IPhone doesn't work with Sony Marine Receiver CDX-H910UI

My iPhone doesn't seem to be working with my Sony Marine Receiver CDX-H910UI.
Whenever i plug my phone into my Marine Receiver it only says 'reading' for a really long time and does not load or allow me to play songs.
I have only noticed this problem since the iOS4.0.1 upgrade.
Is there anyway i can fix this problem or notify apple about this problem so that they could fix it in a software upgrade?
I would appreciate all of the help i could get.

I just got off from chatting with sony tech support and they confirmed that i need to wait for the update to be released to support the compatibility of the upgraded iPhone. They asked me tobookmark and monitor their support page for the update.
I had exactly the same problem as you have and whent through resetting both the iphone and stereo but at the endo no solution.

Out of the box, to use the function keys as function keys, hold down the fn key when you press the key. Otherwise, you get the picture function on the key. You can reverse this behavior in the Keyboard system prefs.

You would need to jailbreak in order to unlock and switch SIM card for local use. You would get everything except data I think but I am not sure. If you Jailbreak it will void your warranty. I do not know if you can unlock it without jailbreaking, most likely not with iphone. In your place, I would turn off data future off and use only wifi. Get international voice package and call sometimes for few minutes. If you need to talk more than 30 minutes in a one month then I would get another pay as you go cheap phone in another country to save money.

For fellow linux users: non-GUI handbrake command

hey there fellow linux users... if you happen to have a new video ipod and happen to have handbrake and happen to not want to use the GUI, or it doesnt work... your in luck!
just enter this command:
./HBTest -vb 450 -w 320 -i /mnt/LodeStar/10/DVD -o gladiator.mp4
here i have a dvd drive on windows mounted.
to mount a network dvd drive on windows, type mount //compname/dvdsharename /mnt/mountdir
so that command above means -vb video bitrate -w width -i inputfile -o outputfile... type ./HBTest --help to see more options.

Help connecting ARD to Marine's Mac.

My son is a Marine preparing to deploy to Afghanistan. I would like suggestions on where I can find instructions on how I can use my ARD 3.5 to connect to his Mac. I bought ARD for my Mac and had him install it on his Mac. I've sent him the remote client packages and so faorth, but obviously I don't know what I'm doing and can't get it to work. I certainly don't mind reading but I can't find any documenttion that gets me past whatever the problem is. I would like to be able to offer him help if he needs it and any advice would be appreciated.

Your report reads as if your account may have been compromised. Can you still sign in to your account dashboard? If yes, check that the account's registered e-mail address is accurate and valid. Yes possible , for Inbound and Outbound- Transportation module (available std with sap ). You can have shipment through road, water , air . every scenario could be mapped .
