b>"Error while executing SAP Internet Sales User Management with SAP User Management Engine; try again to log on. If the problem persists, contact the administrator."</b>
    the ISA log is below:
