R12: only 1 line item in receivables after transfer from AGIS

Hello,
I created 3 lines in an AGIS transaction and after approval in "Inbound", the lines were transferred to Receivables.
But, in receivables line items, we have only one line having the total amount of the 3 lines.
can anyone tell how generate same amount of lines in AR as defined in AGIS after the transfer??

In attributes of system Message setting for PO try to add message no.06 115 as error and assign the same to users.Moreover this message comes as a standard setting and prevents from deleting the PO line if Gr is made .But this will not restrict if MIRO is done after GR.

From your description, you can send and receive messages only when you use OWA after migration from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013. If I have misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
In your case, I recommend you create a new test mailbox in your Exchange 2013 and check if you can send and receive messages on Outlook. If yes, it is recommended to create a new profile to solve this issue.

PO printout is not coming after changing only line item Delivery Address

Hi
Can anybody suggest a solution for the problem?
Using ME22N , if I change the line item delivery address details to the already generated manual address number ( Not generated using Transaction MEAN)
If I save the PO then PO Printout is not coming but output message log showing " No print-relevant changes to document XXXXXXXXX exist"
We can read CDHR and CDPOS table for changes .
Is there a way to pass the parameter to the print program to Print the changes?

In IMG - Materials Management- Purchasing-Messages - Fields relevant to Print out of changes
Enter Table EKPO , Reference Field LOEKZ, tick on change print relevant for purchase order,in routine enter 03.
Now your Output will be triggered with a change indicator and you can process it using ME9F.

Adding some more line items in the unconfirmed Transfer Order

Hi All,
We do kitting activity at our warehouse i.e. several components make up an assembly of a particular final product. The WH creates a production order(BOM) based on which the system creates TO wherever stock of individual components are available for picking. However, the remaining components which are required to make up the product are still awaited in such a case (stock unavailable at present). Under this situation, is it possible that the balance remaining components can be added to the same original TO created earlier (i.e. where only available line items of that TO is confirmed and the TO header is still open).
Alternatively, can we add some more line items in the same unconfirmed Transfer Order to facilitate this kitting process and thereby confirming the TO header finally.
A quick feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
If you know what all the items you will include in one TO, even though you haven't pick the items;
In the TO, you have an option to make the items "Inactive" for which picking hasn't been done.
After making the items "Inactive", if you save the TO, it will allow you to confirm the TO, but then, it will create the new TO with the inactive items.

Adding new line item in SC after it is added to PR or PO

Hi Experts,
Our customer wants that if line item is added to PR and PO on ECC side, it should be added to SC as well. I am sure you can't change apporved SC for which follow on document is created. But if someone did similar kind of requirement.
Here is requirement.
> SC has 2 line items.
> PR is created in ECC for 2 line items after SC is apporved.
> User added 3rd line item in PR on ECC side.
> Customer wants this line item should be added to SC as well.

In Classic Scenario: This is not possible .when you are adding a P.O in ECC it will not reflect in
SRM.
In Extended Classic scenario: In SRM only P.O is created .You can add a new line items (or) change
because P.O in SRM Server is the main P.O.
Moreover in this also Shopping cart will not update. Once Shopping cart is approved you can do any changes
Please check which scenario your client is using.

Hi mm,
Please Let me know that your pr is overall released or Item wise released.
Go to ME54N Individual Pr release and Select the Line item which you want to set the cancel release and Revoke it and save.

PRs with addition of only line items and Clubbing Service and Normal POs

Hi SAP Gurus
We are in ECC 6.0
in our buisness process The PRs are created by the Project system
they could create only one PR with the Same No and when ever a new PR is created it is adding up to the existing PRs line items where the line item has increased to 800 nos now,
also they are clubbing PRs of service and material PRs we need it to be separate
as service PRs and Mtrl PRs are processed separately by different Dept and cannot use the same PR which is here only One at the same time.
the line items are getting added eventhough the PR is released,
Pls tell me how the Above problem could be Solved.

let me know is there any Links to the Document type of PRs to the Project system so as to create Separate PRs for Services.
is there any Complications by having different PR no for PRs every time. as the system was initially configured in this fashion and now as per the requirement we are bound to change the configuration, to separate SERVICE and Mtrl PRs.

Vendor Line Item not cleared after F110

Hi Gurus,
We encountered an issue. The payment run was processed last April 18 and the vendor invoices were captured during the payment run and in the aging report, these invoices didn't appear as Open Item.
In between April 19 until August 19, these invoices are not part of the proposal list until the when they run payment on August 20. The value is zero and in the proposal list, there is a value in the Reason to Print Advice "A".
What is the reason for this?

For that invoice payment delete uncompleted payment
proposal.
U go through this path select F4 in run date field
There check it any un completed proposal is there and delete
that invoice line item will come for payable

Shopping cart line items are missing while transfering from ITS to EBP

Hi everyone
I am Raghu, working on EBP (version 2.0)
Some shopping cart line items are missing while transferring the shopping cart data from ITS to EBP.
For example in my shooping cart 4 items are there,during transferring shopping cart data from ITS to EBP all 4 items are getting updated for all the shopping cart related tables except account assignment table.
In account assignment table for this particular shopping cart only 3 items are updated and usually the first line item gets missed out.Hence the the system fails to create the follow on documents in R/3.
This is happening randomly for few of the shopping carts that too most of the cases first item of the shopping cart was not updating reqacct table(this is account assignment table for shooping cart items).
I have debugged entire scenario,but couldn't find the cause for this..
Can any one please advise me....why this is happening?

Line item needs to be deleted from a reservation

Hi Guru's,
For a reservation, one of the line items has been created without any material number or
plant. Actually while adding this line item, the material which was selected was discontinued.
The message which popped-up after adding this line item was " This item is discontinued do you want to
continue". Once 'Yes' was pressed, the reservation was completed. Now for this line item both the
material number as well as plant is coming as blank becuase of which I am not able to delete
this item.
Please let me know if we can delete this line item from the reservation or not.

Mark the Check box against Delete option which is beside Final issue in MB22 and try.

ITunes issues after transfer from another MacBook

I just got a new MacBook Pro. My iTunes screen is too long & I cannot shorten, unless I go full screen. When I do I 'm not allowed to scrool down my music files when listing ipod selections. Essentially it is stuck at the top. The other selection options allowe my to scroll down. #2 I'm not allowed to update downloaded books to my ipod on new computer after transfer. Please assist. I have the updated version iTunes 1o.

I will go into a bit more detail with my situation in loading my ipod. I'm in the ipod screen (Music) I checked the selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres option.
When I go to the actual PLAYLISTS, I can only check what is visible on the screen. When I scroll down in full screen or non-full screen, the screen goesdown the library list that is on the left and not my selected playlist. This did not happen on my older MacBook Pro. I tried updating the iTunes. Still it seems to be stuck. I have mulitiple ipods and this happens to all of them. What do you think ?

Okay, I figured out that Windows has "AutoPlay" settings which can automatically download photos and videos from a newly connected device, such as an iPad Mini. I think I could open it in Windows Explorer too that way but the auto download solved my problem.

Quicktime file becomes corrupted only after transfer from a camera

I have encountered an unusual Quicktime-related problem with a customer that I cannot solve. This has been tested on two different cameras (a Kodak Zi6 and a Casio EX-Z80) to verify it is not camera related. The customer has also tested it on his desktop and laptop computers to verify it occurs on both. It must be confined to some specific piece of software he installs, because I've never run into this problem elsewhere. His two computers both run Vista.
1. He shoots video.
2. Opens Quicktime.
3. Plays the video (AVI or MOV... doesn't matter) while the video RESIDES on his camera. It plays fine.
4. Has tried taking the SD card out of the camera, putting it into his laptop, then playing the video while it resides on the card. It plays fine.
5. BUT... the moment he transfers the video file to his desktop and plays it in Quicktime, it becomes corrupted. It does play, but the image develops all kinds of blockyness and distorted colors. It becomes useless.
Any clues as to which software program he is installing that makes this problem occur? I have hundreds of other customers who use these same cameras and have no similar problem.

The video file is able to be transfered to the hard drive of the computer and it does play with QT, but with blockyness and distorted colors, correct? That would suggest to me video card and\or driver. The reason being if the file was not supported by QT or WMP it would not even play. QT would produce error 2048 and WMP would inform it could not handle the file. But...
I would go to the Window menu of QT player and click on Show Movie Inspector to get some info on the video file.
salaminizer, makes a good point on the possibilty of NTFS\FAT32 file systems. Right clicking on My Computer>Manage>Disk Management will show info of HD's on the computer. Some bought computers will have a back-up Partition that uses Fat32. Which the video might be being saved to.
I'm thinking video card and drivers, but on two separate computers? So find out the video codecs. It's tough unless you have the same camera or what software came with it? Let me know how you make out.

ITunes Movie Rentals disappear from iPhone a day after transfer from Mac

OK, this has happened to me twice now. Here's the scenario:
I have a long, international flight. I rent multiple movies so that I can have films to watch both to and from the destination.
I browse for the movies on my Mac (OS X Lion, current release)
I rent four movies on my Mac.
I then transfer them, one at a time, to my iPhone--a 4S with 5.0.1. (I do this because in earlier releases, a movie would sometimes disappear if I tried to sync more than one movie at a time).
After it's done, I see four movies listed on myiPhone in the Videos app.
About 2 days later, I look at iTunes and decide to load some audiobooks. I look at the Movies tab and it shows only one rental movie on the iPhone, the last movie transferred. The other three movies are nowhere: they do not show as on the Mac or on the Phone.
I check the phone. Only the one movie is present.
At no point did I start to play any of the movies. It appears that the first three rental movies transferred disappeared from the phone as if they expired 24 hours after the transfer.
And--just to make it fun--this is the second time the exact same scenario has played out. I had a long international flight at the end of September and on iOS 4 the same thing happened before that flight. All but the last movie transferred vanished from the phone after a day.
Anyone else run into this issue?
FYI: I have contacted support to see if I can get a credit for the "lost" rentals. But as of now I'm afraid to transfer rented movies to my phone.

Yep. Me too. Getting ready to fly overseas. My iTunes on my computer says they are on my iPad, but they aren't. How does that work when I can't 'find them' anywhere on my iPad?
